We had my son's 5th birthday party today at Head Over Heels and everybody loved it.
We had an amazing host Jack the superman who did everything for us so we could enjoy as well and not worry if everyone was happy, the manager Chris was friendly and understanding, Amy was amazing and helpful. Head over heels Cheadle Hulme is the favourite place for me and for my family.

Great soft play for kids however low score for the outrageous price of food and drink. Do not even let you bring your own water bottle in for yourself or your child so your force to pay for theirs. £8.75 for a sausage and bacon sandwhich made with the cheapest ingredients possible. Wouldn’t be too bad if the quality of the food was any good or was of a good portion.
Linda, Chris and their photo booth was absolutely fantastic! I used them for my 40th birthday party and they were personable, timely and lovely to deal with. They have great props and templates and I have a photo book along with electronic copies of all pictures providing me with lovely memories! Thank you both!
We recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Head over Heels and we were thrilled with the entire experience! The highlight was the entertainer and host, Jack. His energy, enthusiasm, and ability to keep the children having fun were amazing!! Jack went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter’s day was magical. The kids couldn’t get enough of him, and his fun activities had them laughing and smiling throughout the party.
The party food was exceptional and exceeded our expectations, delicious, lots of choice with hot and cold options. There was something for everyone to enjoy.
My daughter’s birthday party was a huge success. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a memorable and enjoyable celebration!

What a fantastic man! Very kind and very patient with the children and honestly cannot fault him in anyway! Even the other mums said because of him, they will book their party here! Thank you.

Has halal menu which also provides very nice fruits and healthy snacks.

We visited here on Earth day this week.
Both myself and my Daughter thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
We visited the planetarium in the full decked out basement which was amazing. The shows in the Planetarium were awe inspiring and very magical.
So glad for our visit and its great to do something so different

This was a free event for Earth Day in the mobile planetarium located downstairs. The theme was how plastics are destroying our sea life, but it was so much more than that! The 45 minutes kept my grandson properly entertained thanks mostly to our very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic host. We went into space, learned about the stars and planets, and watched a rocket land on the moon. We went under the sea, and learned about how life on earth began. A super educational but fun experience.
Very good for the kids amazing sensory rooms with stuff for the kids to explore.
I've been to a lot of soft play in my time and this is the best I've been to by a country mile. It's the perfect size for my 3 year old and she can go on everything. There is so much to do! It's really smartly decorated and clean, the staff are really helpful, the food is delicious and the prices are fair. I'll definitely be coming back here 😊
Great fun for kids, lots to do. Been a few times, the cafe is great for non participants and on few occasions we’ve been for kids birthday parties which well organised and catered for
Spontaneous trip during a wet day in the Easter holidays. Got straight onto a lane and had a good time. The reason I only gave three stars is because of the tired nature of the building which doesn't look like it has been updated since it was first built. Ancient-looking TV screens with graphics from the 1980s, peeling paintwork and tired lanes.
Doesn't seem to bother people as it was busy enough and it didn't spoil our enjoyment but I think a refresh is long overdue!

Our twins had a fantastic 9th birthday party with you and they said it was definitely the best ever. Huge thumbs up! All the kids had fun and all the parents relaxed too. The food was great and it was excellent to have endless juice available throughout so they could cool down. We felt really well looked after by our host and by the people on reception. Thanks.

Recommend either early morning or later in the afternoon, there’s usually a table available in the coffee area that overlooks the play area. Good value food and drinks too!

Awful. Damp and mouldy, a total health hazard. Even without the damp I would not recommend. There were a couple of dinosaur things, some plastic toy dinosaurs and lots of interactives that weren’t even switched on. Avoid!
We turned up and it was fully booked and had to wait but it was worth it as the spv Jazz was amazing looking after us reassuring the children we would be on soon. Having seen Jazz over the past 3 years I am very surprised she isn't the manager as she certainly goes above and beyond for customers!! Thank you Jazz, see you again soon
My daughter had her 10th birthday party, She loved it. Lots of space to play. Very nice and clean. The party host Charlotte was fantastic, very calm and helpful. Food was lovely. I score the whole experience 9/10 reason being kids kept asking for more food, Maybe offer the option to order extras when its older kids.
We have used this venue a number of times to host our children’s parties over the last 5/6 years and the they have been great. The staff are all lovely too. Thank you.
Linda and Chris came to my birthday/leaving party and I honesty couldn’t fault them. They were reasonability price and friendly from the start. We ordered the frame mirror booth and they came in and set up quickly and carefully. As they were in my house they respected their surrounds and were extremely friendly to all the guests. The photographs were high quality and we received a copy of each of the photographs which were fantastic to look back the following day. Couldn’t thank them enough! We would recommend them to everyone who wants to jazz up a party or wedding!
Had my daughter’s birthday party here and I was so impressed by the organisation on the day from our party host, Ava. She was excellent and took care of everything and made sure we knew what was happening and when and where we needed to be. The kids all had a great time from start to finish. Really recommend it.
Very old technology, great staff, decent prices, bar was very pricey, but that's as you expect it to be.
I love head over heels! I’ve been taking my 1 year old since he was around 4 months and I have never once been disappointed! I love the fact there is a separate part for under 3’s, I’m always worried in soft plays that bigger kids will knock my little one over but I don’t have that fear in there it’s so safe!
The managers are fantastic and the staff always go above and beyond even if it’s busy. I usually go during the week for the unlimited play but on the one occasion I did go on a weekend, it was absolutely heaving (rightly so!) and the staff were still their happy friendly selves even dealing with the rush of people!

Celebrated our grandson Ariyan's 4th birthday party here Saturday 10th Feb, was really good fun and enjoyed by all the kids and parents! Well done Jack and Niamh for hosting and looking after us all. Thank you Sanjiv & Priya
A great place to take children. Heating wasn't working at the time but all in all a great place to visit. 👍🏻
Nothing has changed in this bowling alley for as long as I can remember over about 35 years. The only difference is they've added a soft play area for young kids which you pay for separately. The bowling alley itself is dated with old TVs but still good fun. Lots of new arcade games and ways to win tickets and cash in for prizes. Great for the young kids. Probably good for adults as well
Excellent value for a 5 year olds party. Our party host, Georgia was extremely friendly & helpful, as were other staff who showed us to the party area. We had the basic pizza & pudding party, which is excellent value. Kids had lots of playtime and seemed to enjoy the food. I find they never eat much at parties anyway. Georgia was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Saturday morning 10am is a fairly quiet time for a party, I expect it would be busier and messy later on in the day.
Took my five year old son here for the first time today and I have to say it's one of the best soft plays we've been to and I've been to a lot 😆! Clean, friendly staff, antibacterial socks and lots of fun to be had. We will be visiting again very soon. Highly recommended.
Received a very warm welcome from the staff, which is great when you’re not local or if you’ve never been before. There is something for everyone, including a mini football pitch and go kart. It’s definitely well worth the money. Plus there’s plenty of food and drink to choose from. Will be visiting again if we’re in the area.
The Magic Mirror was amazing at our Christmas Party! All of our staff loved having their pictures taken with the props. Great quality prints to take away as well as pictures and GIFs sent straight to our mobile phones. Excellent service from Linda and Chris, I would highly recommend them for any future events! Thank you!

Wow wow wow guys you absolutely smashed the Christmas pj party tonight!! The energy, the vibe, the love and effort you put into it was outstanding! We hired the 360 photo booth from Giggling Genie for our annual Christmas Party and couldn't thank and recommend Linda, Chris and the team enough. They made the whole experience from beginning to end stress-free and easy. The communication was kept on top of and any queries or issues we had were answered and resolved straight away. We have always opted for a traditional photo booth in previous years so wanted to change it up a little this year. Our staff loved it and had so much fun - we will definitely use them again in the future! All videos from the night were also sent over within 2 business days which was also fantastic. Thanks again for your first-class service!
Absolutely terrible experience! 20 mins wait for a luke warm cappuccino, staff are absolutely lifeless with no enthusiasm, no interaction or smiles with the kids. There's a lot of better places than this one. Please avoid!!! Can't give zero stars!!!!
Went to adventure lands first Xmas party here tonight and it was absolutely brilliant!
From start to finish it was just amazing.
My daughter had the best time and the manager done fantastic, she put so much effort in ,it really was amazing she went above and beyond for the kids .
All the staff was so good and made sure all the kids had the best time .
I really am blown away for the price of how good this was .

We had my daughters 2nd birthday party here today and I cannot fault the service! We always come for soft play and my daughter goes to nursery here but hadn’t experienced a party before. It was so good! The hostess (Lou) was so helpful and kind, the mascot was great too. The food was great, as was the party area. Lots of room for adults too. Booking the party and adding children on to it was so easy. Everyone was so nice and professional throughout! Amazing service. Thank you so much!
Pictures of basement with a whole range of activities including interactive sensory rooms (two) and real fossils to hold including Dinosaur poo ! Fossil rubbing and colouring, dinosaur models to sit on and a special sandpit with a Dino skeleton to excavate with brushes like a real palaeontologist!

We had my sons 5th birthday party here with 28 children. The team was absolutely fantastic. They decorated, organised, and hosted the event and made the whole experience stress free for us. They went above and beyond, and my son had the most fabulous time. Thank you, little hooligans team, for creating special memories for us ❤️
Come here regularly with my baby as a safe space for him to climb and crawl - even in the holidays is relatively quiet if you go between 9-12. The under 3s area is fantastic, plenty to explore and includes a sensory room.
Staff are really helpful when attending on my own and offer to carry coffee for me to the table when they can see I have my hands full with the little one. I'm able to breastfeed comfortably in the bucket chairs.
Is kept very clean, probably the cleanest soft play I've ever visited. Highly recommend if you have a daredevil baby to entertain.
