Had a wonderful experience with Santiago who helped build our wardrobe from scratch at our wardrobe appointment. He did a smashing job in such a short amount of time and we were so impressed! We were also able to get our wardrobe ordered the same day. Highly recommend, Santiago really listened to our needs and customised everything to what we wanted

Not a bad time to visit. As the meatballs are a must for any visit I’ll let you know, queues for ten mins plus at 13:30
But still worth it.

Avoid shopping at Sports direct in Fraser Telford. You are not told you can not get a refund for unwanted items at purchase point and it’s only made obvious on your receipt after. Barely legal practice I would say. Won’t be shopping here again.

Range of kids clothes has gone downhill hugely in the last 12 months.... Disappointing as they used to love the clothes on offer here

I visited IKEA solely to enjoy a hot dog, recalling how delicious it was in the past. Unfortunately, my experience today was mediocre and left me feeling extremely disappointed. However, I did find some biscuits that turned out to be far superior.

Never been disappointed at Matalan either for clothing, domestic items bedding, kitchenware etc., etc. Brilliant store.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of wheelchair accessibility- through the market area of the shop was okay, however when I am going to pay for the three items I had picked up, I am unable to get my mum through the “yellow bag” section to join the queue. The space is far too small to fit a wheelchair and the rope barrier is unclip-able and the basket is tied to the floor - ridiculous when the trolley line is packed and I only need to get a couple of items. I expected more from Ikea when their website states that accessibility is “embedded in their vision”.

Ikea croydon never disappoints. Very well planned establishment with awesome discounts when you present an Ikea Family card for food. Household items have almost none. For a total order of items worth 180 GBP, the family card got me a discount of only 70 pennies in.e. 0.70

Entered the wrong reg number and now have a £100 fine. My fault I know, but the parking company isn' great to deal with and I'll never visit this Argos or the Peel Centre again as it's just not worth the risk. Avoid if you can. There are lots of other shops with free parking.

Array of perfumes/aftershaves to keep you smelling divine or as a gift for someone special.
The Dior staff are delightful and very attentive to your needs.
A big thank you to the young lady who helped me find a perfume containing no alcohol, helped with sensitive skin.
Slight niggle, can House of Fraser bring back Vivienne Westwood into the store!

I want to give no stars. Absolutely appaulling treatment of the young adult I support who has autism. All staff need educating about disability!

They were looking around the store as they are more than capable of having independence to do so. I am never far away. They stim when they are excited and had brought 2 toys from the previous store which they were holding as they like to do. Staff didn't even try to approach and speak to them like an actual human. They then treated him like a criminal and accused him of stealing by surrounding him, there were at least 3 of them, causing lots of anxiety. They could of said to him "hello, do you have the receipt for those" at which they could of responded "Yes, I do" and of shown it. Disgusting presumptions made! Why should they not be able to look around a store. Talk to them like they are a human being. I am looking to take this further.

Store manager broke consumer law, had to escalate to Argos to who agreed with me

Purchased a £500 product from the store but had return it after a couple of months due to a fault. Store sent it off for a repair, but had to wait 4 weeks. Piked the item up again and the paperwork said they had fixed it, but the fault was still present. Store manager refused to replace the item and said they will continually send the product off for repair and won't replace. Now have to wait possibly another 4 weeks to fix something their repairer said they had fixed.

The after sales support is bad. No repair details or updates were sent to me and you can't contact the store as you'll get an automated message saying "store is busy, try again later" every time you call. Members of the public can't contact the store, so if you send a repair you'll either have to sit there and wait up to 21 days for a phone call to say its back, or got into store and ask for un update - but you'll have to pay for parking.

The main Argos company won't help you. If you call the support line, they will say as you purchased it from the store you'll have to speak to the store.

Basically, don't buy a appliances like TVs, Washing Machines, Cookers, Phones, Tablets etc, because if you have a fault after 30 days they will ONLY offer repair and expect you to crack without it while its repaired - the paperwork says it can take up to 21 days... even then, they might just claim its fixed when it isn't and send it off for repair again which will take another 21 days.

**Update**
I had to escalate to Argos management who confirmed that the store manager broke consumer law and the store was forced to issue me with a refund.

A fantastic place to shop for items for your home. Good quality products, especially the beautiful bedding. Easy to park. A cafe as well with good prices. I love Dunelm.

I had an excellent customer services experience by the employees that were at the click and collect point. They found and delivered quickly my order. Sarah went the extra mile for me as se offered me help to carry the office desk when she realized that it was heavy for me, and she further helped me to fit it in my car. Thank you so much!!!

Collected a duvet, however the duvet had been repacked after being returned by another customer - this was evident as it wasn't sealed properly, I only realised this a few weeks later as bought this as a spare. Absolute rubbish selling a duvet returned by someone else, could have bed, germs all sorts. Horrible buying experience from here.

This IKEA store is smaller than the one in Wembley. Has all the popular items but lesser variety and options which is good because you don’t get carried away 😅
I enjoyed meatballs with mash but didn’t get the cranberry sauce with them ☹️. Swedish apple dessert was yum. Shopped some
Curtains and bathroom decor. They didn’t had size for the bedsheets I wanted in the design that caught my eyes and that’s good otherwise my bill would have been way too much. I did not really needed them.
Plenty of parking but getting out from the shopping complex took half an hour on a Sunday evening 🅿️

The products and the way they are displayed especially in a room environment is fascinating. The quality in comparison to the price is fabulous.

Very disappointed with my visit to the Pausa Cafe today. Took my 3 year old granddaughter and asked for toast and was told its after 12 so we don't serve toast. Unfortunately they couldn't offer me anything from the children's menu only a cheese and cucumber sandwich. No pizza or jacket potato left and it was only 1.30pm. We left and went elsewhere

Good shop to get items in need of your household and is cheaper to get here then in big names shops

great prices and a wide range of products
example: a product somewhere else costs 20.99£, here I found the same product for 5.99£ and the same quality

I went in to return a tv that was obviously faulty (ie dreaded lines down the screen) the manager expected me to go without a tv for week's we phoned customer service while I was there they confirmed he was handling the situation terribly and got a new one sent out to us 3-5days

Very poor customer service from the manager think his name was Karen!. Could have help us out with faulty TV...only offered a repair that would take up to 8 weeks. Rang customer service replacement tv being sent out in 3-5 days.

Extremely helpful staff member, at Stockport Dunhelm today.
After consulting with a female colleague, between them they were able suggest a solution to a damaged item. This was remedied by the manufacturer this afternoon - remarkable service and attention to polite requests. Many thanks, BTD.

40 mins to exchange an item. 4 people behind the till serving 1 person in front. They kept radioing for " Nick" who never turned up to help . Eventually I worked out the shop. Probably never go back.
FRASERS- train your staff.

Not quite the same quality and service as house of frazers, since it's revamp it doesn't look like a flagship department , more like an overpriced outlet, bad move putting sports direct amongst the other brands some what cheapens the brand, dreary store and moody staff

So I bought this £1 inflatable reindeer from poundland. And what even is this!? Its pink and looks absolutely nothing like the picture. If you even think about buying one of these. Dont. Its a waste and is completely useless. Why is it even pink?? This is just pure fraud. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The first floor has been turned into Sports Direct so all of House of Fraser is on the ground floor, very limited selection. There are only 3 tills so we had to queue for 30mins to pay. They don’t offer refunds, only exchanges, terrible store and won’t go back.

Staff were rude, to busy talking over their headsets about customers or their social life, is that what they were bought for!

Absolutely abysmal shop. Stood in thee Estee Lauder department 10 minutes before anybody came to me, then they hadn't got a clue where anything was. Ended up buying the wrong thing. Took it back and the girl said I'd have to go to the main tills, when we eventually found the tills we stood in a queue for another ten minutes to be asked why we didn't pay at the estee counter, then they had to wait for a supervisor to do the exchange. Was given a credit note for £8. Nothing in the shop worth that so ended up spending more money and standing in yet another queue for another ten minutes, diabolical!

Went to buy a suit. No service or assistance so gave up. Unlikely to revisit.

Went today so many choices on presents for Xmas. Just live the new cafe (or new to me) it’s so reasonable and meals for lunch I saw were really good.
Everyone so pleasant and nice in there as well. Parking easy and free so again a bonus.

Great shop good variety of items, friendly staff well worth a visit !.

Absolutely filthy shop got there when they first opened on a Sunday at 10am rubbish and food etc over floors so obviously no cleaners are used or staff can't be bothered could have gone round the whole shop taking pictures of the dirt and rubbish.

Not bad has clothing stuff upstairs as well pepco minimal staff and no self service tills most staff don’t speak proper English need new recruits and area manager needs to be updated

We visited the store today and the cashier who served us was so friendly and helpful. My little one had a knot in her shoe, and her lace was undone. I couldn’t sort it so he offered to. He went the extra mile. His name was Josh and we visited at the store Sunday 14th November. Thank you Josh for being so helpful and cheery! Asset to the store.

Not quite everything is a pound but some great value items available. Huge selection from cosmetics, hygiene, garden, home, and food lines and many more.
They have recently added a clothes department with a selection of quality men's, women's and children's clothes at great prices.
Definitely worth a visit whether in Thetford or one of their many other shops.

I like the store, got some good bargains but...
Some one doesn't know what two metres is for the till queue and then the chap that served me was really rude. No eye contact, ignored me completely when l talked to him.
The other staff are usually so bubbly and put the stuff straight into your shopping bag. I put my bag on the counter and he piled my purchases behind it. It wasn't easy trying to reach through the perspex screen to pack my goods.

Has what you need sometimes .
No matter how big the queue is they only have 2 people on tills regardless . If they didnt talk all the time to their colleagues and customers for so long about irelevant stuff maybe itd go down quicker

I visited this store on principle of location to see if it was similar or equal to store pound stores in areas linked with socioeconomic factors.

The store is pristine and well managed. Social distancing is taken MORE seriously (compared stores in other postcodes) for example fixed staff member for entry, hygiene and management, which hasn't been seen across all stores. Store is well stocked, and actually pleasant to be in. It's well organised and operates smoothly. Only con perhaps a little under staffed for help and support.

Has a lot of things and brand names that you will pay more for in your supermarket store will use more for house hold goods ie shampoo and shower and cleaning goods so handy as near by and still great value for money
