I've had a very positive experience with the store while ordering online. They offer a great range and quality of products at very good prices. My orders have been fulfilled and delivered quickly, well secured and in good condition, and the one minor issue that occurred in transit was very quickly acknowledged and resolved in a professional manner.

Don’t bother!!!!
I only went in to pick my mum up who was shopping in store there , I never parked up and I never got out of my car but yet I still received a £100 parking fine. It’s a an absolute disgrace and the shops should be accountable for this if they want customers to visit their stores

The fine guys at Hop Shop are second to none. With their help I'm enjoying and endless supply of British premium brews in Amsterdam Netherlands. The Festival beer kits are superb quality, follow the instruction, add water, wait for the brewing process to complete, keg and enjoy. It really is a joy to be able to do this at home, and enjoy a fine British pint anywhere in the world. Thanks Hop Shop!!!

No common ink for fountain pens! Quink is the brand I sought. However, they did have those reservoirs which convert cartridge pens to fountain pens. The calligraphic pens had very few narrow nibs.

ll the sedentary crafts are up stairs. sewing knitting etc. I dragged myself up the stairs and there were no members of staff up there to ask for help. took me ages to find what I was looking for but there was no understandable price only a sheet on the wall and guess work. I was already too exhausted to work any of it out. I went to a room at the back to see if there were any staff there, only to find there's a little sign saying customer lift down a corridor. it looked a little too much like a staff only area that I'd need supervision for, but with no staff around i had to struggled down the stairs instead. I'll go on amazon in future. less tiring and no lift required.

Great Shop, just don't get caught out by the robbing gits that run the carpark, Make sure you buy a Parking ticket even if you have a Blue badge. The signed are fee and far between and don't expect to get an honest answer from the carpark 'Attendants'!

Loads of toys all ages good prices suited my 9 year old grandson stal ice as well

Decent chain toy shop with wide range of toys and to be found in many big towns. It mostly stocks the obvious main stream choices and so is likely to have something for the majority of cases, but not necessarily for the harder to buy for. Mostly favours younger children, but that's not a surprise.

Very prompt and efficient service. My order of wine sweetener arrived the day after I placed it. I shall definitely use The Hop Shop again.

Such a fun shop, great if your looking at picking up a new hobby. We bought a crochet set wool and knitting needles been really enjoying learning a new skill. Parking pretty easy pain you have to pay but not the end of the world. Will be back soon.
