The best clinic in London for LGBT. They are not only a doctors,I called them “Heroes “. They are very focused in helping people with their needs.More than that they are very dedicated to providing care and support.I’m glad to be part of this amazing community.Thank you for your support and kindness.

Went for sti testing.
Found the staff members to be a little caustic . The nurse/doctor seemed unhappy about who knows what. I wanted to ask questions related to safe sex practices, seemed like she was rushing or just hates her job!
The lady at the reception just blabbers so fast that it’s hard to interpret and understand the process of sample submission and where to go.
And when I asked for condoms and lubes, I was given a tiny packet of a few condoms which wouldn’t suffice my needs and I was forbidden any more condoms when I asked for it.
Is this how they’re really working towards sexual wellness! Didn’t expect it from this popular dean street branch.
Hammersmith broadway one is much better to be honest.

Their service was woefully terrible and as unprofessional as I’ve ever seen. Their business model is based *only* on money. The junior doctor who eventually attended on me after being forgotten about for over an hour was severely embarrassed to be unable to do anything for an extremely minor issue. She no doubt went home on the tube that evening with a paltry salary whereas the bosses had caviar and champagne a-plenty in Knightsbridge. Totally appalling in EVERY single way. DISGRACEFUL. Any doctors in the management echelon should be stripped of their practising certificates. May they Spend the rest of their struck-off miserable, cold, black hearted 🖤 lives, counting their filthy lucre.

Had my Nexaplanon removal surgery done here with Pete, who was patient and calming despite how nervous I was. He assured me that it was going to be a quick and painless procedure—and it definitely was in his capable hands! It was out in 2 minutes.

The receptionists on every floor were just as helpful and kind, helping me feel safe and ready for the appointment which was making me very anxious.

Jenny from reception was wonderful. I had some trouble and she did everything so I can be seen by doctor.
The doctor and Luca the nurse were above and beyond. They did everything to sort my problem .

I had a great experience here. The customer service was amazing, the doctor was friendly and professional, and I was able to get a prescription for my medication. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This was previously an incredible facility that provided important support for some of the most vulnerable members of the community. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and access to care is almost impossible to obtain. I’ve raised my concerns with senior members of staff and they simply don’t want to hear it.

Consistently brilliant, friendly and caring service. Just need more appointments availability, but know this is down to funding, not them.

Starting from the possibility of booking a convenient date at clinic, through friendly & informal customer service team and ending with doctors who are willing approach to each patient’s needs. Best clinic in London.

I’m traveling from the U.S. and noticed several days worth of my prescription medication went missing from my hotel room. I was so relieved to find London Doctors Clinic nearby. I was able to make a next day appointment online. Dr. Taylor Law was so kind and understanding and wrote me a prescription to get me through the rest of my trip. There was a pharmacy nearby and I was able to get my prescription filled right away. Thank you for the wonderful service!

This is a terrible clinic. Made a booking and turned up 15 minutes prior to appointment but was unable to enter building. No communication between security and the clinic upstairs. Was not able to get to my appointment and left. When asking for a refund, I was even told that my booking cannot be found even though I paid for it upfront and got SMS confirmation. Don't waste your time with the Canary wharf clinic. The Clinic now refuses to refund me even though no service was provided and I was not able to go upstairs. Worst experience ever with any GP in London.

quite a different experience, not a staff problem before, from going to King X .. Birmingham the doc was fantastic as was the lady receptionist .. hay fever injection done and back home .. james kelly
