Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I thought plaque removal was too painful at my old dentist, such a difference with Carole Ott. I could even watch Netflix during the scaling to relax. Very modern and forward thinking. She also showed me pictures off before and after, to help me understand how to brush better with to minimize plaque
