The location is good for Hyde Park but the room was sub standard. Mould was concerning, windows were filthy. No working extractor fan in the bathroom and definitely no court yard view.

This hotel leaves much to be desired in terms of amenities and upkeep. It falls short with basic necessities such as a tissue box, room mirror, and TV remote. Additionally, the absence of proper storage for shower essentials and a water leak issue are disappointing. The sluggish Wi-Fi adds to the frustration, forcing guests to rely on their own data. On the bright side, its convenient location provides easy access to central London via nearby tube stations, surrounded by various shops and other hotels. Overall, while its location is advantageous, improvements are crucial for a more satisfactory stay.

Good and pretty average room, some problems is the shower. It gives very weak power, and it just feels like rain and nothing else.
Another problem is that you can hear everything from ur neighbours. The slamming of the doors is also supper loud. U have to be lucky to have respectful people around...

Otherwise, it's a good place

Located nearby all the transportation such as buses and underground trains. You can find almost everything in walking distance. The room was so comfortable. The price was good. The service was great.

Stayed heir last year at Christmas time. It's very nice we had a studio apartment. Was lovely and clean. Good size for London 😊 very good location just a short walk to the nearest tube station just a minute walk to Hyde park. Will be staying their again definitely 😍❤️

First and foremost, my friend and I got a heart attack when we entered the room because the room we saw in the website and booked was completely different from the room we got. There was no space to even keep or store the luggage. The mattress was creaking and dipped when we even sat on the bed. There was hair in the comforter and the mattress was stained. There was no light at the shower area. It was not written on the booking website that this is a service apartment. Your room would not be cleaned, rubbish cleared, or the bed made. Fresh towels are only provided upon request.No basic amenities like hair dryer, room was very dusty. Safe was not working, and was kept in the top shelf. Staff displayed nonchalant attitude. Only good thing about the hotel apartment was the location
