Clean facility with a large slide and tower for kids to climb. We were there at sunset and experienced the bats flying over us. It was an amazing sight to see.

Great experience. I’ve never been to the museum before. It was a real surprise. It was very special to attend the launch event of Ink in the Lines. Free. An Australian War Memorial touring exhibition. Behind every tattoo is a story of remembrance, mateship, identity and healing.

I liked having the free self service storage locker for my small backpack. Definitely not a huge museum, but I did enjoy it. I was able to get through it in under 30min (I didn’t read everything). Not something I would plan my entire day around doing, but it was free and a decent place to swing by if you are in the area. I did not make a reservation to visit the clock tower, so I did not end up seeing it. I personally do not enjoy guided tours.

I've been coming here for more than 15+ years. Great spot for all.. especially the play area and a little beach at the pier for families with young kids. The play area gets the kids tired enough for a good nap / sleep, while the adults can keep a distant watch and catch up with mates.

We were out there last weekend. It was cloudy but at the same time humid. It was good to know the history of the place while walking through the bridge. We saw a group of people celebrating a birthday 🎂 , there was an ice cream van, and a mobile cafe but we haven't been able to buy since they already packed when we arrived. If you like to go fishing, they have an area where you can do that here. Overall, it's okay.

A bit of a fizzer. Paid $15 each and the submarine was closed for maintenance. Exhibits were not labelled properly so you didn’t quite know what you were looking at. The Dome experience was shut too! We should not have been charged anything.

Still, it was cool seeing Australia II and reading all about that.

We moesten 3 uur wachten op de Greyhound dus toen even binnen gelopen. Erg leuk dat ze dit museum beschikbaar hebben. Veel geschiedenis beschikbaar over de geschiedenis van de politie van Queensland.

Er is zelfs de mogelijkheid om zelf een moordzaak op te lossen via een app, leuke activiteit!

路過時發現的免費的警察博物館，營業時間是週一～週四的9點到16點。大廳入口進去之後要右轉，裡面不能帶包包（小包、相機包除外），但有個架子可以放東西（沒有鎖，但是有監視器，應該沒人敢在警局偷東西吧🤔）
裡面有一些警察舊制服、裝備、職責介紹、案件等等，雖然小小的但精緻。博物館外有個小紀念品店，有一些t-shirt跟玩偶，很可愛。可惜只有開週一跟週三，參觀當天沒有營業😢
ps.參觀的時候有一隻黑色大狗勾在裡面逛來逛去，感覺是警局或是博物館的人養的，很可愛也很好摸！

A really great machinery museum that will take a good 90 minutes to explore. Make sure you check out the "triple International farm hack" along the north wall. What a fabulous bit of custom engineering.
