I am disappointed in the unresolved refund issue. Despite promises, it's been six weeks, and I'm still awaiting payment. Additionally, my emails to the finance team have gone unanswered, which is frustrating.Also, when I contacted the institution, the person on the phone wasn't helpful and simply advised me to wait for the next payment run without offering any further assistance or clarity on the situation.

I have had such a great experience being at Richmond College, they have accommodated me and my assistance dog, and it is all wheelchair accessible
