Paresh and his team are amazing! The best souvenirs and the most wonderful customer service. We also stored our bags here while we were in a tour in Buckingham Palace. This gift shop is hands down my go-to spot for souvenirs in London. It's roomy, has a modern vibe, and literally stocks everything I could wish for to bring a piece of this amazing city back home with me. Plus, the staff are super friendly without being pushy.

Nice souvenir shop spanning over the ground floor and basement, with a good selection of items to choose from, and at a reasonable price point. I don't think you can get a magnet for £2 in local souvenir stores or convenience stores!
You don't need admission ticket to the abbey to visit their shop.
Staff were ok, gave me some patience and then rolled her eyes, but that's fine I probably won't visit the shop more than once anyway.

Extremely helpful and efficient staff, I had a problem with my London pass in St Paul's cathedral, a lady from the office even came into the cathedral with me and sorted it out. A really outstanding service.

Stay away. These people are con artists. Bought a power pack but all it did was power the lights on the unit. Be warned!!!!!
Very simple process purchases made online is redeemed via till assistant scanning a barcode and is ready to collect within minutes.

Strange looking building but we'll kitted out. Lots of leaflets and maps with lots of suggestions for things to do. It also had quite few books/souvenirs on sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My friend and I were doing the Snowman Trail which was lovely, though the map wasn't great...don't know who was responsible for that.

Better quality merchandise than most shops of this type and in this area. Prices reasonable. Staff was very helpful and affable.
A wonderful selection of timetables and maps from metro to bus or train. The staff were extremely friendly and patient and answered all kinds of questions for us.

店内は広くて快適。沢山の美術品にまつわるグッズが沢山取り揃えてあり目移りします。アパレルや生活用品も多いので、実用品として日頃使えるのが嬉しい😃💕
場所は出入口に近い場所です。ナショナルギャラリーは観光客が多く訪れる場所なので、お財布をどこにしまったかを観察して後をつけてくるスリも。買い物を済ませて外に出ると、脇道ですぐカバンのファスナーを開けようとされました。たった１分以内の出来事です。お買い物した後、ギャラリーの外に出たら充分に気を付けましょう。

Great location in the tourist area and a centre of London. Located across the road opposite from St Pauls Cathedral, between cathedral and Millennium Bridge. This place offers historical guided daily tours and sells maps, travel guides, internet, and books. One of the tours offered here is Charles Dickens tour.
