Called in to find a black suit to replace one that I had gotten too big for. Wonderful attentive service from Iuan, friendly and knowlegable. Was able to provide items to establish fit, source trousers and waistcoat from stock and and gave exact details to ensure the jacket was ordered and arrived in time for my event. Kept the other items by whilst we arranged the jacket. I can't fault the experience I had in this store . I also had a great chat about the first suits we ever bought and the importance of never forgetting your roots.

Dealt with Kelly over the phone. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very calm and collected. Had an issue which another branch couldn't sort out, she got it resolved in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Cannot praise enough. Fantastic customer satisfaction.
