THE BEST STORE, COMMUNITY DRIVEN, BEAUTIFUL VALUES, WHATS THEY DO OUTSIDE OF THE STORE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. LOVE LULULEMON
It was my worst nightmare to buy things from here. I went to the store to buy stuff and they told me that they can you can return any time within 30 days and when I went to return it even though I called them, they said they can’t take it back because of so and so reason , holiday or what not And they told me to go somewhere else and return it. I mean I quarrel with the manager which was about juvenile for the age to become a manager and didn’t had proper response to what I asked for. I am really disappointed to my stuff from this store.
Steve is the best sale .He always helped me to find the comfortable shoes and socks .as a restaurant worker,I purchased 6 work shoes one year from Skechers .please keep Steve forever .I always come back to him.
We came in to make an exchange on some Christmas gifts and misplaced the receipt but luckily the kind lady at the cash was able to pull up a copy with my phone number. She was so cheery and happy to be helping us which made both my moms and my day. We need more people like her in customer service jobs!
Excellent selection and prices, especially with their buy one get one half off. But most of all, our service from Ann was outstanding! She immediately greeted us, she knew her products well and was very knowledgable on sizing and fit. She was able to find the perfect work and running shoes for me and I'm very happy with my purchases! Ann's great service will keep me going back to her store!

Ann was positively the best salesperson we have ever encountered, who helped my 90 year old mother-in-law get shoes and slippers. She was kind and patient to the extreme. My husband and I are very grateful.

Avery was very helpful and patient with me because I tried on a lot of shoes and he had great suggestions and I really liked the tone of his voice. It was very calming and I really appreciate it because I do not like shopping for shoes at all.😊
I came in looking for some jewellery and was pleasantly surprised of the wide selection and how cute and on-trend the jewellery was! It was also so much less expensive than other places like Garage. The staff are always pleasant every time too!
For some reasons, they have better proced items and more selection thsn their other old navy locations in town.
Also, service is amazing. The cashiers and staff around are very friendly and helpful. This definitely a great experience shopping.

Unfortunately I can’t give them zero. The worst customer service ever we were waiting for so long to get right shoes size but the salesperson couldn’t find it she gave us a different color and she insurance us that’s gonna be the same price which is 19.99$. When we got to the checkout they said it’s 39.99. When we told them what the salesperson said they said she left and she made a mistakes and refuse to match the price we ended up by leaving and wasting two hours for nothing. I would never came back again.
I usually enjoy shopping at Guess. But I don't think I'll be going back to this location anytime soon. My husband picked out a shirt he liked, on the table right above it was a sign, buy 1 get one 50 percent off. However, when we took them to the checkout, it was a different story. Apparently they meant for a pair of Jeans, also on the table, but no where near the sign. All I got out of the supervisor was, I can see how this seems misleading(??) I took a picture but I can't seem to add it to my review...how convenient
I had fantastic service from Brooke! She really went out of her way to help me find jeans (I bought my first pairs after years and years of wearing leggings!) She checked in on me and made me feel like a brand new women. You go girl!
My first time at this store. The staff was helpful. Asked right away. If I needed any help...As I didn't want to be quick to choose. Take your time look around. When i seemed undecided. I felt comfortable.... Not rushed at all
I had a 5-Star Experience with this store. Their STAFF is so HUMBLE and GENTLE. ASHLAY assisted me in this store today, regarding my choice, preferences and everything. she was very POLITE and experienced.

Guess is my favorite brand, but on boxing day, this store decided to keep people in cold and then said to the people in the queue, to leave they can't wait. People were coming out of the store, almost more than 50 people came out of the store but they didn't let anyone go in. On being asked to the manager, they said we will let you in once enough people go out, not considering how cold is outside. The store was just trying to attract more people by queuing up outside thinking that people will see a bigger queue and they can get more sale.
Nice store. Helpful staff! Got my new shoes here! Good selection. More varieties than other stores such as Soft Moc (better prices as well)
Extremely rude employees, while my kids were there the employees were talking publicly, making fun and mocking the way my children speak, and shop for clothing. When I say they were speaking publicly with their remarks I mean at an extremely loud volume so other costumers are able to hear them clearly. I DO NOT recommend going here as it seems the employees will make fun of anything. Never I have been this disrespected.
This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. From start to finish the experience was unmatched. You’re welcomed at the door with a smile and they help you find exactly what you’re looking for and if you don’t know they have great recommendations specific to you. The store manager helped me herself find items and they even gave me 15% off my first purchase for signing up for a membership. Can’t recommend this location enough.
Absolutely phenomenal store. Lots of great selection and sales. Store is clean, spacious and laid out in such a way that everything is easy to find. Staff is absolutely AMAZING, helpful, knowledgeable and honest (especially when asking for an opinion when trying things on). I truly appreciated that. Cash out goes fast even when there is a line up. I'll most definitely be back.
I love love this store! The staff make it worth returning and even just window shopping! Jordan was amazing ! Answered all my questions and greeted me with an eye smile ! Matt has helped me over and over and over again with sizing questions and helping reach clothing products I cannot reach! With out complaint he always goes above and beyond with his customer service !! I will always go to this store for my clothing ! I appreciate the quality and price of there products ! I love this store, but I purchased a pair of jeans and you guys left the security tag on. I live in Toronto and have no intention to travel all the way to Barrie because it would simply be cheaper to buy another pair of pants. Now I'm stuck with this pair at home.
I bought a cloth one week ago (on 20th December ) with the price of C$28(including tax). I was thinking that it’s price would be cheaper at Boxing Day and I came here to buy the same item with different color but I was shocked that exactly the same item’s price was higher than the price I bought. It’s price on Boxing Day was up to C$49,94(without tax) and there was a sign of 30%off.. even 30%off, the final price was higher than one week ago.. are they kidding?
