It was quite an experience to be there and to reach there. I was carried away with the atmosphere and the structure of this beautifully designed interior. Most of my tour was around technology floor and food hall. Price that I paid for a red cheese slice and whole baked pepper was above and beyond but it was worth a shot of tasting. By the way, pepper was a blooper because as the chef said, it has cheese in it, but actually it seriously has no cheese at all. I did enjoy the shopping part of it though. Please note that you can't eat there because it is not a food court. Check the signature letter of "H" on those tasty looking gallery of real sour dough bread. This place has 4 floor I think so you better leave half a days time to explore each bit of it. I would recommend. Plz go!
Gorgeous! There is something for everyone. Even if you don’t want to shop you can always try the variety of food there. Absolutely loved it🥰
Range of kids clothes has gone downhill hugely in the last 12 months.... Disappointing as they used to love the clothes on offer here
Most ALL of the sales associates at EVERY fashion house represented at this store were completely RUDE! Most completely ignored my friends and intentionally overlooked us --I'm sure because we were black (African Americans) and they are very ignorant and racist and classest, but they got it extremely wrong because my friends and I were there to spend good money and they blew it. We ended up just grabbing a few items from the Harrods gift shop and leaving.
Never been disappointed at Matalan either for clothing, domestic items bedding, kitchenware etc., etc. Brilliant store.
Absolutely beautiful building. It's definitely the place to go for all high-end shopping. The restaurants are all really great. We specifically went for afternoon tea and it didn't not disappoint. The food was excellent and the staff was lovely.
Harrods is so famous--and so beautiful, especially when it is all lit up at night.
It is lovely to walk through though most of the designer goods look a like all the designer goods I have seen in shops elsewhere.
They do have a fabulous take-away food section with freshly prepared food.
We stayed nearby and brought home some salmon, vegetable salads and they were all great.

I booked in for a bra fitting which was easy to do, and amend, online.
However the appointment itself was a complete waste of time. The lady who took the appointment started off by rather unceremoniously instructing me to go to a cubicle and take my top off (whilst an essential element of a bra fitting her attitude was not at all warm or comforting). Then, when I said I was looking for nursing bras she instantly replied ‘we don’t do nursing bras’ - which is true of this store but not of M&S, and I knew this, but surely she could have advised the range M&S stock and asked whether she could order any in for me?
She did measure my band size, then stood back to eye me up and say ‘I’d guess you were a B or a C?’. The appointment itself lasted less than a minute and I could’ve measured my own band size at home. All in all really poor service and a complete waste of my time.

Busy with customers, but inside the store is beautiful, there are lots of signposts (only in English) directing you and telling you what is on each floor and the staff there are all super friendly and all smiling. The free samples in the food hall were a welcome treat! Being such a famous store, maybe some more signage for speakers of other languages would be beneficial, or QR codes on walls / elevators for customers to scan and they can have all their requirements and questions answered in their mother tongues. I love this store. The public facilities are always spotless and whilst the store is notably expensive, you certainly have quality!

I love Quiz but unfortunatly one staff member spoiled it with comment made so i wont be going back
Really good selection of clothes. I usually buy online as I find the shops do not have a great selection, but this one did so I will be back. They also have a mens section in the back which is handy.
Most branded luxurious iconic shopping mall. There are most famous fashion stores, restaurants, confectionery, chocolate section, luxurious perfume section and accessories section. On top of that there is a sales section of clothing. Everyone is really polite and expert on her/his duties. It's an unique experience and you have to definitely visit that place.

I went in the store to exchange a top for a different size. I was greeted but was told immediately they're closing in couple mins. I told them, that's fine and I quickly looked for the top I wanted in a different size.
I asked if i could do a quick exchange and she immediately told me no, I asked why and she said because they're closing and i said but you're not closed yet and you're telling me you can't do a quick exchange for a customer, she said no. She said its 17:29 and we cannot do purchases after 17:30, I stated but it's not after 17:30 yet. She said she can keep the top behind the till and I can come ack. I said no, I'm not coming back.
I asked if there's another manager, she said Rudely and abrupt no, she's the only manager and I asked,have you shut your system down already? She didn't respond. As I know, toy cannot shut your system down before closing time and you cannot chase or refuse to serve a customer, I've worked on customer service before.
She could have served me as I was in the store before 17:30pm but she was being inconsiderate and Rude. If she knew she couldn't serve Me, she could have said before but then again I was in there before closing time and she refused to serve Me.
I ended up walking out, upset and i will never go back on to select store in crawley again.

colleagues were nice and the prices were good, however you dont realise there is a mens section in the store until you get to the till.
Good brand,many items are overpriced and no value for money.
My wife likes yours it's good value for money and good quality.

I came in store today to bring a pair of grey jeans back which had a fault in the back ( it looks like a bleach mark, which I didn't notice as it was at the back!). I only purchased them on Christmas Eve and wore them on Christmas Day so they did have a few marks from wearing them. When I took them off I noticed this mark. The lady who served me refused to change them or give me my money back saying it was paint. It is NOT paint! They are faulty I have never felt so humiliated and will not be shopping in this store again. I now have a faulty pair of jeans. I am so upset at the way I was treated sshopping in this store ah

Today, i visited this store where the manager got suspicious about my family that was with me but all they both were doing was to take clothes for their two kids each and her husband each.Shopping alone for three people is hectic. There were no basket, so she carried that. The manager comes and was like you can tell me when you want to try on the clothes, okay but then when they were leaving the store, they got their bag checked .I mean dude she literally literally just gave you all the clothes she didnt want and youre checking the bagsss????

Went to buy a suit. No service or assistance so gave up. Unlikely to revisit.
Went to buy a suit. Hopeless: zero service and no suits visible. Eventually found out via the ladies section downstairs that M&S only sell mens suits online now. Not sure how I would check the fit online. Got good service at M&S in Manila last month. UK stores are clearly useless for menswear though. Shame - they were ok a few years back.
I visited the Malvern store today, Christmas shopping, the lady who served me was lovely.
However I.couldn't get out of the store fast enough? I.would of probably took longer and had a browse around, the music that was playing was awful, it was crackly it hurt my ears, not a good experience

Weekend supervisor very unprefesonal . Don't know how can do refund or Exchange.
Awful customer service, I was looking for a gift, was not acknowledged once, staff leaning on till point and not even a smile. Went back later that week for an exchange. Asked where the leggings were, the member of staff just pointed and were no help at all. Not inspiring at all, if you aren’t happy leave, as plenty of people would love the opportunity to work for the only plus size shop in the centre. Very disappointing
today whilst visiting weston super mare, i went into yours clothing with my mum and my paralysed dog who was in a push chair. As we entered the shop everything was brilliant but as we walked to the second floor with the dog with us, a lady with blonde hair and glasses, slim and late teens at the youngest. a different member of staff commented about our dog by going aww, however when looking over to the women described she turned her nose up at my disabled dog. after that we was obviously very annoyed at that. as we was leaving the shop she looked at my dog started smirking and walking away and when i and that member of staff turned around she started laughing at my disabled dog.
Absolutely filthy shop got there when they first opened on a Sunday at 10am rubbish and food etc over floors so obviously no cleaners are used or staff can't be bothered could have gone round the whole shop taking pictures of the dirt and rubbish.
Great clothes and even better most where in the sale 50% can't do better than that and lovely staff no pressure from them especially the American lady will be going back very soon
