Beef burger was just about edible I had to ask for a steak knife just to cut it as it was so overdone! The waitress was lovely but no one returned to ask how the food was and I was too hungry to bother searching for staff would only return for the views and drinks

Service was okay. Drinks served can be more chilled. The Nyama Choma was delicious. Will sure try it again.

Amazing place, me and my wife throughly enjoyed it. The food quality was great. We both had the chicken Parma (I had the chicken tandoori) and the milkshakes were great.

One of the few places where I beleive we got MORE than what we paid for.

Have been to Gogo's many time and the food has always been good, this last trip was no exception.

However, this time round the service was very much off the boil. The staff were all friendly and kind but we had to ask for drinks, remind them about the food that was ordered and ask for missing dishes. It also took a hour and a half from ordering our mains to them turning up. We will go back as we have had many great meals there but this trip was not up to their usually high standards.

Went here with my family to celebrate my sisters birthday. The food was exceptional and very tasty. It was great to try a new food spot and be this pleased with our choice. Definitly will be making this a regular thing and spending more special occasions there. Harpreer was the best waitress ever, again, exceptional service. Thank you for making our visit so great.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilli Flames and tried their burgers, rice, fries and wraps, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. We were in a big group of 17 friends and the service was outclass.The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with fresh toppings that added the perfect crunch and zest to each bite. Similarly, the wraps were generously filled with delicious ingredients and wrapped in warm tortillas. Beyond the delicious food, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and professional, the owner was so kind and helpful person, who helped me to pick the best food, as i am a very confused person in selecting the food. The quality of food was 5/5 and i must suggest you all to visit least once because second time the taste of food will drag you itself. :)

Wasn't planning on eating here was just looking at the menu out front as the Veggie options looked limited. Harris caught me there and persuaded me to try the Veggie Rasta Pasta saying I'll come back for it. He wasn't wrong! It was delicious 😋 fiery, creamy and with the added Mozzarella hit the spot! Huge portion as well. The halloumi fries were so soft on the inside, not too chewy and crunchy on the outside. The martini mocktail was also so yummy. Service was brilliant and the vibe inside is just calm and lovely in the early dinner time. Would highly recommend especially if you're not veggie, as there's a wider selection on the menu for you then. Price is reasonable as the portions are so big. So 2 people could have eaten the pasta and starter. In that way 2 can easily dine for 25-£30. Thank you Harris, will be visiting again. 😀

Value for money: definitely! The bill, including drinks and service charge, was a little over £66 which was not expensive for the excellent food.

Gogos was the epitome of great service. The best thing is they are pet friendly. The service is fantastic. I am Gluten Intolerant, and so I had to get the manager to let me know what I could eat. The option was only a chicken burger with a GF bun, which I ordered but then decided to try the day's special, which was Venison Curry. The manager went to check with the chef about my GF options a couple of times and was very patient with all my questions. Our little Doggie sat people watching under the table and got a few pats from the staff, which he enjoyed 😀
The ribs I am told were melt in the mouth and delicious, so was my Venison curry. Lovely flavours and perfectly cooked meat. For dessert there was a black coconut icecream which was delicious and we even got a free portion as they had served extra. To my delight, the server made
let me know it was Gluten Free so I devoured that despite digging into some from my neice 😄

Well where do I start. The food is not Mediterranean or Turkish or Arabic. It was frozen. The all so famous lamb tagine had no taste or seasoning. None of the food had seasoning. To the main course, we ordered chicken and lamb. As u can see the veggies were cut in huge pieces and the cous cous was dry. We order a couple of drinks too. Nothing fancy. And the bil, drunk roll guys....was close to a £100 pound. And the food was absolutely rubbish.

Most delicious and authentic Nigerian delicacy I have ever had outside of Nigeria in all my years of living in the West. I was only on a lay over transit flight out of Heathrow airport, staying in a nearby hotel when I stumbled on Harvest restaurant while looking thru google to find something for dinner…….. oh!Lord! Was I glad I gave them a trial…… very much so!

Our waitress was 10/10, couldn’t fault her, but unfortunately that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.
If you’re looking for authentic west African/ Caribbean food please take your money else where. £12.99 for 4 small under seasoned pieces of dry beef is a pisstake honestly 🤣.

When I raised this, they said “that’s just how the portions are served”. I really was excited to try this, but left feeling very disappointed- as my dad makes much better suya at home. Gizdodo also left much to be desired and went straight in the bin.

I placed an order for eat in and take out. The lady serving me didn’t smile once. She was quite rude and rolling her eyes. I ordered a flamed original pitta for myself and some food for my siblings. in the description on the menu it said that it has salad and perinase and the picture looked like it would have fresh salad. However, I got given a pitta bread full of coleslaw which I hate, because it makes me feel sick and I wasn’t told beforehand . The whole pitta bread was basically coleslaw and a bit of chicken that’s it, no perinase or salad as mentioned and shown in the picture. I am very disappointed with the customer service by the lady and then on top of that the food given.

We had Moroccan food few years back, it was amazing and on a special occasion we wanted to try again at an authentic Moroccan restaurant. We were looking for nearby restaurants and this was the highest rated Moroccan restaurant at various websites. We went there for dinner. It’s not a fine dining experience, but food was good. We tried three different mains. Although I am not an expert in Moroccan food, I found previous experience was better. This time we felt taste was more soupy. Plenty of seating area and mostly were empty. Even outdoor seating available if not cold outside. Parking available roadside - after 6 it’s free, but limited availability. Alternatively Victoria street car parking lot is also nearby. Staffs were friendly and served quite quickly.

If I could give this 0 stars then I would. Moving from south london to Glasgow and I have never ever experienced the worst jellof in my life, I’ve had white people make better jellof than this in London and that should have already been a sign. I had things missing from my order and when calling up to tell them nicely not expecting to receive it I had one of their staff being so rude and aggressive over the phone and when I came into the restaurant to speak to them face to face they didn’t have the same attitude and even were trying to offer me complimentary things which I declined. I decided to try something else one more time thinking they had a bad day and I tried the jerk chicken with rice and peas and Jesus this was the worst thing I have ever tried in my life. The chicken seemed liked it was marinated in sea water the way it tasted and the rice… I don’t even have words for the rice, I don’t think a dog would even eat it and once again had missing things so once again called up and encountered the same thing except this time I got told that they are from Africa and they will chief me up but that definitely wasn’t the case once I came there and once again was offered complimentary food which I would not take even if I was offered £1 million. For someone who’s coming from London or anywhere I would not recommend this place as there places in Glasgow that do the same food 10x better for example taste of homes restaurants is honestly 10/10 the food makes you feel like at home. Shame this place has bad attitude staff and the food is extremely bad for the price as it could be better but it’s really not, each time the food is just worse and worse.

Ordered via delivery app. I decided to try the whole grilled chicken with choice of flavour fiery hot. It wasn’t hot at all but a little sweet. However I won’t make an issue of this as it was delicious and well cooked.
The price for a whole chicken on the app is listed as £16.95 and if they ever do charge this price then it’s a total rip off as the chicken was very small (see photo below showing the breast part). However they had a promotion on and I paid £10.19. My gut instinct tells me that £10.19 is the actual price and they just pretend on the app it’s £16.95 as a promotional gimmick.
The dips I ordered with it are very salty and I would urge them to ease up on this.
Final verdict: 4 stars out of 5 if permanent price is £10.19. 2 stars out of 5 if £16.95 is ever charged (you would have to put a gun to my head to pay this much for such a tiny chicken). 3 stars given as an average of these two possibilities.

Dined in yesterday and had probably one of the worst food experiences to date eating in a restaurant.

Ordered the jollof rice with beef and was seated at a table that appeared to have not been wiped down properly. It was a cold night and was really raining outside so was pretty soaked. The restaurant was stone cold with no heaters on to my dismay.

Food arrived promptly but had noticed something off about the rice and quickly realised it was gone off.

I then complained of the smell and the taste as it was sour and clearly gone bad to the host who proceeded to use a spare knife in front of me to taste the foul rice for himself. I was actually quite shocked by this as you can imagine.

After realising I was in fact right he whisked my plate away to come back some minutes later with a fresh plate, and explained that it was a gone off ball of fresh pepper that was added to the rice not the batch itself. I find it very hard to believe anyone can cook with ‘fresh’ ingredients and not notice when they are spoilt and have never experienced anything like this. This second plate was without the spoilt taste , however was completely lacking in any flavour the rice just tasted of salt no seasoning or typical jollof flavour and the beef stew tasted like a gravy you would put on a cheap Sunday roast. Nothing Nigerian or authentic about the food here at all. I honestly would have refused to pay for the main however I had read a review of a woman below who had a another negative experience who was locked inside of the restaurant so paid my bill and have made a mental note to never come back.

They should really close this place down.

Very good food, the ribs are some of the best I've ever had, and the malva pudding was incredible. The staff were very friendly. My only slight issue was that the place was a bit cold. Will definitely be coming here again.

Great food, nice ambience, good service. Though one of the starters had less number of pieces than our family, the owner added some so that everyone could try one. Nice gesture.

Lovely jubbly Sunday Brunch... Delicious food, good service... And not a bad setting by the marina. Parking a little muddy, but all round nice start to a Sunday.

I had been emailing Cam back and forth a few times because I am gluten free, lactose intolerant, no garlic or onions. We wanted to go for our anniversary. Cam was extremely helpful and kind and told me what I could eat. We got to eat in a separate room to the main restaurant it was so lovely it had a lot of character we got to sit in front of the fireplace. All the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The food was so good I was so jealous of the food my husband ate and wish I could eat it!! I wish there was more items on the menu I could eat as it was only the one option it was very tasty but I love food I always want more! When we were leaving I wanted to take a photo with the fireplace but it had died the server was so kind and relit it so we could have a lovely photo and it's one of my favourites. I would highly recommend this place the food is to die for. Their drinks were also really good I was in love with my wine and my husband loved his cocktail!

If you’re Caribbean, don’t expect the food to be authentic.

Where to begin!

Firstly, we were offered complementary chin chin. The bottom of the plate was dirty (there was like a greasy substance of sorts). It was already a red flag, but we noticed a little too late.

We ordered the following:
1. Jerk Chicken Wings
2. Brown Stew Fish
3. Brown Stew Chicken

1. The chicken wings were jerked, but they were TOUGH as if frozen.
2. The brown stew fish came topped with heaps of peppers, the fish came with all the bones (unheard of for brown stew fish), the rice was long grain (also unheard of for rice and peas), plantain were chewy and hard, the sauce/stew was watery, but the worst thing of all, the entire dish tasted like liquid smoke 🤢
3. The waitress noticed we hadn’t touched our food and that we were disappointed. We expressed how we didn’t like the food. She proceeded to tell the chef.

Upon paying for the meal, (which by the way, we paid close to £20 for each brown stew dish!?), the chef came out to ask us what was wrong with the food. We expressed that it wasn’t like any authentic Caribbean food we’ve ever tasted and we also shared about the food tasting mostly of smoke. The chef said that they cook the rice on wood. 😂 what?! On wood?! How do you even cook rice on wood.. but anyway…Then the chef proceeded in saying ‘well, this is how we do it here’… 😂 what?! So why ask for feedback if you’re just going to act like that and completely disregard our feedback.

And yes, we paid the full price for the meal despite not eating much of it and being dissatisfied. But whatever, we move on.

Save your money, trust me on this one.

This bar-restaurant really has to be on your list of places to try, if you're looking for something a little different. Authentic Kenyan food and beer. The special mixed grill is amazing. An added bonus is that it's open late, handy if your train is massively delayed (Central Station is just around the corner).

Wow, what a wonderful restaurant! We came first time, and it was definitely not a disappointment!! The service was wonderful, clean space, very nice atmosphere and the food was absolutely amazing. Booking a reservation was no problem, very quickly booked and they even did a birthday candle and song when we ordered our desert. 100% recommend this place to everyone, compliments to the chef and thank you to the kind waiters! ❤️

Went here last night and enjoyed it all. The waitress was lovely the atmosphere was great and the food HAS to be the best in Windsor, the jerk chicken was so good. The portion sizes were brilliant. You can tell it’s not a big food chain restaurant (rare in Windsor) and the food isn’t just thrown In The microwave.

We had just been to see a show in Windsor and were a little peckish. Having seen Harvest Afro Caribbean on the recent Tom Kerridge show we thought we would give it a try. Certainly weren’t disappointed. Great food and service. We will certainly be back, I really need to try the Oxtail next time.
