You have to pay to park somewhere. It is what it is. There is no official parking, but this one is pretty close to the entrance. Just don't get pressured into a tour. Paid $10 US in Feb 2024.

5000 colones pour la journée, à 25 m de l entré du parc, c est normal qu on prenne vos clés pour optimiser l espace au cour de la journée, franchement vous posez pas de question , allez y

Do not trust this lot. Do not park here. Extremely rude and the parking lot attendants do not have any change. This parking lot is not affiliated with Manuel Antonio park in any way. A bunch of scammers who make up a parking price depending on where you are from and what car you drive.
THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE NATIONAL PARK -> They’ll try to get you to book a tour with them, don’t. If you want to pay $8 USD to park, fine, it’s close enough to the public beach. But don’t be scammed by them for their tours, which don’t go into the national park, just the outskirts.
We were under the impression that this was THE PARK for wildlife. We entered without a guide hoping to find peaceful trails a many animals. We found MANY tourists, their guides, and nothing that we expected. We did see some animals but nothing that hadn’t already seen in other parts of the country on our own. The park was loud, crowders and overrated. I would not recommend wasting the time or money!

Pésimo servicio, duran demasiado en cobrar y para variar por un minuto que te pases te cobran la hora completa
