we are 2 women under 25 that stayed in here 1 night for a concert that ended up cancelled, when leaving our room around 7:50pm there was a man outside clearly drunk and eager to talk to us, they asked us where we were going and were pushy about “escorting us” to our location despite being told no, our instincts told us to run out while one guy insisted he’d get his shoes on, we quickly ran to the carpark across the road and hid behind a car as we watched them also run out of the hotel to see which direction we’d ran in, after we went into a public space for some drinks we came back to our room around 1am to find the same man hosting what can be described as a “house party” in his room, we darted for our room to which we were then questioned how our night was through a frantically locked door, we simply replied “good” and “goodnight” and rushed to push our bed against the door in fear of them somehow getting in, whilst hearing them state “they’re both beautiful”, under the bed which we moved we saw a condom and old perfume discarded beneath the bed (picture attached), we then started to settle but that didn’t last long as the drunken men knocked on our door and mimicked “room service” voices, we stayed silent. we had no way to reach the service desk in this scenario the phone rang out and the route to seek help was obstructed by the individuals responsible for torment, as someone left the hotel from the “house party” he remarked “there’s a condom for those” on his way out, when we woke up in the morning and got ready to leave we opened the door and there were condoms and banners strewn over the floor and brand new scrunchies wrapped around our handle that we didn’t purchase (see attached). on our way out we let the staff member know to which he said we should’ve come down to tell him, clearly unaware of how unsafe we must have felt, no refund was offered. we urge people (particularly women) to avoid this location

This place is incredible. I mean that. I've been going here for over a year now as a single man. Ive played with 23 women here in 12 months 👌
I've never not played here. Although I am very confident and not afraid to start up a conversation with anyone
On the weekends there are always loads of couples to play with.
The place is clean, cheep and a great atmosphere.
Honestly I didn't realise how good this place was until I started trying other places.
This is the place you want to go. I swear by it ☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️

It's getting less younger guys coming in just the regulars who's been there for years now

A horrible place. I'm a 29 year old woman who was out for a works doo and I was assaulted by a male bouncer.
My friend had a drink from another night club (silly). I took a sip after paying £10 just got through the door when a male grabbed me from behind and started pushing me. When I asked why and what was going on I asked the security to stop touching me and requested management come and speak to me. A then female off duty security tried to intimidate me and was overly aggressive. This ended up in me being hit in the face and having my arm twisted round my back like was being arrested. When my colleagues where horrified and tried to help me they where also pushed and thrown around.
On being grabbed out I asked another bouncer why as I was so confused about why that was necessary and faced more threats and verbal abuse. Multiple times they said the would call the police and I asked them to do so but then they refused. I'm hoping they will give me the cctv and act on this promptly.

They need to offer more vegan options across the menu. The chips were of poor quality. Overall, the items are overpriced for what you get. The vegan fried radish slices were however very good.

Me and my friend came to luxx on arthur’s guestlist through our promoter Enrikas! We had the best time and came back the following week. A great place for a night out, lovely staff and good music :)

Absolutely shocking music you can't dance to ,if you want a seat you need to buy a booth and the place is Absolutely tiny not worth the entry price. Worse place I've been to.

Also everyone's crammed the dance floor because there's nowhere else to go not because the dj is great.

I spend £200 on a booth and they denied my mates entry even tho they had ID and they didn't even ask to check then threatened to throw me out when I asked to check again, THE MOST INCOMPETENT GUARDS EVER THAT DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO CHECK AND ID IT'S WORTHLESS DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE 18 AND TURN 19 THIS YEAR YOU IDIOTS

Bouncers assault random people depending on how they are feeling. And are inappropriate towards young females. Asian guy with a beard is the main culprit! Wrongen! This place is known for this! Avoid like the plague!

It’s not the club that i knew it’s now just a dance club ,I won’t be coming back

I came here with a promoter and expected it to be a normal club experience. The entire club is tables with promoters (no people there who weren’t with promoters) and zero place to dance or talk to other people. I feel like you can’t even call this place a club because there’s no places to be other than your personal tables. Super weird experience.

Es un lugar desagradable, optamos por tomar este hotel por unos días ya que estabamos de paso, muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, nos habían dado una habitación feisima justo al lado estaban con ruido y se sentía mucho olor a cigarrillo, nos tocó pedir cambio, el cual se realizo nos ofrecieron una habitación con baño ya que las otras no tiene nada de baño adentro Tienes que salir a buscar el baño afuera de las habitaciones, baños sucios, olían mal. En la habitación que nos dieron las almohadas viejas, sabanas y toallas con un olor feo. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel deberían cerrarlo ya que esta viejo y en ruinas.

The queue was extremely dangerous and disorganised, as they were first not letting anyone queue up before letting everyone into the barriers and causing a crowd surge. I genuinely could not breathe or move, even if I wanted to leave the queue. Would give no stars if I could. >:(

Small quaint family-run place with excellent service and delicious food. Their curry fish ball and roasted pork rice was absolutely delicious and the service was so attentive! Can’t recommend this small local eatery enough!

I was squashed almost to death in the queue for over an hour. The bouncers did nothing about it when people were screaming and kept letting more people into the queue and gave no information on what was happening. After all that they did not let loads of people in after waiting so long. This was on the verge of becoming a serious crowd crush and very dangerous as it was not even possible to leave the queue. Would not recommend. It’s not even that good inside.

Also they lost my new coat and ignored my emails about it :(

Surprisingly quiet for a Friday night so the main room was closed. The music wasn't the best but the DJ mixed between the songs with impressive ability.

Bought two tickets in error for the wrong day at the entrance in confusion of the day (as bought past midnight at the door) Apparently I was supposed to buy for previous night. Anyway emailed them straightaway and no customer support at all. Pathetic!!! Why can people cancel/refund if they realise straight away? So much for technology and human error but where is the consumer right to cancel if it was done due to a genuine mistake??? Pathetic customer service. Vague answers and then no answer from them!!!

The best experience we’ve had clubbing, our host David made sure we were comfortable at all times and made sure everything was perfect at all times. He was so helpful and friendly, if you’re coming to London you need to go, amazing atmosphere and a really fun night out, thanks again to David for all his help and to the staff you made our nights amazing!

I spent last Saturday night at Luxx in Mayfair for my birthday. I had a fantastic evening with my friends thanks especially to David who really organized everything wonderfully! Plus, he made sure we were having fun throughout the evening, really helpful and nice! I will definitely be back!! Xx

The food is of excellent quality, with flavors that surpass expectations and truly embody the essence of Hong Kong cuisine. The chef demonstrates impressive culinary skills, and the service is polite and attentive. I thoroughly enjoy the dishes they prepare.

My friends and I went there for a birthday, everyone was so friendly and helpful. David made sure we were comfortable end was very organized and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Finn was absolutely phenomenal when it cane to bartending. His skills are unmatched, truly. I am so lucky to have been in his presence

The room and bathroom was not clean at all. The bathroom floor was all smashed, shower wasnt clean. Bedroom floor was laminate that wasnt clicked together properly. And all walls were dirty. Cleaning lady walked in while i was laid on the bed just as i got there didnt clean any of the room, but mopped the floor. Had to keep ringing the buzzer to get into the hotel as no other way to get in. Came home with bites and feeling so disgusting.

We booked two guys and they told us it was 50 pounds per person, in the end they charged us 120 in total.. Inside there was a very good atmosphere in general. There wasn't even one ugly girl! They were all pretty! incredible ! We had a great time, the security and especially a girl at the bar were very good! The 4 star rating is because they charged us 120 pounds and said it was 100.

One of the finest establishments I've ever stayed in all of England. These bad reviews are unfair. Excellent service from the owner who was very kind. Comfortable room with everything you need from a hotel. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed at one of the lowest rated hotels in the UK and left a positive review. the only rule… I cant lie. currently rated 1.7 out of 5, this place has more one star reviews than all the other stars combined. when checking into the hotel the man at reception was very nice and directed me to my room, that’s a star ⭐️As I entered my room I thought WOW what a view of Tesco Extra! Anyway… I had to use a UV light for any stains on my bed which I couldn’t find, That’s a Star ⭐️ I turn the TV on and (The Screen was smashed) I realised the hotel is helping me reduce my screen time so I can have a better sleep, That’s a star ⭐️ my plug in radiator had stabilizers so I decided to take it for a walk 🚶 which provided me with entertainment for the night 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only club in Mayfair I keep going to and absolutely loved being at Luxx for the New Years Eve event 24’. Kudos to David for sorting us the best night and being so welcoming. Definitely recommend going through him for zero disappointments and having the best time ever!

Well... I'm not giving a zero star because I can't.
There was no one at the reception and we had to use a bell and wait over 5 minutes for someone to open the door.
The entrance of the hotel looked like a scene out of a zombie apocalypse movie. Dirty, smelly, and stuff all over the place.
The room that was provided to us looked like the perfect place to hide a dead body.
The gentleman at the reception was too busy multitasking at the laundryroom and that is the reason why it took so long for him to come open the door. He also wasn't the nicest.
Also the photos of the hotel do not match the reality of this horror scene.
If you're into this kinda freaky stuff feel free to stay, but if you're a normal functioning human being, do not waste your time and money.
I have nothing else to add to this review, I hope y'all get canceled.

Found this place by chance and love it since then. Very authentic Hong Kong delicacies with very reasonable price, every dish ordered so far are of good quality and standard. Owner is very welcoming, even tho they mainly focused on takeaway customers (don’t expect posh dining experience with the price they charge, it’s a practical - cha chan teng style - neighbourhood friendly food stall), we had our first walk-in and dine-in visit after a call, we had table prepared for us (extra touches)! Definitely better than majority of Chinese restaurants/takeaway in this area, at least to my personal taste (Malaysian exposed to wide variety of cuisines and visited Hong Kong multiple times) ☺️
They asked for feedback regularly to improve their service and food quality, this place will go far for being budget friendly, excellent food quality, excellent customer service and welcoming constructive feedback! All the very best!

ordered on deliveroo and it arrived quickly and very fresh, the bento boxes are perfect and we loved the taste of everything! the salted egg yolk wings are AMAZING 100% recommend

Man wird mit gratis Eintritt gelockt und dann ist am Eingang die riesige Diskussion.
Als Gruppe von mehreren Leuten sind die aber eher daran interessiert, dass man rein geht, als das man kurzer Hand umdreht.
Lustige Szene war dann auch an der Bar, als wir 5 Cuba Libre bestellt haben und dafür 5 Wodka Lemon erhalten haben. Auf Rückfrage hieß es, dass es kein Cuba Libre gibt, deshalb Wodka Lemon. Nach erneuter Diskussion wurden die Wodka Lemon weggeschüttet und es gab stattdessen Whisky Cola

A typical nightclub, nothing special - however the behaviour from the bouncers was horrific, and particularly to people not known or expected to cause any trouble.

The verbal abuse to numerous people was bad enough, but spitting on someone's back!?? Really!?

Please avoid this place if you've any sense of human decency. Doesn't deserve to still be in business

Clean, friendly atmosphere club with 2 perfectly separated rooms of music. One RnB, DnB, garage + grime. The other with dancehall, throwbacks, new charts and cheese. Great night out for all ages.

The neon sign caught my eye and immediately told me this was an authentic Hong Kong style takeaway. Food is home made using their family recipes and is comparable to the real deal in Hong Kong. Curry fish balls delicious! Pan fried turnip cake much better than most places out there including those in Birmingham. I also had a Baked Pork Chop rice which was delicious - no fatty bits of pork and made fresh to order. Thank you! Excited to try more!

I am very surprised with few bad comments. I feel so sorry to hear all the personal experiences they had but this club is only one survived for many years in mayfair. I’ve been going to this club since I was in university. Only one club also allow Asian people to organize their party and I see many Asian in management team, never experienced anything bad. Hopefully people come back to the place and enjoy their night out 🥂

I was a regular customer here, but not anymore. I can no longer justify spending more money punting here as there's other establishments the same girls work at that are cheaper. It's not as though they've done anything with the building. It's in dire need of soundproofing and a refurb. The showers don't work properly, and the toilet flush is dodgy. The last time I was here, the room I was in smelt like bad drains, and it was that cold I left within 10 minutes.

Very rude. 0 respect. Me and my 2 friends were charged £50 each just for the bar. They wanted to charge us another £200 each if we wanted a table. With this we left. Oh they did say we got a free drink but that free drink actually cost us £50 each.

Waren über Silvester da, reine ABZOCKE. Angeblich hat der Besitzer gewechselt. Ein Raum hat nach Erbrochenem gestunken. Preise wariierten von Stunde zu Stunde und zwar immer teurer! Atmosphäre voll schlecht. Viel zu teuer und unfreundlich, alles im einen nur eine riesen Enttäuschung und niemandem zu empfehlen!

Diese Bar ist wirklich nichts Besonderes. Die Bedienung ist in Ordnung. Geworben wird mit einer tollen Happy Hour. Jedoch waren bei unserem Aufenthalt gefühlt die halben Getränke nicht erhältlich. Außerdem war die Musik viel zu laut. Immerhinn konnte man Fußball schauen

Nur mit Pub crawl hinein. Sonst extrem hoher Eintritt und teure Drinks. Früher ein top Laden im so stillen London. Jeden Tag geöffnet. Mittlerweile riesige Gruppen von betrunkenen und pöbelnden Italienern. Schade
