Friendly and fast service. Delightful sake. My takoyaki was full of delicious soft batter but not very much octopus. Cozy atmosphere. I wish there was a no cellphone talking and then it would be perfect! I will go again because they are Ocean Wise certified and sustainable seafood is most important to me! Great value.

Under the weather and feeling for vegan 🌱 soup. Did a search for pho near me, called, placed an order, walked over to pick it up, 10min there and back 20 min total.

I ordered their “ Vegan Curry Noodle Soup” Tofu roll, fried tofu, potato, yam, taro, carrot, plantain, squad cook in coco-curry soup served with vermicelli, onion, coriander, fresh lime, beansprout & basil on side (no MSG). Gluten free.

OMG, so delicious and filling!!!
I approve of this soup and will go back to try their other vegan and regular dishes.

We went to Phosome for take out from their vegan menu -- they have 2 menus, one vegan, one for omnivores. Everything we ordered was very flavourful. They made substitutions cheerfully, having no trouble letting us tailor our meal a little bit to our needs. We found it difficult to order over the phone with them, but the food was prepared quickly once we went in and ordered in person. We definitely recommend this restaurant for the delicious dishes, generous portions, and pleasant service. We will definitely go to Phosome for take out again.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Owner treated my friend and I to shots. Every person there was having the best time. Food was phenomenal, just out of this world, especially the fried Calamari. Atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant in this city. What more is there to say? This is a world class restaurant. My biggest thanks and praise, felt like I got to go to Greece for a couple hours. Will be back with lots more friends!

As authentic as it gets! The food is beyond excellent especially if you order from the traditional dishes menu. I definitely recommend trying as many as possible.

The village lamb is a stand-out but you cant go wrong with the octopus and the Saganaki. The place is very homie and warm perfect for a group dinner!

Excellent food, service & atmosphere. Arguably 1 of the best Greek meals I’ve had in Toronto. There deserts are fantastic as well. It’s a smaller restaurant, so I would recommend to make reservations prior to going in especially if you are a bigger group.

Athens Restaurant is one of my favourite Greek restaurants in Toronto, located in the heart of Toronto’s Greektown on Danforth. It offers a cozy inside seating as well as patio on the sidewalk in the summer. The dishes here use simple ingredients and seasoning like EVOO, but offer a lot of flavour that fulfills all my desire to Greek food. I would recommend the Village Salad and Grilled Calamari, which are my favourite here at Athens Restaurant!

Tried their macarons which costed 9$ for 4 small pieces, felt like
Was done 1 month ago. Lacked taste and freshness tasted like old sugar bread! Bad quality and overpriced. Tried other stuff which also were not fresh. Not to mention that the sales person doesn’t even know what they offer and to explain about the products they have! I mentioned allergies and she doesn’t even know what they sell. Not gonna come again very disappointed, when the bakery claims to specialize in gluten free, each your staff what is gluten free and what is not
