Got a delivery of cookie dough with ice cream from ubers, arrived on time, ice cream was good amount BUT the amount of cookie dough was shocking it HARDLY had any inside it literally!!! Took a picture of but didnt allow me to post. Wasted money on nothing. Amount that was inside was shoking. Wasnt made properly or given right amount.
The best food honestly! The fries were not greasy and the beef burger is the one! We drove here and there was parking available. Once we got in we made our order and the food arrived so quickly and it was nice and hot!. Deffo would recommend came all the way from London and would say this is the best burger I’ve had in a while!
I have only got deliveries from Cafe Presko but what I have ordered I have not been disappointed . The sweet potato Chips with cheese are delicious and a portion well worth the price.
The Scotlander Dog is also delicious, with Haggis & fried onions.
Their burgers are great and fantastic portions.
Will definitely order again

Always a great experience ordering from here, food is great- although if they had more vegetarian options for burgers I think it would be perfect! But always one of my top places to recommend in Edinburgh. Always great portions and staff are super friendly
Mouth watering cakes. They are so fresh and soft. Absolutely addictive!
Had an issue with the food and the customer service regarding it was absolutely incredible. I got a personal visit and a brand new order and a phone call from the manager expressing his apologies and what we can do in the future to ensure a positive experience. Will 100% order again despite the small order issue as the customer service was so impressive.
Looks run down. Excess stock being stacked in the corner. No toilets which is unforgivable in a family place. Waffles too soft and everything absolutely drenched in sauce. Vanilla ice cream tasteless and completely bland.
Ordered chocolate chip cookie dough and aero mint milkshake. Both tasted brilliant however cookie dough was a bit sweet to my liking. Great service, incredible atmosphere. 8/10 would go again.
Ordered the zesty chicken burger, the beefed up burger, mozzarella sticks and the BBQ chicken wings.
The chicken was really well cooked, nice and juicy. The buffalo sauce which I ordered in addition to the zesty burger was particularly amazing and definitely needed as it seemed like they added a slightly different, more diluted sauce to the burger. It's also an amazing dip for anything else on the menu like chips.
The beefed up burger was also really well made and juicy. Good amount of cheese to sauce ratio.
Took quite a while for them to make it but I'm glad it was freshly made (and you could tell).

Roccos in bolton. Very nice food and atmosphere especially the berry attack smoothie which is my favourite. However the service is poor and can be improved. Last time i waited 20 minutes just to get smoothies and my friend spilt it and we needed tissues. They took 10 MINUTES TO GIVE US TISSUES! They were disscusing about boys when we were trying to call them for tissues. Absolutely Appauling
Ordered food on uber eats, waited outside when it said arrived but wasn't, they then rang and asked where I was told them the same address I order to, only to be told I wasn't there and hung up on. Tried ringing the place to which they just said no not there and hung up. Scam, do not order.
Tried the American fried burger; It was perfectly sauced from the outside so that the large chicken fillet was not dry. Overall tasty but as far as buttermilk chicken fillets are it is lacking the crunch and juicy interior. Also the Cajun fries were poor. Still satisfied nevertheless
I've just been here with my family and personally, it's a 10/10. The desserts here are immaculate and flavourful. The quality is incredible and treats taste extremely fresh. It's also reasonably priced for the quality food you get. The portions are very filling and satisfying. The atmosphere was lovely and has cute decorations. Not to mention the excellent fast service. All employees were very helpful and kind and we will definitely be back again. I love this! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very fast, customer service was amazing and the employees were very happy to help and provide any extras. Desserts were delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you for the friendly service much appreciated.
Do not order from this place, I spent £60 and my ice cream sundaes were all melted. I ordered jammie dodger and it was just vanilla with a jammie dodger biscuit on top, I ordered kinder bueno ice cream and it was the vanilla with half a kinder bueno on. I asked for no sauce on my cookie dough they ignored my request and put extra sauce on top of it. Food qualify was very poor for cube will not be using this place again. Spoke to Uber eats and they won’t do anything to help even though I have picture proof.
Decided to try a few things on the menu… the chips firstly were incredibly tasty, it’s hard to get chips right..finished them! The chicken burgers and beef burgers were my favourite with all the flavours packed in on a soft bun! Cheesy sticks DELISH (not original name 🤣) The chicken wings crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, which is west you want! The dips are tasty although I stayed away from the spicy one 💅
Now deserts…. My personal favourite is the red velvet cookie dough! Warm cookie with whipped ice cream! Dreamy!!! Loads of seating in a bright airy restaurant front. I’m coming back!!!

Literally the best burger place you will ever try! Their food is always full of flavour from their burgers to the loaded fries and you cannot leave this place without trying out their sensational shakes! I always leave this place thinking when my next visit will be… shakedown is somewhere you won’t want to miss! 🍔🫶🏾
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered two double fillet burgers (the mighty players burger and the double peri peri fillet burger) and we did not receive what we ordered. Instead of receiving two fillets in each burger, we received 1 and a half as seen below. They had clearly cut one of the fillets in half. This place is a scam and I do not recommend going here.
Lovely desserts very disappointing to see the boxes sold have suddenly reduced by half rang to ask why and Daniel said they don’t accept complaints … perhaps don’t rip people off then
Just got delivery through ubereats and had to leave a review as the food was delicious! Would highly recommend, chips were the perfect level of crispy, burgers were very tasty, I couldn’t fault a thing - will definitely order from here again :))
They have a varieties of shakes, smoothies, thick shakes, drinks, waffles, brownies and other stuff. They have a quick service mostly and I would say the pricing is fair too. Overall

Asked for a Ferrero Rocher waffle and I got a waffle covered in Nutella with ONE Ferrero Rocher on it. What a rip-off!
Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. Would have gave 0 stars if I could.To start off the delivery time was over 2 hours then promised. Secondly we wished to contact Cafe presko which was impossible to do as they have no working contact details, the two phone numbers given did not work. Thirdly on the just eat app it was claimed that my delivery had “been delivered” which was not true at all and had to wait an extra hour. The delivery driver was rude and gave no apologies. Would not recommend this place even if I was starving and had no over option.
We ordered on uber eats buy 1 get 1 free and it look like they got 1 fillet and cut it in half and made 2 burgers out of it so there was more bread than actual chicken and did not taste nice quite the opposite. Will never order from here again and waste of money.

Food has never shown up. Rude staff on the phone that can’t speak English, they couldn’t get hold of the driver I could hear in the back and kept telling me to call back in 5 minutes. 30 after the end time I eventually gave up and requested a refund
We ordered of Uber eats and we had a milkshake not there so we ring up and the woman on the phone was quite rude to us I tried explaining calmly that we was missing the food I then explained that we wouldn’t be able to come to the shop as she was saying to come to the shop I then explained my nan was disabled and we couldn’t come and said she didn’t care we my nan was quite annoyed this comment and had a go at her which we was in the wrong for but the comment she made was quite rude she then started blaming the delivery driver who I already had spoken to and he said he had never had a milkshake given to him I then said is they want way we could get a refund on just the milkshake and she started getting more rude so I put down the phone and then when we started to eat out burgers they was awfull they tasted burnt and very rubbery the salad was brown and the chips were just chips to be honest no complaints about the chips but the burgers where awful and the milkshake and coleslaw I never received I would not recommend this place as the service was shocking and appalling and the food was awfull.
Yeah ngl foods mid. Service and place is decent. I paid for a friend of mine spent £38. You have to buy chips and drink separately and that's £4 extra ontop of your burger. Sauces are also separate 50p-£2.
Was expecting to get a decent big size burger since I ordered the burger w the chicken and beef but wasn't to my expectations. Loaded fries was oh-kayy. Rather get the normal chips WITHOUT the American cheese (never again unless you like it)you get with the burger.

I came with my family ( Group of 10) and even with a busy shop we we're given extremely excellent service.. but even more the desserts were WOW !! SPEACHLESS FOR WORDS. The place is very family friendly and clean and organized 👌.. what more can I say.. but please check it out!!!

Absolutely appalling. No hygiene whatsoever, the lady that works there was putting in chips with her bare hands, told her if we could have fresh chips and not to use her hands. Also she rushed the chips therefore it was not cooked properly.

I had an incredible experience at Shakdown Burger Place on Wilmslow Road. The food was delicious, and the staff, especially Adeel and Ali, were fantastic. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I can't wait to visit again!
Ordered food 2 hours ago. Keep ringing, keep getting told it’s on way. The 3rd time I rang, the rude ignorant woman on the phone said he was on the road then hung up.
Arrived almost an hour late, food was cold and for the price that was paid the food quality wasn't very good either

Desserts were all brilliant and served promptly. Staff were friendly and very helpful, accommodating any requests. I'd highly recommend the milk cake, went down well with everyone! Worth a visit!
What a fabulous place with splendid selection of ice cream, milkshake & waffles. We ordered Devil Touch milkshake & Unicorn cake. Both were so delicious, especially loved the milkshake.
There's also nice seating with perfect ambience. The staff is so kind & friendly.

Friendly staff wide variety of drinks and desserts. The place was clean and the waffles were nice and soft unlike other places.The mocktail was nice and cold and flavoursome. Prices are reasonable and they also do student and NHS discounts will be back again. I agree with another review to have a menu on the window so people can see what you sell.
