Sehr guter Service mit riesigen Souvenir Shop. Hier kann man sich die Kaffeeplantagen und den kompletten Kaffee Prozess im Detail ansehen. Alles wird super erklärt. Finde ich persönlich wesentlich besser als die Starbucks Variante

We really enjoyed the tour of the coffee plantation and processing plant - really great guide and very informative, learned a lot about the process, and despite it being after the session had ended, seeing how the processing is done to get from the red berry in the plant to roasted coffee beans was still enjoyable. At the end we also got to try each type of coffee they produce, as well as some of the chocolates they sell

What a nice place to visit. There was education on the coffee process, but an even better tour of the property. Quite special.
Doka arranged for our guide, Jimmy Roman. He took us to Poás Volcano and the Doka Hacienda. Jimmy was great. He showed up on time at our hotel in a very nice and clean vehicle. Along the way he told us about the area. Helped us see the two-toed sloth and some toucans. It was still early in the morning, so he took us to a wonderful cafe amongst the coffee fields. He guided us around the volcano. The coffee tour run by Doka was also first class. A really enjoyable day!
My husband and I, both active and in our 60’s, had such an epic experience with Sky Adventures! We did the tram/zip lines tour. The staff were extremely professional and we all had a ton of fun! There was a mix of rain and somewhat clear skies on the day we went, and the rain did not take away from our enjoyment at all. Would absolutely 10/10 recommend!
I did the walk, tram and zip line experience. All were great. Mary was really informative on the walk and pointed out lots of the plants and species along the way. Really passionate. The zip lines were also great and well run. Some really fast and long ones. I would recommend.
We are family of 4 (11 and 9 year old boys) and had a great time here. I highly recommend this place. We did the package of sky tram, zip line and nature/hanging bridge tour. Each experience was just awesome, superb service! We finished with lunch and it was our best experience with the most amazing view of Arenal volcano and lake! Thank you!
I was very happy with our adventures here. We did the combo of the sky tram, hanging bridges (without a guide) and zip-lining. I really enjoyed all of it and felt I was in very safe hands. I was glad we started with the 8 am. pkg as it wasn't very crowded at that point. They started us on the hike (better directions to the trailhead would be appreciated though) and then we had a time to meet to ride the tram up and start zip-lining. That ended up taking a lot of time to do the rest because of the number of people in the group they put together so there was a lot of waiting but it was still enjoyable. We lucked out with a beautiful morning and not many clouds. I would highly recommend this company for your adventures!

Our amazing guide, Ronaldo, took us on an adventure in the surrounding jungle. His ability to spot the tiniest of creatures and identify the location of various birds and monkeys before we were in sight of them was incredible. I also really appreciate his depth of knowledge about Costa Rica’s history, I learned so much. The facilities were clean, the staff extremely helpful, and the view from the restaurant is worth taking in while grabbing a snack.
Tips: wear shoes with good tread, parts of the trail are unavoidably slippery. bring water. use the toilet at the midpoint of the trail, or at least take a peek at the view.

The butterflies were magnificent. Lovely knowledgeable owner and staff. Recommend the restaurant that had a pizza oven.
The guides were all awesome and hilarious! A lot of fun, plus you get several runs totaling up to about 7km of Ziplining! Being 600-700 ft above the ground is quite daunting. Definitely gets the adrenaline going!
This is a fantastic and interesting tour - (unbiased opinion! I am NOT a coffee drinker!!) The female tour guide we had (it was a month ago, I forgot name, but it begins with an "A") was the perfect tour guide - mixing just the right amount of detail, history, science, and humor and audience participation into the story to keep it entertaining during the 90 min tour. We were in a group of 20+ people but she was easy to hear throughout the tour, and was able to answer all of the group's follow-up questions because of her depth of knowledge. Tour guides make (or break) a tour, and Doka delivers! Well worth the price of admission. The coffee was delicious - I liked the Breakfast Blend and Peaberry the best!
Recently renovated, beautiful facilities up the mountains, very close to San Jose, Alajuela & Heredia. It's the perfect way to start your experience in Costa Rica. They offer guided tours where you learn the entire process of coffee, the "golden bean" of CR. It's close to Poas volcano, you can do both tours in one day. Friendly staff, colorful plants and flowers.
It was a nice experience. The tour guide was very descriptive and welcoming. The food was okay but not worth the $12 USD. The coffee was good. Cute souvenir options in their gift shop. Overall, I recommend a visit but be careful as it can get very expensive.

Very well guided tour of the coffee plantation. And the lunch served at the restaurant is $14 per person and includes salad, rice, black beans, sauted veggies, potatoes, grilled chicken/fried fish, and a fruit drink.
Zuerst dachte ich ob sich das wohl wirklich lohnt eine Kaffeeplantage anzuschauen... Aber es hat sich total gelohnt. Man lernt die Kaffeeproduktion vom Keimling bis zur fertig gerösteten Kaffeebohne kennen. Der Guide war super nett und die Plantage wunderschön gelegen mit tollem Ausblick ins Tal. Toller Ausflug!
Sehr schöne und vor allem schön gelegene Kaffeerösterei. Man erhält alle wichtigen Informationen wie aus einer Kaffeekirsche Bohnen-Kaffee) Filterkaffee wird. Hinzu gibt es noch einen kleinen Schmetterlingsgarten
I loved the butterfly kingdom! The guide was super knowledgeable and fun! I really enjoyed walking around and having butterfly’s land on you while what hung them play and float in the air. Definitely check this place out while your in San Jose!
Tolle Führung, sehr anschaulich und interessant und jede Menge Kaffee zum kosten und kaufen. Ein Paradies für Kaffeeliebhaber.
Sehr schöne Erfahrung! Der Besuch dieser traditionellen Kaffeeplantage bietet alles was man von solch einem Ort erwartet. Jedoch ist die Tour etwas kurz und wurde wohl länger nicht überdacht.
