Réservations prise dans une box spa et gastronomie, chambre avec lit en deux partie, dîner du soir dans un buffet routier, spa qui n’est pas dans l’hôtel mais à 15min de route. Rien ne correspond à l’énoncé de la box, le partenaire pour la partie spa (solbad) est a conseiller malgré tout car top. Pour le reste déçu de cette box surtout pour la somme de 300€…

Also, ich muss ja zugeben, wenn man da hinfährt, täuscht der 1. Eindruck. Wir sind angekommen, es war Raststättenflair und ich sagte zu meinem Mann: oje was habe ich da gebucht? ABER, wir waren so etwas von positiv überrascht. Im Hotelinnern, man wird super nett empfangen. Es wir einem von A bis Z alles erklärt. Da wir die Schlüssel im voraus geholt haben und erst spät in der Nacht wieder kamen, wurden uns wirklich viele Sonderwünsche ohne wenn und aber erfüllt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Selbst in moderneren, Neueren Hotels habe ich Dinge gesehen, die lassen mich schaudern. Hier, einfach nichts. Badezimmer: Schimmelfrei, Streifenfrei, kein Pünktchen Kalk. (Waren im 212) Das Frühstück bietet was man braucht. Das Birchermüesli war fein, ansonsten gibt es das übliche wie Eier, Brot usw. wir sind einfach gestrickt und es hat und satt gemacht. Aufgefüllt wurde Regelmässig. Unten an der Raststätte hat es kleine Restaurants / Kiosk/ Imbiss. Da bekommt man als Hotelgast alles etwas günstiger. Wir waren Asiatisch essen und es war frisch und fein.

Parkplatz 5.- pro Nacht ist auch in Ordnung.

No lo recomiendo a nadie, para empezar la habitación, el edredón estaba sucio con una mancha marrón y la sabana bajera igual , pelos en las sabanas, los nórdicos amarillentos, el colchón lleno de pelos y suciedad que transparentaba a través de las sábanas. El personal amable. Cuando fuimos a decir que nos cambiarán las sábanas, nos cambiaron de habitación. La que nos dieron estaba mejor, pero aún así no volveré a este hotel.

Super delicious food and very friendly staff. One of the top addresses for traditional food. the Zürigschnetzlets with rösti is definitely one of the best you can get in Zurich. The warm chocolate cake is just a dream. In general a little bit on the pricey side.

ETA: If it makes you feel better as a manager to keep lying to yourself, instead of addressing the problems, then so be it. Everything you wrote in the reply is a blatant lie and you know it. I have never replied to a manager after they reply on my comment, but since you flat out lied in your reply instead of just taking the feedback I felt the need to address. Your hotel is on the level of a 2 or 3 star hotel TOPS and for someone in this industry you know it.

Literally the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. It is an extremely dated property. The rooms have stained sheets on the beds, mold in the bathrooms, etc. There are ZERO plugs beside the beds and just one in the room on the desk. It’s like we stepped back into 1960 at this hotel. The service is terrible, they couldn’t find out reservation and took way too long to check in. The water in the room cost $5 per bottle and when you order room service they added a $20 charge to bring to your room despite there is nothing on the menu or anywhere that says there’s this room service charge. They charge it at checkout not even on the bill so if you order multiple times be prepared to be robbed dry. Just don’t waste your money and stay elsewhere trust me.

Zimmer sind sauber und allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Fitness ist eher klein, umfasst drei Kraftsportgeräte.
Daneben gibt es eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad.
Das Frühstück am Morgen ist für Schweizer Verhältnisse eher von niedriger Qualität.
Das angetroffene Personal war nett und aufmerksam.
Der Shuttle vom Flughafen fährt abends nur bis 23 Uhr. preislich aber für Zürich vollkommen in Ordnung.

The hotel is not so far from the airport. Generally, I enjoyed breakfast buffet and well decorated rooms. However, during my stay, the internet connection was down for the entire hotel. And there was no alternative solution for that. Furthermore, the front desk was unreachable via phone. I had to visit there personally.

I have stayed there quit few times .. I always get the room with amazing outside view . The hotel staff is so good . This time o forget my charger and they provide me . Best place to stay with family and friends . Their breakfast is just wow . I ask them to make me Indian style omelet . And they made it for me . Thanks Hilton team. I would love to come again with my family..

Hilton is my first choice always by rule. This is a 4 star hotel with a very good rate! Located close to the airport and with shuttle service every 30 minutes. For 20 euros a day p/p you can have buffet breakfast and access to the lounge where you will be able to have alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and food from 6:30 to 8:30 pm and coffee, tea and snacks all day long. Reception 24 hrs with a very helpful staff. The clerk from Hungary was very attentive and helpful and he made our stay unforgettable and pleasant. Our room was on the main floor at the end of the corridor. No noise and very secluded. Clean and comfortable is what I only ask. Thank you Hilton. Remember reviews are very subjective and only reflect the way of traveling of the person who stayed at the place reviewed. I been traveling for more than 50 years and visited the 5 continents and over 40 countries. So, you can take my review as a good one.

War am Wochenende bei einem Weihnachts Geschäftsessen und das Hotel war sehr schön. Sehr zentral und freundliches Personal was ich sehr gerne weiter empfehle. Das ganze Hotel sehr sauber sowie sehr ruhig habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.

Ottimo hotel con camere non troppo grandi ma pulite, moderne e ben arredate.

Colazione ricca e veramente molto buona.
I prezzi sono onesti.
L'hotel si trova fuori dal centro di Zurigo ma si raggiunge molto comodamente in meno di mezz'ora con i tram (che passano all'incirca ogni 15min).
L'hotel offre anche il servizio ristorante e le portate sono ricche e di ottima qualità.
Consigliato.

Staying at Hilton Zurich is a breeze. The hotel staff are kind and willing to help.
The hotel’s location is perfect as it is situated near the airport and trains. The check-in process was smooth a and efficient and the staff provided all the necessary information. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The comfortable bed and linen ensures a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was really good, including fresh pastries, cereals, cold-cuts and made to order omeletes not to mention the view big view outdoor

Overall my stay at Zurich Hilton Airport was impeccable.

Good location to the airport. Expensive parking. Decent rooms, but odd layout. Our room was located downstairs from the reception. Rooms and hallways are in desperate need of renovations. Very dated with old carpet. Breakfast was $30 pp. Rooms were quiet however, and beds were comfy. Worked for what we needed, but pricey for the value. Nice staff.

We had a long layover at Zurich airport, and the Hilton is a great stay option if you find yourself in a similar situation, or plan on staying a few days. They offer a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which was easy to find, the driver very nice, and was a quick drive to the hotel.
It is a little pricey here, but that is normal for this area.
The customer service was great. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, which was supposed to be a flat rate if the hotel set it up for you, but unfortunately our cab driver did not honor this rate (he claimed the hotel did not specifically ask for this rate). There is a shuttle back to the airport, we just left before they started running.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Mini fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, great shower, and comfortable beds.
There is a grocery store and a few restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. We opted to grab some food from the store and have a little picnic on the walk back up to the hotel. There are benches along the way that offer beautiful views.
If we ever come back to Zurich, we will definitely consider staying here again!

O jantar no hotel também foi muito boa, bons temperos e comida fresca.
Havia um problema no quarto, quando a porta de outros quartos fechava, estremecia a cabeceira de nossas camas, interrompendo nosso descanso, muito estranho para um hotel desse padrão, nunca tivemos uma experiência ruim assim.
O café da manhã estava muito bom! Bem completo e com qualidade!
Os quartos e banheiros eram limpos!
E o hotel foi muito prestativo permitindo que deixássemos as malas mesmo após o checkout, isso nos permitiu mais um bom passeio antes do nosso voo.

Der Urlaub in Zürich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist auch sehr gut, da die Straßenbahn Haltestelle nicht weit weg ist. Wir haben auch im Restaurant des Hotels gegessen. Das Essen hat uns geschmeckt und die Preise waren für schweizer Verhältnisse akzeptabel. - Es wäre gut, wenn die Speisekarte auch online zur Verfügung stehen würde. Auch würde uns ein Angebot zur Halbpension vor Urlaubsantritt freuen.

Es ist ein super Service man kann sehr sehr gut Essen es ist nur zum Endfehlen👍👌

Gutes Hotel sehr zentral mit der Linie 4 von Zürich HB zu erreichen, wir hatten das kleine Zimmer aber gut geschnitten und ausreichend auch mit 2 großen Koffern ohne zu stolpern. Keine Rezeption vorhanden man betritt direkt das Restaurant, wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und die hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter brachten unsere Koffer sogar zum Aufzug. Das Bild zeigt den Eingang in Richtung der Zimmer. Aufzug vorhanden, sehr bequeme Matratze und Topper oben drauf, hygienisch sauber soweit ich das beurteilen konnte hatte keine UV-Lampe oder ähnliches dabei, kein in unserem Zimmer hatten wir keine Stromsteckdose zum aufladen, es gibt aber jeweils eine USB-A Kabel Verbindung an der Nachtlampe, TV funktionierte, zum Frühstück gibt’s u.a. Toast, Vollkorn Brot, Rührei, gekochte Eier, Marmelade, Schinken, Käse, Tomaten, Gurken, Butter, Müsli, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee, Orangensaft, Milch, Wasser. Das Restaurant hat auch sehr tolle Speisen Steak u.a. Zum Mittag und oder Abendessen Wie schon beschrieben sehr zentral 4 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn vom HB entfernt, Zürich See auch nicht weit weg ein schöner Spaziergang möglich morgens oder abends zum Sonnenuntergang andünsten kann Man auch die Linie 4 bis Endstation Tiefenbrunnen nehmen die Fahrt dauert 11 Minuten und dort die Aussicht auf den Abendhimmel und Richtung Zürich genießen.

Das Essen ist wunderbar. Der Service könnte besser sein.

The restaurant has excellent food. The chef came out in the restaurant and had a chat with us about the food after the meal. The waitresses was always alert, and smiling. Good recommendation for wines, which was spot on. One in our company had birthday so the dessert plate came with greetings written in chocolate.
