Nice selection of frozen food.
A surprisingly pleasant place to shop. We will certainly use Iceland in the future.
Why such the long face, asked the horse. Because I was in such a long queue, said the human. Gosh this was a miserable 15 minutes, just to get some cheap gravy granules.
I searched Iceland in Gilligham because of the beautiful experience I hitherto had at their store located in Brixton, London. I was pleasantly surprised at the superb level of service and product display which is quite similar to my previous experience in London. Their pricea as usual are also enchanting in a most beautiful way. It makes shopping nearly feel like a job.
Good food at a reasonable price but too many chicken and pizza products could do with some more diversity

I haven't been in an Iceland for years. I went in the Iceland in Gillingham and was surprised at all the new different varieties of frozen food. I have found frozen hash brown fries, which are a big game changer!!
if you’re looking for the greatest deal on groceries in your life, this is the place for you. but try not to get carried away and only buy what you need because you’re gonna have a hard time resisting all those offers. we were hit by a wave of regret after purchasing 16 chicago style pizzas for 10£

Place is well stocked and with Good Variety, but there was a really bad smell coming from the freezer section in the back (next to utensils).

You will get all Indian products to cook Indian food. If not tell them they gets that for you…
I've never had problem with staff always been polite a fair range of food it is what it is ... I go to the business park one more cause of the staff and the bloke that I think is the manager is always on shop floor helping and his very polite ... keep it up

1st time to iceland! Mmm long queues cashier kept chatting to other people he knew then us. Tyipcal weekender staff i guess thought the store looked tired dirty espically floors to much stuff around checkout when packing bags dull lighting!. Spent£ 99.00 stock up would we come back ..mmm not sure!
Purchased wgat I needed but staff don't know where the item are. I went because I phoned to make sure goods were In. I was pointed in the wrong area by two shop assistants. I eventually found them my self

I visited with my 9 year old daughter Sunday 28th January at 11.43, and was served by Tommy. Whilst I was offloading my trolley my daughter was starting to pack my bags, Tommy was extremely kind to her going slower so she could keep up, advising her and helping her to pack, praising her on how helpful she was being. He was very polite and friendly and my daughter keeps telling everyone about the kindness he showed her.
Best halal meat in Cambridge. Sometime veggies also look fresh and can get almost all Indian grocery here.
I would say this place is overhyped. I recently came across the term ‘woody breast’ after looking up online for tough and rubbery chicken that I bought from here. I purchased chicken from them on two occasions, and it was tough both times. The chicken breasts were gigantic, each weighing about 500g. I find it hard to believe that a butcher wouldn’t find out that the chicken is not favorable for the customer upon touching the raw meat. I’m not going here again.
Too much clutter in checkout area, struggle to get round ends because of it . I walk with a stick and found it awkward so someone in a wheelchair would have no chance. Reasonably priced product. Colleagues friendly

Pleanty of produce. Reasonable prices + 3 for £10 deals. Helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Popular store csn be bussy.
1st time inside Iceland. Lots of bargains. I'm an old bird so I got 10% by digging up for their card

Estuve de viaje en Belfast y visité este Lidl en dos ocasiones. Tiene una gran variedad de productos, aunque eché en falta el kiwi verde. Recomiendo pasar por la caja de TJ, es un cajero excelente, eficiente y me atendió con gran amabilidad. Los croissants de chocolate también fueron maravillosos.
Good place in Belfast to buy Groceries especially Indian products.
I would check their receipt twice or more , the brilliant cashier today literally made me pay for the customer stuff before me , and when I accidentally checked the money which is crazy for only eggs, he said it was a mistake, just let me guess what they will say if I went home and saw the receipt and money I paid, I’m not sure how they will refund me afterwards.
Well is a cheap supermarket with a lot of frozen foods/chilled,the prices are not expensive enough,some times there is a queue before the payment phase,The place is not provide machines that u can scan ur items and pay and be good to go,so if u have 1-2 items you have to wait in queue,small or big queue,depends the day,by the way sometimes when it is bizzy they put more cashiers but queue is queue!
Easy access, with plenty of parking. Convenient location with a mix of other stores nearby. Limited number of trolleys and normally a bit of a wait at the queue due to limited staff numbers. Overall, quite a quick efficicent shopping process with a wide range of products which are fairly priced.
Great place to get African food ingredients and supplies.
Visited this store many times over the years. Apart from two glitches ( in about 20 years!) I have always been satisfied with the quality and value-for-money.

Range of fresh and a great selection of frozen foods. My main gripe was there were never enough checkouts, but at last they have installed self checkouts. Brilliant!
All the shelves were stocked full, with plenty of staff replenishing shelves, store was well laid out.
They were fully booked for home delivery slots but the supervisor lady kindly helped us to the car with our £370 worth of shopping.
