Till date Manufactum is a unique place to find high quality products from clothes to soaps, from shoes to pans. Even though prices are higher than other shops, one does get quality which lasts for years or even decades, when it comes to e.g. kitchen tools and accessories.

The service and product knowledge of Manufactum's employees is excellent and helps a lot to find the product you are looking for; and it's not about selling the most expensive, it's about what suits your demands or needs.

Highly recommended to people who are aware, that buying quality products have their price, but last much longer than products you buy for half the price, but you have to replace them in a quarter of the time the quality product will last.

Lots of high quality, unique items for sale. Super fun to browse. I found quite a few items. Good to go back, since you can find different items useful depending on what your needs are at the time.

Gute Preise für B-Ware und Sonderverkäufe (aber auch reguläre Ware) der Marken Krups, Tefal und Rowenta. Immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!

War gerade dort wegen einem Defekten Gerät. Die nette Dame an der Annahme hat sich das Gerät angeschaut und mit ein paar Handgriffen den Fehler behoben.

The Fotografiska Museum Berlin is OK, not the best compared with the other Fotografiskas. The building and the vibe were really nice and Berlinish but as it is quite new, they could have started off with stronger exhibitions and not stay on such mainstrem level. The nude exhibition was quite good out of all three exhibitions. Since the ticket price isn’t that high would recommend it anyway.

The person working there was super nice and the selection was really worth seeing

Katastrophaler Kundendienst. Das Gerät wird nicht geliefert, das bereits bezahlte Geld zurück gehalten. Niemand fühlt sich zuständig. Krups nie wieder.

Die Reparaturwerkstatt hat hervorragende Arbeit geleistet...wirklich der beste Service den man sich vorstellen kann...10 Sterne extra. .

Edgy contemporary photographic art on floors 3, 4 and 5. The entrance fee is hefty compared to the smallness of the exhibitions, the shop is not worth the photo theme. Best is the graffiti covered staircase reminding of the independent occupied art center after the wall came down.

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Cafe und die Bedienung sehr nett. Der selbst gebackene Kuchen/Torten super lecker. Immer wieder

I had zero expectations before visiting this museum, deciding to go because it was free at that time. Knowing it primarily focused on art and photography, I hoped to gain a new perspective on these mediums.

The museum featured three exhibitions. The first, titled "NUDE," stood out as the most interesting. It presented a fresh take on the beauty of nudes, offering a different perspective. While not entirely my preference, I appreciated the chance to learn something new.

The second exhibition was the most forgettable, consisting of red, blue, and color photography with bodies layered on them, claiming it to be "art."

The last one, "whiteface," seemed to convey a passive-aggressive message about racial issues among white people. Whether I agreed or disagreed wasn't necessarily the point, as I found myself indifferent.

The museum also housed a shop and a bar. The shop had a well-designed interior and was well-maintained. The bar was equally nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and respectful patrons. This museum may cater to a specific audience, and while it might not be entirely my taste, it has its merits.

Nothing really special here. You use it as a shortcut, that's it.

Positive is it seems to be selling number of things I am interested to buy.
Negative was that there is no price tags on products, plus the prices seem high.
Nice to have the option.

Interesting by architectural style place. A lot of space, several bars and shop. They picked up some strong and important for society topics. But some of displays were a bit questionable for the resources used by artist to lead viewer’s opinion.

Zuerst eine inkompetent Mitarbeiterin gehabt die mir immer was aufschwatzen wollte was ich nicht wollte. Aber Gott sei dank kamm ein Mitarbeiter dazu und konnte mir wirklich zu 100 % weiterhelfen.

Bad experience of buying stuff from here, not buying from here again..found a lot of items expired on the shelves...also a lot of items dont have a price tag next to them and they send the bill on email.
No clarity in the bill as item names are not written clearly. Later on when i checked my bill in email one of items was written as Lebensmittel with some random price while i didn't buy any veggies etc. All items i bought were packaged ones, i dont know which item it was in the bill that they had written.

Nice stuff, but everything was way too expensive for me. Nonetheless, it was nice to walk through and look at all the high quality goods they have.

Ein mega gemütliches kleines Café mit leckeren selbstgemachten Kuchen und was für mich ganz wichtig ist es gibt laktosefreien Milchkaffee. Und viele kleine schöne Geschenke die man kaufen kann und Nippes. Kann es nur empfehlen

The prices are high as compared to other Indian stores in Berlin.15euro for 2 strings of artificial marigold flower is high which prices merely 20inr in India.I lt would have been better if the items had price tags,it's really odd to go at the counter everytime to ask for the price,as if the person at the counter changes price according to customer and quantity purchased.

Has a good Variety of indian product, delivery time was also reasonable. Service is very good, I had mistakenly added the incorrect postal code in my address and the shop called me for clarification saving a lot of unneccesary time and effort in incorrect delivery.

3.Kaffee -Vollautomaten gekauft 2.sind schon im Schrott der letzte ist noch in Betrieb.
Hatte diesen auch schon 2 mal in Reparatur (noch Garantie)
Verliert immer Wasser so wie bei den beiden die ich schon entsorgt habe. Wird auch repariert diese Automaten sind mehr zur Reparatur wie im gebrauch. Nach der Reparatur und die Garantie erloschen ist kann ich diese nur noch entsorgen Leider kann man das Innenleben nicht reinigen. Nie wieder Krups früher wurde Qualität produziert. Ich habe eine Kaffeemühle die ca 40.Jahre alt ist diese funktioniert immer noch. Ja das war Qualität

Unfortunately very disappointed from the exhibition choice made in Berlin.
I have been to Fotografiska in Stockholm and was simply amazing. So I was very happy to know Fotografiska was coming in Berlin as well.

Now the location is very cool, and happy they kept part of the soul of the building. BUT the coffee concept very different from Stockholm.
The exhibition choice felt to me less about photography, and more on getting busy to give out very strong messages.
A very different feeling compared to Stockholm. And I personally did not like it or got positive impressed.

Very happy with my order. Customer service is excellent too. I bought many ready-made meals as a birthday present for my Indian food-crazy partner and he was very happy with them and we will definitely order with them soon again!

The bakery is amazing, other than that the shop had good quality products but EXTREMELY expensive (i.e. a pencil holder I saw cost 120€)

Ein toller Laden, mit tollem Kaffee in bester Lage in der Lörracher Innenstadt. Jederzeit ein Besuch wert, sei es auf einen köstlichen Kaffee oder für kleine Geschenkideen! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Beratung ist nett und hilfsbereit. Gute preise, es gibt von staubsauger/roboter über pfannen und Kochgeräte sowie Haaregeräte alles mögliche.

Beste Kaffeespezialitäten in Lörrach. Nettes Personal und tolle Chefin, hilfsbereit und haben auf alle Fragen eine Antwort! Ich komme regelmäßig und in toller Atmosphäre meinen nicht zu heißen Cappuccino zu trinken. Für Geschenkideen bin ich auch immer zu haben. Es wird alles immer so liebevoll eingepackt.

Vergebe einen Stern, weil Null Sterne nicht möglich sind. Das Einkaufserlebnis ist in diesem Laden auf allen Ebenen unterirdisch. Völlig überteuerte, qualitativ minderwertige Ware. Die Chefin selber scheint ihren Kunden weder mit Wertschätzung noch mit Freundlichkeit begegnen zu wollen. Arrogantes, desinteressiertes Verhalten. Auf Fragen zu den Produkten erhält man keine brauchbaren Antworten, die von Fachwissen zeugen. Alles in allem ist uns unerklärlich, wie so ein Geschäft überhaupt überleben kann. Auch dass hier auf die negativen Kommentare keine Stellung vom Unternehmen bezogen wird und die Reklamationen stehen gelassen werden zeigt, dass die Inhaber keinerlei Interesse haben, wertvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen und ihren Kunden einmalig das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen wollen.

Super unfreundlicher Laden und unterdurchschnittlichen Kaffee - da ist Name also nicht Programm. Das Personal wirkt sehr schlecht gelaunt und mürrisch, also als Gast fühlt man sich hier nicht. Zudem überteuert.

Alle waren der Firma Krups sind super,modern und bestens eine super Qualität.

Souvenirs are expensive, coffee is great 👍🏼

Food for price is great, ready-to-eat packages of sushi, gyoza, kimchi, seaweed etc. Take away or eat in. Small but well-sorted grocery corner. Friendly place too, especially in comparison with local alternatives.
