A Worthless place. God Help you all. They ask us to follow the law then have us dealing with disaster places like this. Urgent applications are seen to once their Netflix series has finished and they have a spare 5 mins.

I read these reviews and decided to email after wasting an hour of my time calling. The email responses from G Quach were quite frankly the most unhelpful b.s. imaginable. G Quach is a disgrace to the profession and their employer. I hope the employer reads the drivel that G Quach wrote to me. G Quach was not in the slightest bit helpful and made no effort art all to assist me in any way. No wonder the reviews are all so dreadful. Shame on you all. If I could give zero stars I would

Once again, 2 hours on hold, the irritating piano music draining me of energy, and that voice telling me someone will be with me shortly...... don't believe this! after 2 hours on hold, the final straw (and I knew it was coming) was 'all our offices are now CLOSED!!!!!!!' I don't understand why they don't change their Victorian/archaic system for something that works? at least change the music, and have a queuing system? After all, they have changed the wording to HIS MAJESTY, so why not go the whole hog and push the boat out! do something daring....such as SORT YOUR CRAP SYSTEM OUT!!!! your not going to answer my call asap, and YOUR NOT SORRY FOR THE WAIT!!!!! And just remember folks, there are TWO numbers to call (and wait as usual on hold) one for online and one for paper applications.......

Sad to say but all the reviews are correct. Absolute joke of a phone system. Just scamming people to stay on the phone and no one answers. Would be more professional to just have a engaged tone, at least you won't be sitting waiting for over a hour. Stupidly I've done this 3 times. No answer whatsoever. I'm left with no choice other than to drive from Manchester to Northampton to physically go to the department to finally get my case sorted. I just don't get how a court system can be allowed to get away with it ?

I’m generally shocked by these reviews, this court is one of the best courts for customer service in the country.

This court only deals with cases where the parties live in Northamptonshire, if you do not live in Northamptonshire then you need the Civil National Business Centre. They are also based in Northampton and deal with cases all over England and Wales.

Well done staff at Northampton county court, you all work extremely hard and deserve the recognition for it.

On the phone 1 hour to be told can't pay until it re opens. I asked how much the 1 hour wasted phone call would cost me she said "I have apologied for the wait" then put phone down. Seems all weird everyone calling it a scam we can't all be wrong. But what will be done about it? Nothing

Not fit for purpose, grossly incompetent, and in my firm belief, corrupt.

How can someone admit to lying multiple times, contempt and fraudulent misrepresentation in front of a Judge Glassbrook and the judge let's them off?
Judge Glassbrook failed and forgot to swear a witness in under oath and had to apologise an hour after the witness had left.

Judge Glassbrook allowed the defendant to dictate his own punishment.

Judge Glassbrook advised that I should of ignored the advice of the police in changing my locks after the threat of criminal damage by the defendant and him taking my front door key, and he advised I should of asked for my key back - blatant victim blaming - would he have said this to a woman or a member of his family?

Judge Glassbrook made errors with regards to contact law and section 49 of the consumer rights act regarding reasonable care and skill. According to Judge Glassbrook, its acceptable for a kitchen fitter to admit in court to:

- Substandard quality of works that the fitter wouldn't accept in
his own house

- Not following the design/plan

- online fraudulent misrepresentation

- breaching building and electrical regulations as confirmed by the principal building control officer and niceic

- contempt of court via statement submission and in the face of the court

- breaching 6 court orders

- submitting false statements signed with a statement of truth

- ignoring x8 early offers of mediation

- breaching and failing to adhere to the pre action protocol and overriding objective of the civil procedure rule

The Phone is also never answered, staff have blatantly lied, and attempted to cover up their multiple failures and errors, with evidence to back this all up being currently with the parliamentary ombudsman.

I will never stop until this is fully exposed and justice is properly served upon those at fault! (cowboy kitchen fitter and his crooked solicitor, the civil team and Judges at this court)

Demoralising experience trying to deal with this court over a period of months. Limited information, huge delays, held on phone for over an hour just for them to hang up.
