I have placed an order on 6th May, It is my daughter's birthday gift "her birthday 08/05. but I received an email that my order has been cancelled. I don't understand why!! As I paid by gift card, now I have to wait for the refund to reorder it again. It is very frustrating.

I was helped by noman yesterday at the Worcester store he was amazing and went out of his way to sort what I needed he had good knowledge of the products and took time to show the functions of the 2 watches and phone I got

Good company to deal with. Easy to work with and swift to act solving problems, if they arise.
I have worked with Twin Technology for many years as an IT hardware supplier, and have more recently been working with them to deliver cloud based and application software. They are always responsive and happy to help.
My office love working with the Twin Technology team, always a fast service and happy to help out. Reliable, professional and efficient company, nothing is too much for them.
Would rate six stars if I could. Bob clearly ran me through how to check details on my MacBook Air on terminal (a confusing and hard coding subject for most tech support employees) he was clear and helped fix my problem easily. I will most likely be returning to fully fix my mac in the future 10/10 service
I've used Twin Technology as my local supplier for around 20 years now working with Chay, Larry and Yogi. They are a fantastic group of people and I cannot fault the service. In 20 years they have never let me down and can provide a wide number of services from simply supplying hardware, helping with contractors to developing and housing full systems. Been working closely with Twin Technology for over 15 years. The service I have received is top class, and to be honest I would not trust anyone else now. The support team are very quick and helpful in there response, and no job is too big. The sales team are top class, and have always supplied me with top quality kit. Look forward to many more years working with them.
We have used Twin Technology for nearly 5 years and I cannot recommend them enough, their engineers are patient and on the ball, respond quickly and professionally and whether you are a small or large business, they respond in a professional but friendly manner. They're always happy to explain in a language you understand! They will always listen to you and are great value for money.
Twin Technology not only excel technically, they provide the highest levels of service from fine people in what is clearly an experienced effective team. The more I see the more I alike their priorities of people, ethics and service ahead of being (and as well as being) outstanding entrepreneurs.
