It's very useful to have this pay and use parking facility at this location. I recently visited the FRRO and used this facility to park my car since there are no parking facilities near the FRRO. However, with the exception of a small board, the facility is not very well identified when people drive past.
The staff at the entrance issued our ticket. We paid ₹30 for about an hour's worth of parking. The area could be kept a bit cleaner: it has a run down look. When we exited, one person stopped the car and asked for a payment of ₹50 even though our ticket mentioned a charge of ₹30! We were in an argument with him when another person in khaki clothing came and shouted at the first guy. Apparently the person who initially approached us is not an employee of this car park! He was just trying to extract some money from unsuspecting users! Please be careful!
The exit opens on to Siddaiah Road. There are plenty of spaces spread across a number of floors. Lifts are available and the stairs are maintained in poor condition.

Beautiful church on a busy road, but easily identifiable. Large entrance gates (more than one) and loads of parking spaces, even for large vehicles such as buses. Well maintained. It is very peaceful and quiet inside. The hall is rather large and has plenty of benches and fans for comfortable seating. Would like to visit again.
Having visited Guruvayoor numerous times, I was pleasantly surprised to see the existence of a temple dedicated to Chamundeswari Devi not far from Mammiyoor Siva temple. It's located just about 1Km from the Outer Ring Road. If you're planning to visit this temple after praying at Mammiyoor temple, please do not use the route shown by Google Maps which takes you through E K Nayanar road unless you're on a two wheeler. The road gets very narrow and just about fits a car. Please go via an alternate route. There is no dedicated parking space within the temple premises, but you can park on the road: there's hardly any traffic along that road.
The temple doesn't occupy much area: it's rather small. The sanctum sanctorum can be clearly viewed from the road. I felt great praying there especially since it has such a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Thanks Maps for showing me this temple!
