Schöner Zoo mit sehr schön angelegten Wegen. Die Shows (Vogel & Seelöwen) sind nett gemacht, aber natürlich nicht zu vergleichen mit denen im Loro-Park.
Leider sind die Gastronomischen Angebote vor Ort sehr schlecht. Es empfiehlt sich sein Essen selbst mitzubringen. Die Bob-Bahn ist leider nicht im Eintrittspreis enthalten und kostet 4€ extra.
Bei unserem Besuch an einem Wochentag Mitte April war es relativ leer, so konnte man den Park in Ruhe und ohne Wartezeit genießen.

The place is spectacular. It is worth every single penny. There are so many things to see, we literally spent 5 hours there.

We had such an amazing time. We visited the zoo everyday for a week and spent hours in there. The animals are well looked after and the enclosures are spotless. Every morning, there is a different animal to have your picture taken with.
The animal experiences are not advertised enough as we would have done every single one. We did the sea lions experience and it was perfect.

Wonderful day out. Remember to take full shoes for the climbing experience or you can't go on.

The Zoo Aquarium in Madrid offers a splendid visit, with its vast open-concept layout that allows for an uncluttered, enjoyable exploration, even in the heart of February’s delightful weather. Ample playgrounds and a variety of eateries provide perfect pauses in between encountering the diverse animal exhibits, including the truly awesome dolphin show. This expansive and well-maintained zoo promises a cool, unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages, making it a must-visit destination.
Der Zoo ist sehr schön, zumindest für die Besucher. Zu sehen, in welche kleinen Gehegen die Tiere gehalten werden hat mir das Herz zerbrochen. Geier die nicht fliegen und ein Erdmännchen das wie gestört im Kreis rennt.

Für einen Zoo in Süd Europa gute Verhältnisse. Natürlich kann man ihn nicht mit einem Zoo in Deutschland vergleichen, dafür haben die meisten Tiere einfach viel zu wenig Auslauf und Platz. Der Zoo ist sehr toll gestaltet und wirkt wirklich wie ein kleiner Dschungel. Die beiden Tierschau, sind einfach aber sehr kreativ gehalten. Man sieht, dass die Tiere vor Ort in einem guten, ungesunden Zustand sind. Dies habe ich woanders schon wesentlich schlechter erlebt. Vor allem der große Parcours für Kinder ist zu erwähnen, mein Sohn hat es geliebt, dort zu klettern. als die Preise für Speisen und der aufdringliche Fotograf sind negativ zu erwähnen. Deshalb vier Sterne
€37,50 even though a large part of the park is closed is way too expensive! The reptilians and arachnids were very cool to see though.

Being able to hand feed the monkeys and lemurs is incredible.

Great zoo. We were there for the full day 10.30 - 5, and saw most the shows. The food is reasonably priced when you are in there pizza about 9 euro. The shows have both an education element and entertainment. All the animals look well looked after.
We ended up getting the duel ticket with Siam Park and it is well worth it excellent 2nd day out.

Absolutely amazing place! It is a must for anyone who visits tenerife. The shows are not to be missed. They are regular and timed so that you can practically go from one to the next.
There is plenty of little kiosk and places to eat scattered around the park. It is kept very clean and tidy.
It can be a little confusing to navigate, even with the free map that is provided on arrival.
On a side note. This place is heavily advertised and has some free transportation from certain places (depends where you are travelling from).

Lovely animal park, of course, with the monkeys being the big attraction. There are other animals as well, including guinea pigs, parrots, alligators, turtles, mice, and others. What makes the zoo unique is that you can buy (approved healthy) food and feed the different animals yourself as you go, which is great fun! Never have I had the opportunity to come so close to and interact with monkeys before. Also, the entrance price is cheap. The only downside is that you have to take a taxi or car to get there, there is no public transport option (so that can drag the price up).

As for the food selection, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality on offer, there was something for everyone, and everything we tried was delicious.

I was here on a weekday in late March. There were not too many people. There were different kinds of monkeys, guinea pigs, parrots and reptiles in the zoo. It took us an hour and a half to go round all the animals. For 3 euros you can buy vegetables for the animals and feed them. The ticket cost 10 euros for adults, in principle the place corresponds to the price. The territory is beautiful
One of the most unique excursions that I’ve ever done. Able to feed monkeys who roam around, little guinea pigs, lemurs and parrots! Very well priced too so an absolute must if visiting Tenerife. Children would love this place!
Very quiet, no Pandas but it is March and the sun was shinning and Rosie has a brilliant time. The park is super clean. Not expensive, u see 3’s go free. We were there for 6 hours and saw Lions, Giraffes, Gorillas, Dolphins, hippos, Rhinos, Bears, Wolves, Monkeys, Flamingos, and a lot more. Arosie loved the play parks and slides.
One of the best animal parks on the planet you could go to, they really go the extra mile in their park and out of it to make a difference in the world.

Absolutely Amazing animal embassy / conservation park. The animals are so well cared for and this shows for how happy they looked and behaved. The staff and rangers are very people friendly and will help you with any query. There is free transport by small train which arrives and departs every 20 mins.
This is a very highly recommended visit during your stay in Tenerife. Allow a full day to enjoy everything in park. I'm at lower leg amputee and there is full access everywhere for anyone with a disability, wheelchair users, and, children in prams.

Lora Park in Tenerife is an absolute gem! From the moment you enter, you're greeted with lush landscapes and a variety of stunning birds. The park is well-maintained, offering a serene environment that's perfect for families and nature lovers. The highlight for us was the parrot show – both educational and entertaining. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, clearly passionate about conservation. A must-visit for an unforgettable experience with nature's wonders. Highly recommend!
Enjoyable morning spent wandering around the Monkey Park admiring and feeding some of the animals.
It was €10 entry fee each and costs €3 for a tub of food to feed the animals.
As well as monkeys there are guinea pigs, snakes, tortoises, birds, parrots and alligators to see. Our favourite were the howler monkeys.
This place was definitely a great find not always mentioned in guides/excursions but well worth the visit.

Es un parque natural donde los animales están llenos de vida, se les nota felices. Es súper bonito y el dueño Malpartida es súper agradable y está por allí todo el día y hace los espectáculos como nunca había visto antes, le habla a los animales no les da órdenes. Venimos impresionados, sin duda alguna volveremos a ir. Nos echamos fotos con aguilas en las manos sin límite, todo el que quiera echarse fotos se las echa y totalmente gratis. Le puedes dar de comer a los lémures. Es súper bonito. El restaurante está muy bien, merece la pena comer allí.
Un lugar con un encanto especial. Los animales se ven bien cuidados, limpios y con alimento. El personal del zoológico siempre está dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Sin embargo, hay cosas que mejorar. Las instalaciones, aunque están limpias, están un poco descuidadas en cuanto a jardinería (hay ramas colgando con las que te das en la cara al caminar por los senderos de la ruta a seguir) y albañilería (hay agujeros y grietas que reparar también en los senderos de la ruta, que si vas como en mi caso con un carrito puede tener complicaciones). Hay varios espectáculos. Conseguí ver el de las aves rapaces y el del caballo, la verdad muy bonitos pero poco organizados... Me quedé con ganas de ver el de los lobos... ¡PERO VOLVERÉ PARA VERLO Y DISFRUTAR DE OTRO DÍA MUY AGRADABLE!
Wunderschöner Park. Man kann viele Tiere und Pflanzen ansehen. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie im Jungel. Der Park ist vielfältig bepflanzt. Besucher können einen Kakteengarten und Orchideengarten bestaunen und einen Kletterpfard erkunden. Auch viele Tiere kann man füttern.
Die Gehege bei manchen Tieren sind einfach zu klein ausgelegt. Zudem muss man sich trotzdem anstellen in der Schlange, wenn man die Tickets nicht über die offizielle Website gekauft hat. Bei uns war es über die Barcelona Tickets und diese müssen dann nochmals verifiziert werden. Ich würde den Zoo nicht weiter empfehlen.
Der Zoo von Barcelona bietet zwar eine Vielzahl von Tierarten, jedoch sind die Gehege oft winzig und die spiegelverglasten Wände erschweren es, die Tiere klar zu sehen. Dies mindert leider das Gesamterlebnis für die Besucher. Der Zoo ist sehr schlecht gepflegt und schmutzig.
We had a wonderful time with the family at the zoo. The children had the chance to engage directly with the animals, feeding the guinea pigs, monkeys, and lemurs right from their hands, which was an absolute delight. They also got the opportunity to take memorable photos with a large parrot, adding to the day’s special experiences. The cost for animal feed is €3, which seems reasonable, although a slightly higher price wouldn’t have been amiss, considering the quality time spent and the joy it brought to the kids. We leisurely spent up to an hour there, finding the zoo to be well-suited for families, even accommodating those with strollers. The visit was fantastic until we ran out of animal feed, which the children found amusing. Overall, it was a day well spent, filled with laughter, learning, and the simple joy of connecting with nature.
Sorprendida. Fuimos con la peque de año y medio y disfrutamos muchísimo. Se ven los animales súper cerca y parecen bien cuidados.
Es un circuito por un sendero que se puede hacer perfectamente con carrito. Hay áreas de descanso cada poco con baños y máquinas de refrescos. Alucinante ver a los leones y el tigre blanco tan tan cerca.

Always an amazing time for the kids. We have the yearly passes which with 3 children saves a fortune. Great things to see. Great play park for smaller children and another for older children. Easy to find also. If you take your own food remember you are limited to a bag size.
Traurig wie die armen Tiere dort gehalten werden. Das sollte verboten werden. Wer das besucht macht sich mit schuldig an der Tierquälerei 😢
We just talked to monkey Park doing a holiday in December. we didn’t book any advance tickets rather bought it on the spot. There was no queue to enter, it was ready quick, even though the staff said it was very busy. I think it wasn’t good decent. It was not too crowded. There were lots and lots of guinea pigs all over and very cute, my daughter loved them. You can buy a box of food at the counter for the guinea pigs and monkeys and parrots. There was also a man when we helped us with an experience with the parrots, there were two of them big ones and it was free of charge. Only thing which was disappointing was I had lots of reviews and pictures where there was a monkey sitting on you eating food directly from your arm and outside the cage. We didn’t see that we were all apparently potato so we’re not doing that. That was very disappointing. However, my daughter could still feed the monkeys from behind the gates. You also different other kind of animals, it was interesting to look at them. we spent between 2 to 3 hours there that’s more than enough. As a small place with tables and chairs and you can buy ice cream. Also it was around 10 euro or something. Parking was free.
Really enjoyed my visit here! Plenty of animals to see and was a great experience getting to feed the monkeys and guinea pigs. I would suggest buying more than one pack of food for 3 euros as it runs out by the time you get to the monkeys.

Fantastic afternoon here, not too busy in December. Wouldn't like to come during peak season. Expensive for entry (2 adults and 5 kids) however it was an enjoyable experience. Toilets are located throughout the park, the layout is well thought. We didnt see wheelchair users during our visit however there were families using buggies. Some areas were closed for development during our visit. Some people aren't keen on Zoos and I understand, however the animals here all definitely appeared happy and well looked after. Charlie the sea lion is so cute! Taxi back to Benidorm centre was 15 Euros Would definitely recommend, if you have a family I'd advise to book a taxi.

Ich bin mit meiner Familie immer wieder gerne hier,es gibt immer wieder neue Efrahrungen dort. Diesmal waren wir im Extraprogramm mit dem Besuch von Erdmännchen,Gürteltiere,Riesenschildkröten und Affen und noch mehr von den Greifvögel ❤️ Ich kann diesen Park weiter empfehlen!

Dieser Park ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an diversen Stellen sieht aber die ganzen Gehege und Tiere sind dennoch gepflegt. Wir waren Ende November 2023 hier und es war wenig los. Punkten kann der Park mit seinen Shows, vor allem die der Vögel, wo diese auf einem offenen Gelände zwischen den Zuschauern vorbei fliegen / laufen. Es gibt aber auch diverse begehbare Volieren und Gehege, wo man den Tieren sehr nahe kommen kann. Es gibt auch spezielle Angebote, wo man ein persönliches Fotoshooting mit den Tieren machen kann, welche aber natürlich extra kostet. Auch gibt es diverse Angebote für Kinder, mit einem Jungel-Parkour oder eine Bobbahn. Beim Mittag im großen offenen Restaurant, kommt ab und zu ein Pfau zu Besuch, wie auch diverse hier lebende Katzen. Man sollte ein paar Stunden Zeit mitbringen, ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv.

This zoo has everything to offer. They have three themed zones based on Asia, Europe, and the Americas, each with their own flaura and fauna. Their reptiles were amazing, and the place is simply huge!. Each zone has animals from that part of the world. Big cats, elephants, camels, prairie dogs, marmosets. You can see the animals a well taken care of. Their outdoor aviary was really special. See all sorts of birds flying around and discovering what was hiding about was a great experience. Overall, this is the best zoo we've ever visited. It beats any zoo in the United Kidgdom, hands down! Earns the 5* 💯 mark from us.
Grosser, weitläufiger Zoo. Sehr bekannt für seine Tiervielfalt. Zoo-Map von Vorteil um sich zurecht zu finden. Leider waren bei meinem Besuch alle Restaurants und diverse Gehege im Umbau und nicht zugänglich. Ansonsten wären einige grosse Restaurants und Kioske vorhanden. Viele Gehege sind gross und auch tiergerecht. Aber nicht alle, leider. Wie in vielen Zoos, haben meiner Meinung nach die Federtiere (zb. die Papageien haben keine Möglichkeit 1m weit zu fliegen, was ich traurig finde) und Amphibien viel zu wenig Raum. Teils auch Raubkatzen und Affen. Souvenirshops und Schliessfächer vorhanden. Eintrittspreis ist gerechtfertigt (ausser bei meinem Besuch anf. Oktober, da kein einziges Restaurant oder Kiosk geöffnet hatten). Gut zu Fuss von der Metro, ca 15 min., über die Allee durch den Park beim Triumpfbogen zu erreichen.
Great few hours out. We did a quick walk around and it still took about 3 hours. Definitely take you own water with you as it is very hot and humid out. Tickets were 32€ per person. All animals looked cared for and content. The aviary was the best experience for me as the birds were freely able to roam everywhere!
Ein wunderschön angelegter und sauberer Park. Das Highlight für mich als Vogelfan, man kann hier die hübschen Loris in einem separaten Bereich mit Nektar füttern. Dabei kommt man den Vögeln so nah wie sonst kaum. Kaum am Automat den Nektar für 2 Euro gekauft, schon kommen sie zu dir geflogen und naschen am Nektar. Sie hüpfen auf Kopf und Schulter und natürlich auf die Hand. Einfach schön zu erleben.
Auch die Greifvogelshow haben wir gesehen. Einfach fantastisch. Man hat hier wirklich den Eindruck die Tiere fühlen sich wohl. Eintritt 30 Euro kommt einen recht hoch vor, aber den Tieren geht es gut und dafür ist es gut investiert. Die Pflanzen und allgemein das Dschungelflair ist atemberaubend. Es gibt auch tolle Hängebrücken wo man drüber gehen kann und von denen man die Krokodile unten beobachten kann. Ich kann diesen Park nur empfehlen. Achja, im Shop gibt es als Mitbringsel wunderschöne erschwingliche Stofftiere.

Sehr angenehmer Zoo die Tiere haben auch viele Möglichkeiten sich zu verstecken was etwas blöd für die Besucher ist aber gut für die Tiere. Sehr Vogel lastig ausgelegt.
Der Zoo hat ein ziemlich weitläufiges Gelände und es lassen sich hier, gerade mit Kindern, einige Stunden verbringen. Leider konnten wir einen Teil der Tiere (vor allem die Großkatzen) bestimmt auf Grund des heißen Wetters nicht besichtigen. Ich persönlich empfand viele Gehege für einige der Tiere als zu klein. Beispielsweise war ein Orangutan-Männchen komplett für sich alleine in einem Glashaus. Er bewegte sich durch um sich selbst drehende Bewegungen durch seine Behausung. Für die Kinder war das zwar lustig, für mich war es hingegen kein schöner Anblick. Ich kenne andere Zoos wo die Haltung, meiner Meinung nach, um einiges artgerechter ist.
Viele verschiedene Rutschen und nebenan gleich der Tierpark. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag dort und kommen gerne wieder. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Security könnte noch etwas aufmerksamer sein. Ansonsten Top!
Nett, aber nicht herausragend. Positiv ist aber das zunehmende Engagement für den Artenschutz. Der Eintrittspreis ist gemessen an der Größe und Vielfalt des Zoos aber ziemlich hoch.

Alter Zoo mit viel zu kleinen Gehegen, die Tiere wie Bär Tiger Leopard laufen im Kreis weil sie zu kleine Gehege haben, hier muss dringend umgebaut werden! Und dann gibt es diese vielen Baustellen und leerstehenden Gebäude und abgesperrte Flächen, Müllhaufen und Dreck, kein Personal, es blutet einem das Herz.. bei 21,40€ Eintritt pP unverständlich. Die Tiere sind antriebslos und schauen traurig aus. Das Nashorn hatte kein Wasser!
Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner Tierpark. Sehr gut aufgebaut und Strukturiert. Leider aber ein großes Manko. Da ich dort mit meiner 7 Monaten alten Tochter war mussten wir sie dort auch mal wickeln, diese war leider nur mit sehr großem Aufwand verbunden da die Ablagen zum wickeln viel zu klein sind weshalb wir uns entschieden haben sie lieber auf dem Boden zu wickeln.
Schlimmster Zoo in dem ich jemals war. Türen auf und alles frei lassen! 😢 Milan und Adler zu mehrt im 12m3 Käfig. Die meisten Gehege waren leer bzw Wege auch einfach gesperrt. Viele Arten sind allein im Käfig (hyäne, Tiger, Leopard), andere viel zu viele auf dem kleinen Platz. Grundsätzlich sind alle Gehege viel zu klein. Meine Wohnung ist größer, als die Gehege einiger Raubtiere. Der Park ist schmutzig, das Kiosk nicht bewirtschaftet, die Gehege ausgetrocknet. Ja, es war heiß und alle Tiere sind selbst der Hitze erlegen, deshalb haben zu der Zeit alle geschlafen. Aber das rechtfertigt nicht den Zustand des parks. Das Glas im Tigergehege war komplett gesprungen, das Wasser, das der Otter zum Schwimmen hatte, war dunkelrot und verdreckt! Die Tiere, die wach waren, hatten solche Angst vor mir, dass sie abgehauen sind. Die Tiere sind Besucher nicht mal gewohnt - hier will einfach keiner her. Ich war tatsächlich die einzige Besucherin. Der Parkplatz war so leer dass ich nachgefragt habe ob überhaupt offen ist. Das einzig schöne ist, dass Hühner und Pfaue frei herumlaufen dürfen.
Ein toller Park man hat hier wirklich sehr viel zu sehen das Personal hat Lust auf ihre Arbeit und sie sind sehr freundlich

Circa eine Stunde vor Schließung des Parks wollten sie noch den vollen Preis (also an die 30 Euro!!!) berechnen. Eine Schande!

Kleiner Zoo mit einem Rundgang der ca. 2.5h dauert. Mit Charme, aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mit Kindern definitiv sehenswert.
Der Zoo an sich war für Besucher ganz schön gemacht, allerdings waren manche Gehege meiner Meinung nach etwas klein... der "aquapark" war etwas enttäuschend, da wir hauptsächlich für unseren Sohn dorthin gefahren sind... dort angekommen, mussten wir erstmal noch Geld für die Liegeplätze bezahlen und mein Sohn durfte wegen seiner Größe (119 cm) auf KEINE Rutsche! Wir waren nicht besonders lange dort...
Ein sehr gepflegter Park mit vielen,selten gehaltenen Tieren wie z.B.Stellersche Seelöwen,Adelie-und Zügelpinguine,Komodowarane und Grauen Spiesshirschen.Das absolute Highlight ist für mich der Glastunnel durch das Amazonasbecken mit Seekühen,Arapaimas und weiteren Flussbewohnern. Im Gegensatz zum völlig veralteten und überlaufenem Zoo in Madrid ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung und sehr zu empfehlen.
Wunderbarer Tierpark. Hier laufen viele Arten auch 'frei'umher und man kann die Tiere aus nächster Nähe beobachten.

Der Tierpark ist sehr schön, es gibt sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten dort. Der Wasser Park stattdessen hat uns nicht sehr gefallen, man hat versucht mit allem Geld zu machen. Viele rutschen aber keine schwimm Möglichkeiten vorhanden aber für Kinder wahrscheinlich ein Besuch wert!
Erste Eindruck war etwas nüchtern, doch die positiven Eindrücke stiegen immens. Schöner Tierpark für Jung und Alt! Ausflug empfehlenswert! Mindestaufenthalt 4 Stunden!
