Ce quartier de Paris se distingue par son avenue éponyme qui part du Louvre vers le quartier moderne des affaires au nord-ouest, ponctuée par l'emblématique Arc de triomphe. Celle-ci abrite de grandes ambassades qui côtoient des bureaux impressionnants et le palais présidentiel. Des monuments datant des expositions universelles du XIXe siècle, des résidences, des galeries d'art et des rues dessinées par le baron Haussmann rivalisent avec les boutiques de haute couture. Ce quartier ne dort jamais et accueille sans cesse des visiteurs des quatre coins du monde, à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit et à quelques pas de la Seine.

I had a disappointing experience at Club Le Duplex. The atmosphere was lackluster, the music was outdated, and the drinks were overpriced. The staff seemed indifferent, and the overall vibe was just not enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend this club to anyone looking for a fun night out.

It was such a worst experience that I have faced in my entire life, I feel like they are manipulating with the online booking. I was totally astonished today due to the behavior of the club bouncer; the attitude was really ruthless. "Nte daddy ithu arinjalundaloo".

Service dynamique et sympathique. Toujours accueillant. La cuisine est très bonne même pour les personnes difficiles.

Stunning atmosphere and delightful cocktails. Bartender seemed genuinely interested in my customization request, not “put off” or “too good” for it, which is sometimes the case.

2h d’attente à l’extérieur alors que nous avions réservé et prépayé une table.
Incompétence totale du staff. Les personnes à l’entrée étaient extrêmement arrogantes et incompétentes.

La fille qui gère les réservations ne savait rien faire à part tirer sur sa cigarette.

Les videurs se prennent pour des matons de prison en poussant et en parlant comme des chiens à toute personne essayant de poser une question et comprendre pourquoi nous attendons, je n’ai jamais vu ça dans une boîte parisienne.

Un minimum de respect envers les clients (qui en plus ont déjà payé leurs tables) est le minimum.

Le staff faisait rentrer les gens au compte-gouttes, car il y avait un manque de chef de rang pour placer les tables…. Du jamais-vu.

2h30 entrés enfin dans la boîte de nuit et placement sur notre table
3h00 toujours pas notre bouteille, nous commençons à nous énerver, le serveur répond mot pour mot
« nous n’avons plus de jus, nous n’avons plus de verres, ils sont entrain d’être nettoyés, nous avons du retard. »

Nous avions l’impression d’une soirée organisée par un enfant de 5 ans.

La pire expérience dans une boîte de nuit.

Dîner au restaurant parfait. Un moment très agréable, élégant et décontracté. Tout petit soucis de timing avec le plat qui arrive à peine l'apéro entamé mais on s'en accommode facilement parce qu'une fondue aussi bonne et onctueuse, ça n'attend pas ! Desserts au top et merci pour l'accueil parfait. Excellente adresse !

A fuir! Nous avons payé des tickets deux fois plus cher pour être en mezzanine et éviter de faire la queue . Résultat : on a fait la queue comme tout le monde et la mezzanine n'a jamais été ouverte ! On a du rester en bas avec tout le monde alors qu'on a payé le double du prix !
Le personnel est ultra désagréable surtout les filles qui s'occupent des vestiaires , elles étaient horribles ! Je ne parle même pas des temps d'attente calamiteux et de la mauvaise organisation de l'événement

Rare delicious Chinese food in Paris. Food was great with nice traditional chinese ambience with good cleanliness.

THE BEST NIGHT CLUB IN PARIS, i love the security, the barman, the sexy bottle boy ,even the cleaner was nice and it was the best time ever, we went 3 times in a row,the atmosphere was amazing memories we will never forget, huge club with amazing music, absolutely loved it as english tourists we are going to go back just for this club in the summer, duplex round 2 , i wish we had this club in the summer, if i could be adopted by this club i would, if i could live in this club forever i would have a very happy life. it made our trip to france amazing. shoutout to the staff amazing vibes bro honestly and it’s right by the arc de triumph and by the metro.

Nous sommes arrivés hier, depuis 5 ans nous venons à cette établissement, toujours agréable ! Hier soir nous avons dîner au restaurant, le service, les plats sont très bons et les desserts sont délicieux !

When paying 25 bucks at a nice place like the Duplex, you would expect some good service, but no, the customer service is bad ! The staff (not all of them) are pretty rude and unwelcoming. And I’m mostly talking about the ladies at the entrance. Some of them starts screaming at you, if you’re a second to slow. Okkk fine i guess their job must be pretty hard, and it must suck to be stuck there the whole night, but customers are at the heart of their job, like they could at least try pretending they care.
And keep that bad attitude for themselves.

The club should train and teach their employees about the importance of customer service. At least the basics of agreeableness. Just because they’re successful, doesn’t mean they should neglect crm.

Je recommande grandement, je tiens tout d'abord à saluer la sympathie des personnes qui travaillent au Babylone, vous y serez chaleureusement accueilli. Quant à la nourriture, nickel, c'est garnit vous et bon, les frites sont maison, allez y les yeux fermer !

Hôtel 3 étoiles même si pour le prix, et les services proposés on se croirait dans plus, mais bon c'est val d'Isère... çà fait mal pour une nuit.
l'hôtel est très propre. Employés très serviables et français.
Parking très utile même si le passage est étroit, il faut de la discipline.
La literie est au top : matelas et oreillers.
Malgré une chambre donnant sur la route, on n'entend absolument rien, aucun bruit.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
Petite remarque nous avons dîné au restaurant le soir.
Le dessert à 15€ était un vrai régal et peut valoir les 15 euros.
Par contre nous avons pris une Planchade de boeuf pour 2 personnes, là les 35€ par personnes (soit 70€ à deux) ne sont clairement pas justifiés. Même si la viande est accompagnée de gratin de pomme de terre, les tranches de boeufs sont tellement fines, qu'il manque presque le double en quantité. Insuffisant.

Favourite hotel in Paris. Incredible service from start to finish. Well appointed rooms - very comfortable - beds are so comfortable it’s hard to wake up each day!
Restaurants are great - Epicure is always a winner and well worth the hype. Also tried 114 which was more informal but the food was interesting and well presented. Breakfast is definitely a highlight - sets you up for a great start to the day - highly recommend

2 English Tourists. We had an amazing night out. Don't cause them any problem and they won’t cause you any problems. All you have to do is be polite and respectful. It is different to UK and US clubs, all drinks are 13€ but you can get 2 included with entry prices even on a Saturday.
We had a lovely server all night on the bar, and a great night in the club.
Downstairs was much more party/dance and I would say more friendly to those who don’t speak French, but you would have no problem at all in the club.
We did use Passport to get in, but as a tourist you must expect them to check passport for ID as it is the easiest for them.
Great club, had a lovely time, definitely would return on my next Paris trip

Super restaurant ! Je recommande vivement. Un super rapport qualité prix. Des plats copieux, fins et maison. Mais surtout un grand bravo à l'équipe : un accueil chaleureux, des serveurs disponibles et à l'écoute. C'est plaisant de trouver un restaurant qui ne tourne pas uniquement autour du bénéfice et dont le moment passé est réellement ressourçant et agréable. Merci, ne changez rien !

We ordered two bottles of Heineken from a bartender with short, slightly curly hair and requested a credit card receipt to verify the charge—given the frequent incidents of card fraud in Europe—he initially claimed it wasn’t possible, later reluctantly informing us that the price was 26 euros. Seeking an explanation, we asked for the manager, who, identified as a long-haired woman sitting at the back, chose to ignore our concerns entirely.

This blatant disregard for customer service was deeply frustrating. This type of service and attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

This review clearly communicates the issues you faced, highlighting the lack of transparency and customer service, and it calls attention to the pricing discrepancy, which might resonate with others who expect fair treatment and clear communication in such establishments.

Soirée sympathique dans cette discothèque. Nous sommes venus voir Dimitri From Paris exclusivement. La première partie n'était pas extraordinaire avec des enchaînements musicaux plus où moins ratés. Bref des amateurs. Bien évidemment Dimitri From Paris rien à dire. La troisième partie d'autres DJ bien. Je mets que 3 étoiles pour diverses raisons. Le son était trop fort. La propreté est forcément due aux gens qui boivent des verres et en mette partout sur la piste de la bière. Heureusement que les verres sont en plastique car des verres partout sur la piste. Des jeunes qui ne savent pas boire et c'est forcément désagréable. Il n'y a pas de sièges pour s'asseoir. Une chose qui m'a choqué c'est le tatoueur qui fait des tatouages dans le couloir pour aller aux toilettes. Je doute fort de l'hygiène. La sécurité est présente sans être présente parce que ceux qui boivent trop normalement c'est dehors. Il y a pas mal de choses à revoir les organisateurs et le gérant de la boîte.

We received the Amex upgrade, a double upgrade as it turns out, and enjoyed the breakfast daily - it was excellent. The room was large including the bathroom and the shower was wonderful. The pillows and towels were exquisite. We walked all over Paris from this home base and found excellent restaurants in the area as well. The nightly gifts are a nice touch, especially the chocolate edible decoration. The service is what made our experience shine, though. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, the doormen and concierge staff were constantly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I recently visited The Plaza, a bar known for its upscale ambiance and lively atmosphere. However, my experience there was anything but pleasant. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were met with a barrage of unnecessary scrutiny and condescending treatment.

As we approached the bouncer, we were greeted with a cold and dismissive attitude. Instead of welcoming us warmly, he curtly inquired if we had an invitation. This caught us off guard, as we had never been asked for an invitation in our previous visits to The Plaza. The bouncer's tone implied that he considered us unworthy of entry, which was a rude and unwarranted assumption.

After what felt like an eternity of scrutiny, the bouncer reluctantly allowed us inside. However, his behavior only worsened from there. He insisted on holding onto our coats, even though every other patron in the bar was allowed to keep theirs. This gesture felt like a blatant attempt to manipulate us, implying that we were untrustworthy and might try to skip out on our bill.

The bar itself was only half-full, which further emphasized the bouncer's unnecessary harshness. It seemed like he was more concerned with excluding potential customers than creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The experience left a sour taste in our mouths. The Plaza's reputation for upscale sophistication was tarnished by its unprofessional and discriminatory treatment of its patrons. We felt like we were unwelcome intruders, rather than valued customers.

I would strongly advise against visiting The Plaza. Their gatekeeping attitude and disrespectful service are enough to ruin any night out. There are plenty of other bars and palaces in the area that value their customers and treat them with respect.

I was there dec 31st there were two rooms with different genre of music and a smoking area. Spent 20/25€ for entering + 1 drink and 2€ for the coat check.

De l'accueil à l'installation tout à été impeccable. Merci au staff VIP. Aucun débordement constaté une population très agréable. Nous connaissions déjà mais la on a juste validé à nouveau.

Une soirée Halloween placée sous le thème du culot. Le manoir hanté n’avait rien d’effrayant si ce n’est l’audace de demander 2 tickets conso pour une boisson hard. Arrivé au bar c’est la surprise ! Vachement terrifiant je vous l’accorde, nous avons tous été choqués, mais vous n’avez pas honte ? Sans parler de la qualité des cocktails annoncés sanguinolents qu’on s’empresse de vous servir de la façon la plus simple puis vous tendre le TPE alors que, loupé, pour cette fois-ci, j’avais 2 tickets conso pour cette pauvre boisson. Pour l’eau, comptez 3€ pour une bouteille de Cristalline, l’eau du robinet doit sans doute être contaminée vers le Palais de Tokyo. Nous avons été effrayés du début à la fin mais pas pour les bonnes raisons. Vous êtes censés être expert dans l’évènementiel. Les étoiles sont pour le DJ uniquement, l’évènement n’en mérite aucune en soit. Beaucoup de choses mentionnées dans la description de la soirée n’ont pas été respectées. Canon a confettis, maquilleurs, tournée de shots offerts et j’en passe, mais je devais être au toilette à ce moment là. En fin de compte, ce n'était qu'une soirée ordinaire avec quelques toiles d'araignées sur les murs et le plafond, rien de transcendant.

Très moyen. Beaucoup trop rempli de monde, on peut à peine bouger ou circuler.
Présent pour l’after du concert de Beyoncé. La DJ était nulle, aucun mix, les morceaux s’enchaînent les uns après les autres, tel une playlist spotify. Très peu de morceaux de Beyoncé pour une soirée Beyoncé.
Les seuls moments géniaux furent les show de drags !

Colorist to its core. Bouncers are incredibly rude and clearly prejudiced towards foreigners. My friends and I were turned away including many other well-dressed black people whereas lighter and white people were let into the club (without reservation) with no hassle. The bald bouncer put his hand on my friend and physically tried to move us out of the way in spite of us being stood on the side speaking to the owner (or whoever he thought he was). I travelled to Paris for my birthday and had tried to make reservations for the club as I did with everything else. I was explicitly told that tickets were free after which they ceased to respond. Poor. Don't even waste your time.

The review is personal. I really like the place BUT it’s so hard to get inside the club and once you get in (after maybe 30-40 minutes of waiting) I was disappointed by the music.

Super! Das Essen war richtig gut und die Bedienung super freundlich. Wir hatten das sweet & Sour Pork und das Kung Pao chicken was ich beides sehr empfehlen kann. Alles in allem ein tolles Restaurant und wir kommen gern wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Paris

Gäste welche nach uns gekommen sind, sind auf Grund der Wartezeit gegangen.
Für eine Cola, ein Wasser und ein Moskau mule muss man 40 Minuten warten. Bevor man die Bestellung aufgegeben kann auch mindestens 20 Minuten.
Es war ein Erlebnis - dieses Café bekommt den 1. Platz im schlechtesten Service der Stadt .
