We had the most undesirable experience with the store manager…if she was in fact the store manager. I now have my doubts.
She mistreated us, then tried to retract her horrible behaviour. Terrible. Terrible example for her staff & horrible representation of the brand.
Left all items at the front desk.
We will never go back to this location (Premium Outlet Mall, Milton). I rather pay full price & be treated with dignity.
Awful, cannot express out experience.
People are not cattle.
