Great shopping experience based on staff interaction.

My first and for sure the last shopping here in this store. We got a fridge, the seals of the freezer doors started having water drops and made a puddle from the second day. It took them more than two weeks to send a "inspector", the conclusion was, the fridge is perfectly fine, and it is normal to have water under it. The inspectors concluded this because of some notes on a random webpage on his phone. Of course, I don't believe a word he said and we kept making complaints until more than a month later, gollo finally agreed to replace the fridge. It took us more than one hour in the shop to get the paperwork done, and all of sudden, the worker told us that they will deliver the fridge in two hours. We waited and waited at home, of course no one showed up, then we got a phone call saying the the transport was broken, they will come in four days. Today is Tuesday, the second deliver appointment, more than hour from what gollo promised to deliver the replacement, we are still waiting, with no one picked up the phone for the entire morning. I am deeply amazing by this shameless seller, his lies and the worst-ever after-sell. I really wish Costa Ricans could boycott this unscrupulous store. This really makes sick.

Mi esposa y yo pasamos por la tienda. Estamos buscando comprar una mecedora y una cama nueva en un futuro muy cercano. Fuimos recibidos tan pronto como llegamos POR EL PROPIETARIO. Fuimos atendidos, pero no de manera autoritaria. Este es el tipo de servicio amigable que no obtendrá de una cadena de tiendas. ¡Volveremos!

Gran variedad de muebles y electrodomésticos. Muy buen trató y excelente servicio al cliente.

Gran surtido de repuesto, un local amplio, no de todo se consigue, pero la buena atención facilita, poco parqueo. Mucho conocimiento del tema y con gente capacitada. Precios normales, la zona es muy frecuentada por turistas pues este lugar se frecuenta el paso hacia la zona costera. Empresa de renombre y resalta el gran área del cantón de Atenas.
