I attended the gym for the first time this week and was instantly made to feel welcome. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The free fundamental class was great, very relaxed and a great way to meet the instructor and get a feel for the gym. I highly recommend Kaizen Academy and look forward to training here. Thanks guys!!
