I have been a customer of the clinic for many years, initially seeing Cat and more recently having sports massages with Sonia.

Everyone at the clinic is always friendly and helpful with booking/re-arranging appointments when needed.

I often recommend Cat's services to friends and family who are having issues!

My recent experience with Sonia has been fab! She is very thorough and knows exactly what to do to elivate my aches and pains! It has been great to explore different methods she can use and exercises that I can do at home between appointments.

Fantastic to see a chiropractor who is actually genuinely interested in helping you with your problems & getting you better rather than just getting your money with as many appointments as possible! Was much more at ease after just one session & got a lot more treatment wise from it than i did from weeks & several appointments at the previous chiropractor i was seeing. I cant believe that it has taken me 42 years to visit a Chiropractor. Lizzie was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and gave me the best 30 min treatment. Instead of finishing a day of work feeling heavy and achy, I left her clinic absolutely floating and feeling healed! Great clinic, a must visit!!

BCSF is such a fantastic practice. Lizzie the chiropractor is calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable. During every session she is empathetic and diligently addresses the ongoing issues I have with my back and neck. I completely trust her to use manipulation as part of the treatment she offers along with massage and pressure points. In the past, she supported me before, during and after back surgery. I now see her as and when needed. I always leave an appointment feeling so much better. Definitely book an appointment if you are suffering with back or neck pain or headaches!
