Ein guter Laden Mann bekommt auch fast alles was man braucht kann Ich empfehlen.

Ordered something via their online website. They made a mistake and sent one wrong and cheaper item. I reached out to resolve the matter. I had to make over 5 phone calls and send 10 messages. I had to repeatedly explain their mistake and provide the order details to prove it even though they also had the information. They acknowledged the mistake but admitted that it didn’t make financial sense for them to fix the problem and asked we sort it out with a future order. I needed the right product, had not been reimbursed and now they wanted me to order more from them!!! I requested a different solution and they went back to ignoring me. This was no longer worth my time. Their actions were the equivalent of theft as they neither returned my money nor refund me for the difference they had overcharged. Will never buy from them as they have no integrity or business sense.

I ordered online from their website. The delivery was quick. The problem was - I ordered Punjab King Basmati rice and they sent me Punjabi Basmati rice which is completely different from what I ordered.

Super Shop und eine top Beratung. Mal wieder sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl, der Beratung und ganz allgemein mit dem Kund:Innenumgang.

Da die Beratung hier ernst genommen wird, kann es schon Mal sein, dass man ein bisschen warten muss. Dafür steht aber ein Sofa bereit, außerdem kann Mensch sich ja auch schon Mal selbstständig um Shop umschauen ;)

Alles in allem zu 100% zu empfehlen!

Bitte auf die Öffnungszeiten achten. Meine Frau war 10:15 Uhr vor die Tür, aber niemand war da.
