Yeah, same thing as other mentioned. Short interview via phone call, sent my resume and signed RTR form to a "recruiter" and had no interaction after. Total unprofessionalism. Never trusted a recruiter, but this time it seemed a fine company, well it is not a fine company. Please, avoid waisting your time.

What a great experience I have had with Nastasija at Express Employment Professional. From the first phone call, she gave me regarding the job opportunity she made me feel as if she had known me for a long time. The first interview with her went very smoothly. She seemed to know a lot about my qualifications and experience. Her questions were clear and straight to the point.
She was a wonderful listener, respectful, polite, and extremely friendly. My second interview with her and the company representatives was a success because of her encouragement and support. Nastasija treated me very well and was there for me the whole time. She was very supportive, helpful, kind, and friendly. Amateurish and flaky. Literally go to any other staffing agency in the city, and you will get better and more professional results, not to mention, the sort of essential communication that is necessary for people who are urgently job seeking.

I had a perfunctory initial phone interview with a consultant, and then a follow-up Zoom interview with her a few days later. When that Zoom call happened, she had no notes with her, and had no idea that she had screened me on the phone only a few days prior. We went through a potential placement, and she said she would be in touch with me over the next couple of days. When I was met with silence, I had to track her down, and she told me that the position had been canceled. Would have been nice to know.

It went on like this for about another week or so, dangling carrots with no communication, no follow-up, no touching base, no updates. Thank God I found a job on my own and pulled the plug. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

I have been with TEEMA for over 3-years and I have absolutely loved it and still do. It has been such a supportive experience and so many great people to work with. I highly recommend a career here.

Dionne Chan is a very empathetic career coach, who provides great guidance and is very resourceful. Jessie and Maria are awesome career advisors, who always encourage and provide constant support. Leah does miracles with resumes! Overall they are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Work BC Brentwood also conducts very valuable workshops on important, relevant topics such as interviews, resume and networking etc. With their help I was able to secure multiple offers.
