Bellissima fattoria.

Consigliatissimo!!!
We spent a whole day here and probably could have filled another two more! I visited with my two children (3+7) and they loved exploring the different activities. The mini tractors were particularly popular as were the hay bales, giant bouncy pillows, toboggan ramp, indoor soft play and go karts.
We tried going through the woodland trail but the nettles had rather taken over the pathway. The paid for digger also was a bit of a let down as its functionality seemed to have seen better days.
We ate very well in the cafe and enjoyed the kids picnic boxes and yummy sausage rolls.
Nice clean facilities, including toilets, and friendly staff.
The dressing up area looked great but we ran out of time to play there, so will have to visit again!
What a wonderful day was had by my Grandchild and I. The Big Machines weekend was the icing on the cake. The variety of activities, the friendly staff and the gorgeous food made this a day and a half!. My 19 month old grandson Stanley is still raving about the 'Bombine' ( Harvester). Highly Recommend
Lovely little farm with lots of activities!

It is a tiny little farm and tickets can be pricey for what there is, however they have activities on around every half an hour which gives the family something fun to do/experience.

Ice cream was delicious. We took our own food and had a picnic which we appreciate that they allow it!

We will be back 🤗
Brilliant place with the kids! There is a huge area to play, a barn full of animals to pet and feed, like bunnies and guinea-pigs. This time, they had baby goats and little lambs as well. They have a reasonably priced coffee shop and a big playground as well. A nice place to get your kids tired :)
Took our grandchildren on a weekday. Weather was lovely and there weren’t many people there. We all had a great time. Far far better than I had expected. The staff were all lovely - as were all the animals.
We spent 5 hours there and would happily have stayed longer.
The best place to come with the kids.

The staff are so friendly & will chat about the animals with you!

There is so much for the kids to see & do.

They have sooo many events on as well & they really put so much effort into them with decorations & activities.

We have been coming for years, even before our son was born. Can't recommend enough
☺️
Visiting from Glasgow as we were staying nearby, and decided after reading a lot of mixed reviews to go for the day. I can’t comment from a parents POV (although a lot of choice of toys / play areas) or the cafe as it was too busy for us, but all of the specials on the menu sounded lovely - but everything else we couldn’t find fault in. A working farm with a very animal-oriented approach - all about the animals. From the variety, breeds and how friendly each individual animal was, it simply couldn’t have been better. The price is totally fair, whilst also having the added extra of calf and lamb feedings included in the admission. Although it was really busy and cramped waiting for animal feedings, the staff went out their way to do 2/3 rounds so everyone got a chance to feed the calves and lambs. Staff were really friendly and all of the butchery looked really nice. The £1 carrots are a must though! We really look forward to coming back - don’t let the reviews put you off!
A fantastic place to take your kids - loads of friendly animals they can meet and cuddle, a big sandbox, Wendy house, a scooter area and a play area. There’s also great value food incl full meals as well as snacks and ice cream. Some parts get closed off when it’s boggy, but it’s always a reliably good time.
Great day out for all the family, feed the lambs see the piglets, calfs and lots of other animals. Indoor play area for the kids and picnic areas and a cafe and butchers on site. Only £9 for adults and kids go free.
Best day out for a long time ! This is a fabulous place for anyone from 1 to 91.
Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. The activities are well organised and are great fun. There is something for all ages, I was with a friend and her 5 year old and could have stayed all day. Tractor rides, carousel, jumping pillow, large sand pit, roll play, and potting shed. The animals are adorable, and with supervision, you are able to hold the small ones and feed the goats, sheep, lambs and donkeys.
You can eat in the café if you wish, but you can even take your own picnic and eat at the inside tables or outside if you prefer.
There are themed events throughout the year....can't wait for our next visit.
Nice morning out visiting here for a few hours. Feeding the animals was fun and holding the small animals in the barn aswell. However some animals could not be seen due to how muddy it was so I woulnt recommend going after any rain
It was so busy despite going on a weekday, but We had a lot of fun. It was our first time there but definitely not our last.
We always have a lovely time here! The lady who does the facepainting (Katy I think?) is so detailed taking time with each child and the animals are absolutely lovely. The Kids and Goats were our favourite!! Bring wellies 😊

One comment though, I do wish there was somewhere more suitable to park a bike? As there's not really any public transport and we don't drive so we have to bike but most bikes don't seem to fit in the little bike rack unless I am missing somewhere!

I am always impressed with the handwashing facilities, low sinks easily reachable for little ones, the soap is always full, there's always paper towels for drying your hands and it's kept clean. It honestly makes such a difference to be able to properly wash and dry your hands. Staff are absolutely lovely as well, it has a family feel. They are so patient with the kids holding the rabbits and guinea pigs and all the animals are obviously well taken care of! We live in osbaldwick so we come often 😊
We visited the farm today as we are on holiday in the area. We were so disappointed to discover it was £12 pp to enter including our one year old and the adults. We had taken grandparents too so in total it would have been nearly £60 for the five of us. We didn’t go in as that price is extremely expensive and we haven’t often come across places where the adults have to pay to experience soft play. It’s a shame as it looked nice from the outside. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

As an edit and response - we were told that £12 was for an hour in the soft play when we arrived. Even given the other activities available on the farm we still would not have paid £60 entry for an hours access! There wasn’t even a reduced price for our one year old or for concessions. The staff need to be clearer and the price needs to be reduced!
The rides and outdoor parks were great. The kids loved feeding the animals and the pet corner where they had interaction with the animals. A very different and nice opportunity.
The park area and play village also lovely.

It’s a shame that some of the staff on the rides were a little rude. The rest of the rides and bouncing pillows were great.

The indoor soft play was also a success with the kids. Just very chaotic.

The food…
Ridiculous waiting times on food and unapologetic staff. Dirty tables in the outdoor theatre despite a member of staff stood not doing anything. Not a single clean table, just tables just left in a mess.
Not sure why it’s not a priority to clean up so that it looks good/tidy/clean and people can sit down and not be walking around with chips stuck to their socks and shoes.
Great if you’re ordering a £5.50 hotdog as they are there ready. My kids were left 50 minutes to wait for food without us being told of any delay. Numerous people complaining of waits up to 75 minutes.
The food wasn’t great after all that time waiting.
Coffee was nice and the treats in the fridges and ice cream looked good although we didn’t try any of them.

The toilets… awful. Dirty, run down. Bring the Dettol wipes. 4 toilets in the ladies inside and definitely not enough to cater for the volume of people. Need to be cleaned more regularly.

Absolute chaos and expensive! The kids seemed to enjoy all but the wait for their food, however we won’t be coming back. Still a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and customer service.
My 6yr old had an enjoyable few hours here. Even though it was busy there was only a short wait for most of the rides / attractions and there was a good selection for the age range of under teenage years. The amusement park type rides have been a good addition and I think it's great that these are included in the ticket price. The outdoor climbing / sand play area was good and well maintained and was very popular with all the children. The 2 'ride on' areas with bikes / tractors were also good for the younger children.

The indoor play area was carnage as you'd expect when busy so we didn't stay long but it looked like there was a good range of play apparatus for kids. The addition of the Easter shows was also good and added to the value of the tickets.

The animal enclosure is quite small so when busy it's harder for all the children to enjoy as understandably I think the animals get fed up of screaming kids shoving food at them. The interactive sessions are good though with the guinea pigs and rabbits. Unfortunately one of the hand washing stations wasn't working but it was good to see them there especially for the kids.

The only disappointment was that you are not supposed to take your own food in but the food available is fast food / junk food. It would be nice to see either a picnic area for people to take their own or even just some sandwich / fresh options.

But overall it was good value for money and would recommend a visit when the weather is semi-decent so the outdoor areas can be enjoyed.
My 8 year old son is non verbal autistic. Somedays are easy and some are really hard, you can never predict the day you will have. Today was a hard day for him, he just wanted to go home as he found it to much. He wasn't enjoying the amount of people their and the weather. So I spoke to the manager and explained my son wants to go home but hasn't got to experience anything yet and they catered for my son in such a special way to make sure he gets the most out of his experience. Gave him a quite space to see the snakes and dinasours early that he loves and finds soothing which then in return ended up in him then calming down and wanting to stay a little longer before wanting to leave. They was amazing as always. Cater very lovely to children like mine, wish most places was like this. 👍 people like that make a massive difference.
Great day out for the family, feeding the lambs & the Calves. Our grandsons aged 8 & 2 both loved it. With a few activities for them both to enjoy. Nice cafe a good cup of coffee

Lovely little working farm for families. We've been more than once and always enjoyed our visits.
The staff are nice and friendly and always happy to answer any of your questions.
There is a nice little gift shop and cafe on site if your wanting any refreshments or a nice little souvenir or gift from your visit to the farm.
You can get up close to the animals and hand feed them carrots which you can buy from the farm shop for £1 a tub.
Bottle feeding the lambs and calfs is also a lot of fun as is squirrel club for the kids. They also have play barns and when the weather is nice a little beach for the children to enjoy.
Clean toilets on site and plenty of hand washing facilities which is a good things to have on a farm.
The sit on tractor they have as you approach the animals is also a great place to stop and have a photo.
I would also highly recommended the VIP farmers experience if you get the opportunity its great fun to see what it's like to be a farmer for a few hours and very educational
Would highly recommend to family and friends and we can't wait for our next visit.
