The receptionist is shocking and been complaining about him for years. He’s the main reason I decided to move surgeries years ago. My husband on the other hand stayed with them. Even till this day, the receptionist’s behaviour has not changed one bit. He acts as if he’s a consultant, not a receptionist. I called a few days ago to ask the reception to remind the GP to approve my husband’s repeat prescription as he’s been waiting for 3 weeks for it. His reply was that I have to wait. Bear in mind that my husband’s life depends on this medication and he was already waiting for 3 weeks. This man is so full of attitude and emotionless, you’d think he works with robots. In my option is just a matter of time until someone’s life will be at risk because of his behaviour.

This was my first ever physio appointment. It exceeded my expectations in terms of the knowledge and helpfulness of the advice I received. Big thanks to Roland!

I have had reason to attend my gp practice quite a few times in the past year and I have nothing negative to say...Dr Gunning has been exceptional trying to get me sorted with my various complaints ..calm and reassuring...I always leave her surgery feeling really positive

This is the worst surgery I've ever been to in my life. To get someone to pick the phone up at 8am in the morning order to book an appointment, is like winning the lottery! Even E consultant is hit and miss and there app you can't send a message, make appointments or nothing with it. I'm moving to another doctors surgery and strongly advise anyone thinkg of coming to this surgery " DONT "

After trying 3 gp surgeries in oxford- i think this surgery is really good 😀

Need to stop making patients ring at 08.00 especially after you have rung them and asked them to contact the surgery

Awfull been with this practice since I was a lad Dr Strachan proper old school now it's ridiculous can't even get through with a phone call I don't blame the staff it's this ridiculous government with cuts the brutal truth is we don't have enough doctors because of the ridiculous pay terms and conditions they are on go to Canada Australia etc they can earn much more don't blame them this Tory government will be the death of this country

Going there for an appointment for the 1st time today, I must say I am very happy and satisfied. The Doctor was full of empathy and proffesional.
Staff, nurses are very nice too. When I phoned to book, a lady called Alice was so so lovely. I asked a lot of questions and she was still patient and kind.

Once more I have had excellent service from Kensington Group Medical Practice. I phoned the practice on Friday afternoon and was offered an appointment on the Monday following which was great. I attended at 9am this morning, I could park in the car park, the practice was clean tidy and organised as were all the staff! I was seen at the exact time of my appointment, my problem was sorted by a caring and knowledgeable medical professional. So yet again I am very glad I am registered with this practice as they epitomise just what good healthcare provision is, Thank you all once again.
