Tables were dirty with used napkins and wrappers on them, and no one cleans the tables. There were no clean tables available so I sat at a dirty one. A half hour went by without any one cleaning it. I politely asked the lady walking by if someone can please clean it and she looked offended. Another lady walked over looking angry, she sprayed aiming at me (not the other direction) and took one wipe and walked off as if she is above cleaning tables while working where it is required of her. Luckily the spray didn’t touch me or it would have been a much bigger issue. The staff look kind of miserable. I’ve never seen such unhappy staff before. Kills the mood of the establishment.
They resell dominos pizza because there is a dominos store in the same plaza, - ok that’s fine but it was 1-2 day old pizza. Dry, stale and rock hard - the pizza is not fresh, the cheese AND bread were stale like cardboard. This is definitely a health safety issue. They are ordering from dominoes and selling the left over old slices from the days before that no one bought. If you’ve ever left pizza out before you know how stale it gets.
If they are going to rip people off and sell old pizza, you would think they at least refrigerate and heat it up to serve it. No, they think their customers are that stupid and proudly risk giving people food poisoning to make some profit. VERY UNETHICAL. And it’s $3.75 a slice. Never returning. I gave it two stars because the kids had fun jumping around.

Birthday package is well worth it! My 8 year old and his friends couldnt even eat all of the food the $50 consession voucher bought! Also great place for kiddos to play!

It was amazing. My boys age 8 and 10 loved it here. Lots to do. Good price! It wore them out...perfect

We booked a birthday party for our kid here.
While the kids had an ok time, I would definitely book somewhere else next year.

At $500 It was massively overpriced considering the other options in the city.

The staff were not friendly and very standoffish. Almost like you are inconveniencing them if you ask any questions.

They also charge an extra $5 per kid to make use of the climbing section, which wouldn’t be so bad if it was several shots, however the second they fall or drop of whatever they were climbing on they want to charge you again for another go.

It doesn’t seem very clean either. A kid threw up all over the place and instead of immediately cleaning it up, they just sectioned off that area and let the stench emanate throughout the building for several hours. When we left it had still not been cleaned up.

Won’t be back.

We had an AMAZING time! The birthday boy and all the kids had such a wonderful time. And the adults too. The place was so lovely and accommodating. And the two hosts were great, attentive and caring, really made a difference! I got compliments all around about such a great time.

Really fun and affordable place to take babies, toddlers and young kids to blow off steam and get their sillies out.

Our party was absolutely great, aour daughter, gests and we had a wonderful time there. 100 % recommended

Had my child’s Birthday here, paid for 13 children including 10 adults, got the extra add on for the cake with photo which was also extra. Bought socks for everyone including adults, pizza, drinks etc.’

There was this great kick back coupon given as a gift for my child to return to play for booking our party with them.
Wonderful right’
Well I miss placed the coupon and just found it recently.
So I decided to take my child and invite two of his friends and their parents to join us at Funvilla for a play date.
Only I find out the coupon expired after three months. They wouldn’t honour it even though we never used it.
When I mentioned that I miss placed the coupon, the clerk stated that they would have honoured in within the three months had come in, as they had my information on file.
I refuted that how would I have knowledge of this stated in the fine print, to which the clerk proceeded to show me the fine print condescendingly on the coupon. Interestingly enough I stated there would have been no way for me to see the fine print as the coupon was miss placed until I recently had found it.
I asked to see the manager and the clerk stated the manager was conveniently not in as the clerk vaguely pointed over their shoulder to two authoritative looking individuals behind them.
Disappointed in the treatment and management of this incident. I feel like it wouldn’t have been an inconvenience for them to just honour the coupon they gave that we clearly hadn’t used. However instead they didn’t, and we went and gave our service to another establishment “
OFF The Wall” instead. It’s too bad for Funvilla, we planned on having two other children and their parents who we brought in addition to our child that day, for a fun play date, who all would have been paying top dollar for Funvilla’s weekend price, and only for a two hour allotted time slot. Also note* (Parents are also required to pay $9 to be spectators of their children, which is absolutely ridiculous!)
Totally ruined my opinion and experience of this establishment and I will not recommend service with them to anyone.

It's a really good place for kids more specifically younger kids it has a really big playground and a lot more and it is perfect for birthdays and groups of kids

As usual, Malik and his awesome team went above and beyond to make our event amazing.
This was our fourth time hosting our annual children’s Christmas party at this venue and all our guests had a wonderful time.
Needless to say we will be coming back again next year.

My 15 month old son loves this place. It's perfect for his age, lots to do and clean. We have been many times and will continue to go!

Our son’s birthday was better than expected. The party room was beautiful painted. So easy to make it work. The park area was spotless. The kids enjoy the Lego and other parts with such a joy. The mangers were super helpful and friendly. I recommend anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate birthdays from ages 1-5.

We had our 5 and 3 year old birthday here and the experience was amazing the staff are very friendly and helpful !

Almost all games and rides out of order. Trampoline broken. Toys didn't have batteries to operate. The big slides and toddler slides are dangerously fast. I went on as an adult and injured myself. I do not recommend and will not be back.

Awesome play place for the kiddies. Great place for birthday parties or somewhere to spend some time letting your little ones run around. Great place to take the little ones who tend to wonder off.

Don't believe any of the good reviews here as far as the aquatic area goes. The place is a toilet. Water is gross, change rooms are gross, and It's over capacity. People loitering there endlessly. 20 families of 6 kids, just doing whatever. While the rest of the family, and another 4 of their adult friends take up every seat, leaving their garbage everywhere,and just sitting there for hours on end. Never again.
