J’ai été au magasin lundi 19 juin 2023 à 10h et la vendeuse n’était pas accueillante et limite arrogante. Elle s’adressait à moi avec beaucoup d’attitude lorsque que j’effectuai une commande, alors que je suis une cliente fidèle du reitmans. Habituellement je fais mes achats au magasin reitmans du centre Laval où les vendeuses sont très accueillantes et font tout pour m’aider. Très déçu de ce magasin reitmans du carrefour, à déconseiller.

Le service est impeccable. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients.

Très mauvaise expérience vis à vis d'un retour. Service à la clientèle très mauvaise. Gérante pas parlable. 0 respecte vis à vis leur clientèle veule juste faire $ sur notre dos.

Trop de sortes de linge et pas assez de variétés dans les grandeurs, il restait que des morceaux large et en montant, pourtant nous étions au début de la saison. La propreté des cabines d'essayage laissait à désirer à mon passage, il y avait des boules de poussière.

Went to carrefour laval to shop for my gf gift as I noticed this store. Went in and decided to purchase a shirt . This store only carries female clothes btw. I asked for a gift reciet and the lady said she cannot give one . My gf did not enjoy the fitment of the shirt so I decided to bring it back . They do not refund only exchange or store credit . That already started to boil my blood seeing were in 2019 and a store cannot refund you . Shows how they are trying very hard to stay open . Anyways let me show you what a store credit looks like . Basically a bill with a sticker lmao you're kidding me and apparently if I lose the bill for any reason they cannot go in the system to print out another bill . I find this store is really badly managed and the staff is rude. I'm definitely not going to spend another dollar in there again . 0 stars

Service ce vendredi soir impeccable. La gérante sur le plancher et les autres vendeuses très serviables et sympathiques. Elles meritent une augmentation ! Très belle expérience avec ma blonde. No 1
