Wir haben am 16.03.24 einen Kindergeburtstag vor Ort gefeiert. 10-14 Uhr.
Schade finde ich, dass man als Geburtstagsmutter keine Viertelstunde vorher rein kann, somit mussten wir mit allem was wir dabei hatten uns mit Öffnung zurecht finden.
Was wir schon als sehr unangenehm empfunden haben, sind diese Dreirad Fahrräder. Es war auch auf Grund des Wetters , brechend voll und die Kinder sind mit diesen Rädern zum Teil echt wild gefahren. Einer Mutter meiner Feierlichkeit voll in die Fersen. Aber auch in eine Kinder Warteschlange. Ich finde bei vollen Tagen, sollten diese rausgenommen werden.
Das Personal war super nett & hilfsbereit! Kuchen durfte man in die Kühlung stellen.

Cute place lego fans. Specially for children between 5-10 max. There is e everything imaginable you can build there. From ramps for selfmade lego cars to duplos entire cities. It is quite interactive and there are very diverse activities. From Lego fabrik to 4D kino. The higlight for my son was the lego pirate playground ship. A fun activity for rainy days but beware of crowds during weekends and school holidays

Traumhafte Vorbereitung zur Hochzeit. Überaus freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen. Überhaupt das ganze Restaurant in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung nur zu empfehlen. Am Ende half das ganze Personal noch beim Einpacken der Geschenke und Blumen in die Taxen......mit einer selbstverständliche Hilfsbereit. Hier kommt man wieder gerne her,egal ob für große Feiern oder auch nur auf einen Absacker im Biergarten um viell einen tollen Sonnenuntergang am Wannsee zu erleben .Einfach nur DANKE!!!

A cute little place for Lego enthusiasts. Unfortunately, there are only two actual rides and one ride is only for children over 105cm. However, for younger children the place offers adequate entertainment. The 4d movie is definitely not appropriate for more sensitive children but that can be left up the parents to decide. Friendly staff and an overall positive experience.

Ein toller Ort für Kinder. Die können sich ausgiebig austoben.
Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss sind die Toiletten und das die Kids teilweise mit Essen und Getränke auf den Spielgeräten sind.
Hier sollte der Betreiber schärfer drauf hinweisen und mehr kontrollieren. Nicht auszudenken wenn ein Kind sich mal verschluckt und es zu einem Notfall kommt.

Die hygienischen Standards waren okay. Es gab extra Personal welches bemüht war schmutziges Geschirr sowie Müll von den Tischen und von den Böden zu beseitigen. Das war schonmal positiv. Die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse waren mäßig bis gar nicht freundlich. Die Luft war furchtbar. Kein vernünftiger frischer Sauerstoffaustausch. Die Toiletten waren sich selber überlassen .. dementsprechend auch der unmögliche Gestank. Die Spielgeräte an sich waren okay und machten einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Positiv war ebenfalls das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und das man Getränke und Essen selber mitbringen durfte. Negativ war das man leider vorab keine Online Tickets buchen kann. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Extremely busy on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Parking along a field quite muddy as car park was full and so was over flow. Free drink for every adult which was great. There didn’t seem to be a capacity limit as it was so full and there was nowhere to sit. Children loved it though, which was great.

Der Grugapark ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Das Parkleuchten in diesem Jahr war noch ein bisschen besser und vielseitiger als im vergangenen Jahr. Wir waren mit 12 bis 82 jährigen unterwegs, es hat allen gefallen. Der Eintritt ist für Erwachsene, besonders für Rentner, nicht gerade günstig mit 9,-€, der Preis für Kinder ist mit 3,50€ OK. Essen und Trinken sind auch ziemlich teuer, 4,-€ für ein dünnes Bratwürstchen sind schon heftig.

We enjoyed this place and unlike Legoland amusement Park (or any other big park) where they let thousands of people entering at once, here we felt that the time slots were kind of respected so we didn't feel crowded, nor waited long for the few attractions. Giving 5 stars this time just for this reason, small groups of people were allowed in based on tickets time slot and that I like it!

Ein wunderschöner Ort.
Ein riesiger Park, in welchem viele Möglichkeiten gegeben sind. Es gibt viele Spielplätze, Imbissstände und eine wunderschöne kleine Bahn, ebenso Sportbereiche.
Auch finden hier zahlreiche Aktivitäten statt.

Der Grugapark in Essen ist für mich immer wieder eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Selbst wenn, wie am Erntedank-Wochenende, eine Menge los ist, kann man trotzdem ruhige Ecken finden und vor allem die wunderschöne Natur genießen. Es ist ein sehr gut gepflegter Park in dem ich mich zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr gerne aufhalte. Danke für diesen schönen Flecken Erde!

Lego is in every country and they all differ slightly given the specifics of the country. The kids have fun here, there is also a Lego train that you ride and shoot with a laser. All locations are divided into Lego series. At the entrance, we were given a card on which we need to put a stamp on each location, as a result, when everything goes through, you just give this leaflet at the checkout and that's it. Stupid as for me, the children go through this quest with seals, but in the end there is no prize, somehow strange. The children's center should leave positive emotions at the end. Especially lego, but there is no such thing. If a child has a birthday, then he has neither a bonus nor a gift from Lego, nothing, although it would be possible if every day, like in other children's centers, to make mini gifts. And here for a birthday, even the entrance is paid. To summarize, it is worth going there with children, but the question is the age of the child. There are good locations. I liked train laser shooting games. Attractions from Harry Potter, 4d movie.

Nice place BUT high price for only 3 hours, with 18,5 per person, including the little kids from 3 years. So expect roughly 60€ minimum.
4D cinema without the dinosaurs, which is a must for boys, that was a downer.
It’s quiet clean on the pro side, but overall for the price it could/should be better.
The worst for us was the shop, which you must pass through to exit.
Imagine a kid after 2-3 hours already tired and grumpy and then leave through the store and tantrums if you don’t buy anything. Also Lego shop is a bit more pricey compared to retail.
I can recommend but only under circumstances!

Tolles Gelände. Leider sehr sonnig.....
Viele verschiedene Varianten von Schaukeln (Vogelnest, Doppelschaukel..). Eine sehr schöne Strecke für Roller, BMX & Co.
Wassermatschbereich mit Sonnensegel (so ziemlich der einzig schattige Platz).
Auch die Fitnessstrecke kann sich sehen lassen - aber an sehr SONNIG, heißen Tagen nicht zu empfehlen...

Sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Abwechslung, nicht all zu groß aber ausreichend Platz und nicht zu voll. Parkplätze weiter weg ca 600m sofern Fußballspiele stattfinden

38€ with discount coupon from a lego catalogue or magazine for 2 kids and one parent with time limit for 3 hours… This is the 4th time we visited the LEGO Discovery Center in Oberhausen over several years. 1st time 6-7 years ago so probably since 2015. Over the time not much has improved… but some things got even worse like the higher prices (OK inflation i get it)… and the time limit?! 3 hours time limit is not OK LEGO! Especially for people with small kids who visit the first time. For us the 3 hours was OK… but we could not see all the 4D movies 🎥 during that time. One attraction had a technical defect why we could only use it once. The overall experience was good and the kids had fun and me as a LEGO loving adult too. Will we visit the discovery center again? NO we will not and spend the money on LEGO sets directly or visit the LEGOLAND DEUTSCHLAND 🇩🇪 or Billund. Would i recommend the discovery center to other people? Yes absolutely if the time limit is removed! 3 hours are really short and people should protest against it. I also left a review on the tablet in the discovery center to explain my frustration about the time limit. Take the combi ticket 🎟 with SEA LIFE together which can be used at the same day or within 90 days for +11€ per person. If you have kids from 4-9 years it’s a great experience. Go with one adult only eventually. Much to see and experience for the first time. Have fun and enjoy the LEGO experience. 😉💗✌🏼

Saubere Anlage. Für groß und klein ist was dabei. Unter der Woche nicht so stark besucht. Kleiner wasserspielplatz für die kleinen ist vor Ort. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner, großer und gepflegter Abenteuerspielplatz. Es gibt auch Toiletten. Im Sommer gibt es auch einen Wasserspielplatz. Auch für die großen ist hier mit Trainingsgeräten gesorgt.
Ein Besuch lohnt sich eigentlich immer.

Der Spielplatz ist sehr geräumig und schön. Die Kinder haben große Auswahl an Spielgeräten. Es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Super cooler Spielplatz für Groß und Klein. Viele tolle Geräte um sich fit zu halten. Saubere Anlage sowie die Toilette. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
