Could not recommend Tignes Spirit enough for rental!
The staff were so helpful and location is ideal, just off the slopes. Got sorted super quick and the staff listened to my preference in type of skis! 100% will be back and recommend!

Really good advice and service from Rowan and the rest of the team. I hired touring kit and they were very helpful in discussing ski/binding type. I had to change my boots half way through the week and there was no fuss. Would very much recommend!

Pour changer un rayon cassé de vélo on m'annonce un délai de 4 semaines ,vu qu'ils doivent envoyer le vélo je ne sais où....
Le Mr de l'atelier me répond de façon condescendante et agacée en me disant qu'il n'y a pas d'autres solutions.
Je lui demande pourquoi cette façon de s'exprimer ?Ce à quoi il répond que tout les jours il entend les mêmes questions....
J'ai donc fait appel à un responsable avec qui j'ai trouvé une solution c'est-à-dire de changer la roue pour ne pas avoir à subir ce délai .
PS la direction , apparemment selon votre employé il ne sert a rien de remonter les problèmes....
Même s'il a raison je trouve que ça façon d'agir donne une image déplorable de votre enseigne.

Most patient and child friendly staff I've ever known. Excellent hire gear and a gardiennage for storage very handy for kids' ski school.

Excellent service. When my daughter’s boots were too tight after a day on the slope's the team at Sport 2000 swapped them over happily. On our final night, we were a bit late returning our boots/ski’s, but the team were very accommodating allowing us to still return them - we were very grateful. We have returned to this resort for 3 years running and always use Sport 2000. Merci.

Velo électrique de 6 mois avec un rayon cassé .

Il faut envoyer le vélo en atelier régional donc un certain nombres de jours sans vélo et refus de prendre en charge la réparation .

Je suis invité a faire réparer mon vélo dans une boutique indépendante et bien sur a mes frais pour avoir une prestation rapide.

Conclusion de cette expérience = minimum syndical .

Bien sur il ma été expliqué que j'allais perdre mon temps en appelant le service client décathlon!!!

Le changement d'une enseigne ne fais pas tous cela fera plaisir aux service marketing.

Je suis estomaqué de cela.

Alors oui, de l'attente a l'Atelier vélo (pas de prise de rdv possible). Mais pour un samedi matin, rien d'étonnant ! Équipe sympa qui nous prévient du temps d'attente à notre arrivée.
Très satisfaite du service. Je demandais une révision rapide et j'avais un souci avec les freins. Aucune surfacturation de mon côté!

Vraiment top d avoir un magasin de sport ouvert le dimanche
Seul bémol , les rayons ne sont pas assortis le dimanche , donc pas mal de références sont manquantes en rayon
Mais le personnel est tjs là pour vous renseigner

Best ski rental, I would highly recommend! Having had very poor experiences in the last few years in other places, this place is excellent!
New equipment, good selection and great service. You are not rushed and the guys spend the time to understand what you are looking for. Also got a call on the afternoon of the first day of skiing, they were making sure i like the equipment and am having a good time!
Will definitely be my choice of ski rental next time.

Lent, lent, super lent !

Après une attente interminable pour savoir où se trouve la pièce que je recherche, on me redirige sur l'atelier vélo.

Là je tombe sur un vendeur très peu aimable qui m'indique qu'il n'a pas la pièce en question, malgré qu'elle soit identifiée comme disponible sur le site de Decathlon.

Refus de vente, incompétence ou erreur dans l'enregistrement des stocks ? Peu importe, la prochaine fois je n'irai pas perdre mon temps ici...

Le personnel a démontré un comportement raciste, ce qui a grandement altéré mon expérience et m'a profondément déçu, une dame précisément avec ses lunettes de golmon avec sa grosse tête on dirait une ps3. Elle nous a suivis moi et mes amis pour je ne sais quelle raison puis nous ordonne de quitter le magasin car mon ami à tout simplement mis ses mains dans ses poches. Je ne reviendrais plus jamais ça c’est sur !

Belle promenade à faire en décalé du centre de Bordeaux. Il offre un super panorama à la fois sur les quais, la Garonne et le pont Jacques Delmas. Nombreuse boutique sympas, et restauration en tout genre.

We chose Tignes Spirit based on the incredible Google reviews. It was not our experience so I am leaving this out of balance. The good :- very friendly, attentive, helpful and pleasant staff who stay late for customers to collect rental gear the evening before. Another customer was returning boots due to numb toes and the advice was helpful and professional. The bad :- they sent our youngest child with two different size boots, one of which was hardly held in it's binding. It came off over twenty times skiing down to his lesson on the first day and that really hurt his confidence. We missed the start of the lesson trying to get it corrected. Secondly, the poles we hired were adjustable and two of our family found they slipped shorter in use. The gold package didn't seem to be worth extra for the children. I asked when we returned the boots and they said the silver skis are even more bashed up. Lastly, on the last day we asked to leave out shoes in the shop while we skied in the morning so that they were there when we returned our skis. This request was declined by staff as they said they were busy that day. We've done this at other shops and we thought it was normal practice until now.

It’s a Sunday and the weather is sunny. There is marche with lots of local products, whereby you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, pasta, ham, seafood, cooked food, etc.

We enjoyed ourselves with fresh oysters and white wine under the sun, a perfect outing.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Ecrin blanc, and I must say that my stay was highly disappointing. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn other potential guests about the unprofessionalism and lack of resolution I encountered.
To provide some context,i made a reservation for a specific room type, but upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that I had been given a downgraded room that did not meet my expectations or the specifications of my booking.
This immediately made me question the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction and overall quality.
Moreover, the unprofessional behavior displayed by the hotel staff further exacerbated my disappointment. Their attitude towards guests was dismissive and discourteous. Despite raising my concerns with the front desk, there was a clear lack of empathy and willingness to address the issue. The staff's unprofessionalism was evident in their dismissive responses and failure to offer any viable solutions.
The impact of this poor service on my overall experience cannot be overstated. I felt an immense sense of inconvenience, discomfort, and disappointment throughout my stay. The downgraded room not only failed to meet my expectations but also hindered my ability to enjoy my time at the hotel.
It is disheartening to note that the hotel did not demonstrate any initiative to rectify the situation or offer a suitable resolution. As a guest, I expected a prompt and appropriate response to my concerns, but it was clear that the hotel was not committed to addressing the issue or ensuring guest satisfaction.
I would like to express my disappointment with the hotel's handling of this matter. It is my sincere hope that they take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to avoid similar incidents in the future. Guests deserve a professional and attentive experience, especially when they have made reservations based on specific room types.
In light of my experience, I cannot recommend ecrin to fellow travelers who value quality service and professionalism. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts the hotel management to take corrective measures.

Expérience fort déplaisante lors de ma réparation de vélo : le technicien a essayé de "gonfler" le coût final de la réparation en ajoutant des pièces dont je disposais déjà (et qui avait été achetées à Decathlon) sans solliciter mon avis, je dois demander un devis qui n'est pas finalement communiqué (pour rappel, c'est un obligation pour une prestation de service), l a durée estimée de réparation n'a pas été tenue (c'était une réparation simple) ce qui m'a obligé à revenir dans la journée sous peine de me voir facturer en sus des frais de "parking" !!! Et le petit détail qui m'a incité à rédiger cet avis : le comportement désagréable du technicien qui rejette la "faute" sur le client !
Bref, cet atelier (pourtant avec un nombre d'employés suffisant) semble avoir un problème de management (peut être faudrait il que les techniciens les moins aimables ne s'occupent pas de la partie commerciale, c'est un autre métier) et de satisfaction clients.
J'ai tout de même mis deux étoiles car la réparation semble avoir été faite avec soin.

I took my skis to be tuned / waxed and they did a good job.

I was impressed that the shop was open at 0815 when I went back to collect the skis the next day.

good prices, really efficient and kind service!

With all the issues we had with dinner we were not offered any compensation. No initiation of any taken off the bill. We also booked transport from Geneva airport and only realised it wasn’t booked until we landed! I had email asking me how many suitcases and people I’m travelling with about 2 weeks ago! It’s just a really strange place. Hate the fragrance of choice in the public areas of the hotel. Too strong and not relaxing at all.

Tignes Spirit Rentals were absolutely amazing!!! Friendly, super helpful staff stayed at the shop late to help our group of 12 get sorted with our hire kit. The team spent a lot of care and attention making sure everyone was comfortable and properly set up. They even helped get extra boards and skis sorted last minute following a lost bag at the airport. Easy to order online, great communication throughout, fantastic service and even a courtesy call during the week to make sure we were happy. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using these guys again! Thanks Tignes Spirit.

We visited Le Grill. Loved the decor. The food was on the whole great. Small feedback on the favourite from my childhood pasta - the pasta was over cooked and the choice of pasta not the most suitable for the dish.
The service was excellent.
The lighting was in our opinion too strong. We would have preferred it to be softer for an evening meal.

Bonjour, quand vous allez chez Décathlon vous ne trouver jamais ce que vous chercher car les rayons sont vides. A chaque fois que j'ai besoin d'un article pour mon fils soit il y a pas sa taille soit les rayons sont vides.
Je pense que Décathlon a bien changer en 20 ans.
Vous aller perdre beaucoup de clients qui trouverons leur bonheur chez la concurrence ou les rayons sont bien achalandés et ou trouve rson choix.
A chaque fois une très mauvaise expérience.

Très mauvaise expérience au rayon vélo. Les vendeurs ne connaissent pas leurs produits. Sur le net, il était indiqué que les clés dynamo métrique étaient disponible en rayon, ne le voyant pas je fais la queue pour avoir un renseignement. Le vendeur me dit d’aller à l’atelier. Demi tour, Je fais encore la queue, Le technicien a l’atelier me dit qu’ils vendent pas ce produit . Je lui montre l’application décathlon avec le produit. Il me répond qu’il ne sait pas, à l’atelier ils vendent rien il faut aller voir le vendeur ( le même qui m’a envoyé vers lui).
Un client qui a assisté à la scène rigole et me dit qu’ils ont pas envie de se prendre la tête à chercher car les vendeurs décathlon peuvent vérifier sur l’application interne où se situent les produits dans les rayons et le stock.
J’avais pas envie de me prendre la tête non plus , je vais donc chez go sport de l’autre côté du parvis où j’ai trouvé mon bonheur!
Conclusion: si tu n’as pas besoin de conseil le rayon est sympa!

Vendredi 8 décembre, un vrai plaisir de faire les cadeaux de Noël. Il y avait peu de monde, il y avait des restaurants sympas et des bars. Peut être un détail, il y a des bancs partout. Pendant que mon épouse fait les magasins, je peux rester dehors à regarder les gens qui passent.

Et bien zéro pointé pour ce magasin suite expérience très négative de ce jour : une caissière désagréable, pas de bonjour , qui ne nous calcule pas, qui n’écoute pas et donc fait répéter et enfin enseigne qui n’accepte pas de bons cadeaux qui curieusement et sans explication ne sont pas acceptés alors que ceux-ci sont acceptés partout, du coup nous avons laissé les produits sans rien acheter et nous sommes allez dans une enseigne de sport avec du personnel plus agréable et de surcroît qui accepte les bons d’achat.
Dommage car jusqu’à présent nous étions plutôt satisfaits, vous perdez des clients !

Всем привет! Большой магазин спортивных товаров, большой выбор для туризма. Я купилс всё, что мне было необходимо. Спортивный инвентарь стоит в зале, можно протестировать. Персонал в зале внимательный и дружелюбный. Рекомендую.

Lieu de villégiature en bord de Garonne très agréable notamment par beau temps. Nombreux restaurants et quelques magasins ! Très agréable de passer du temps en terrasse.

Découvert un dimanche matin, ce village de magasins au bord de la Gironde à Bordeaux, Quai des Chartrons, est juste top. De multiples boutiques de vêtements dont quelques-unes au prix usine ( outlet) et plein d'endroits de restauration.
De plus, ouvert 7/7 j de 10h à 19h .
De quoi se faire plaisir lors d'une belle balade !!

Pratique et convivial, hangars le long des quais avec des restaurants et des boutiques. La vue de Bordeaux est magnifique.

Balade sympathique à faire au bord de la Garonne avec la sympathie des bordelais.

On y trouve de jolies terrasses de café et restaurant pour se désaltérer et manger un morceaux mais aussi de nombreux petite boutiques de vêtements et autres .

Parking sur toute la partie supérieur hyper accessible (bon le prix de l'heure un peu élever 6.5 euros) mais pour la facilité ça le fait.

A faire et refaire.

Sans être allé au centre commercial, j'ai beaucoup aimé marcher le long de la Garonne. Ce fut une bonne balade jusqu'au miroir d'eau. L'exposition (éphémère) #Philippe Geluck #Le Chat est très sympa et vaut le détour 👍

Das Einkaufen in einem Décathlon lohnt sich immer. Vorallem wenn neben an der Fauchan ist! Hier kommst du direkt zur U Bahn. Es befindet sich vor der Tür eine super Sehenswürdigkeit und das Geschäft hat einen eigenen Fahrradreperaturservice ! Die Jagdabteilung ist etwas kleiner als Gewohnt.

Hat wie immer was man braucht. La Defense ist zwar am Radweg super gelegen, wenn man aber nicht hoch kommt???
