The food is great, the rooms are also very nice! But the service is horrible! We ordered a meal and recieved 45 minutes later, not only that, it was not something that we had ordered and we recieved the wrong order almost an hour after ordering it.

I loved marriot hotel's facility. Greatly reception team welcomes 🙏 . Last week my cousin brother party was there. I went with my family. Me and my family also loved marriot hotel's facility and staffs behaviour. Also Luxury facility. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.
Stayed at the Marriot for five days. It was a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The hotel is very well managed. The staff is courteous and helpful. The amenities are excellent for anyone looking to relax and lounge around.
The Khayal restaurant is a must-try. The breakfast, lunch and dinner spread is huge and caters to all pallets. The only drawback is they do not offer a la Carte menu.

Stayed during business trip. No doubt the facility standards are class, however I faced 3 issues unfortunately:
1) Paid upfront deposit during check in, as we do normally. However, I was unable to bill anything from restaurant to my room as staff advised that I have no advanced payment / deposit. I had to keep paying manually everytime I used the restaurant. Never in my history of worldwide travel I have come across this. Very disappointing as it kind of questioned my integrity and trust.
2) No hot water in shower / bath the night before or the morning of check out. Had to deal will cold water. The hot weather helped me coupe with it. Unfortunately not the standard for a luxury brand.
3) The breakfast and dinner buffet is ok for the first day, but if you are staying more than one night you will find its the same menu, and you probably will get tired of it. Hence the only option would be to go out or do take away. Also being a vegetarian, there was not much in the menu and variety.
Unsure if I will be staying again in future for business or leisure purposes.
