Popped in while visiting Edinburgh for the evening. Very nice staff who got us a seat outside even though the place was booked. Outstanding Cullen skink appetizer. Catch of the day was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding was amazing. All around great experience.
Absolutely loved my dining experience ! The BBQ on the table hit different 😍.. The Ribeye was so tender. Bulgogi and kalbi are incredibly delicious and also the raw beef bibimbap(yukhoe bibimbap)taste really nice.Totally loved the place and whole atmosphere..The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Can't wait to come back and try more from the menu! Highly recommended 🤩

Highly recommend.

This has been on our to-go list of vegan restaurants when visiting London and what an amazing experience we had.

I called twenty minutes beforehand and luckily Chef Mauro was kind enough to reserve us a table for my wife and I.

The atmosphere is great and what makes this place special is that Mauro is truly passionate about his veganism and his restaurant. He came talked us through the dishes, sat with us and genuinely engaged with us.

We munched our way through starters, main course and deserts and were definitely impressed with all of it.

Ticked off the vegan bucket list of London restaurants.

I’d been looking forward to this meal for some time given the reviews. I had the two most popular and well reviewed items on the menu as acknowledged by my server, spinach for veg and the lamb chops. The spinach was amazing and the lamb chops were very good, but surprisingly outdone by the spinach! Despite the meal being good, I did find the price steep despite the quality of food, hence lost a star.
Fantastic restaurant for vegans! Service is always fantastic, the food has a lot of variety and flavours and it’s all vegan!! I really like it when staff write cute messages on deliveries. It makes it very personal for a customer and staff interactions. I’d love for there to be a gluten-free vegan range at some point !
Their spicy entrees are to die for 🌶️ A friend and I came by on a Friday evening with a 5:30pm dinner reservation. Despite every other table getting momos, we decided to go straight for the entrees because dumplings are dumplings.

- £13 Bombay chilly prawns. GET THESE. These juicy prawn are coated in a batter and stir fried with a sticky, spicy sauce that burns immediately and deliciously
- £12 Hakka chilly paneer. GET THIS TOO. Long rectangles of paneer are stir fried in a starchy sauce that contains a devilishly slow-onset heat
- £9 crackling spinach. Unique and tasty baked spinach with sweet toppings
- £14 Malabar monkfish curry. This was my first time eating monkfish, which I found to be a very chewy, flavorless fish. I didn't love it, so I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it. The curry is lovely though
- £9 vegetable Hakka noodles. Not remarkable, tasted like chow mein. Would pass
- £4.50 bing bread. 100% pass if you're expecting flaky bing. It was very flat and dense

Get the prawns and paneer ASAP!
It was my first time visiting and I was absolutely blown away by the food. I had the scallops and the teriyaki tofu and it was the best meal out I’ve had in a long time! Their kombucha was the best! The service was incredible- Gui was the best server I’ve ever had, he was so attentive, informative and lovely. Whether you’re visiting bournemouth or you’re a local this is an absolute must to visit!!!
Stepping into Fat Pundit for a leisurely lunch, I hadn't made any reservations but was graciously accommodated at the bustling bar. Note to future diners: reservations are highly recommended, and for good reason.

Delivery - What truly floored me was the lightning-fast delivery of our orders.
Momos - They weren't just good; they were transcendent. Each bite was a flavorful journey, a delightful departure from the ordinary.

Bon appetit!
Absolute favorite, especially for large groups!
Alex, our hostess, was incredible. She served our 20+ table with the best attitude and was even super helpful when I was confused on what to order.

She suggested Haggis, and after trying it for the first time; it didn't disappoint.

I loved the overall ambience and would highly recommend it if you’re Waterloo-bound.
It was a pretty good experience. The staff were nice. We order the KBBQ and a main dish of vegetarian noodles. They gave us the wrong dish, but they corrected it once we notified them.

The KBBQ was a nice experience, but the main dishes tasted better than it. In my opinion, it is worth a visit just for the noodles.
I can't express enough gratitude to Napoleon and Binshi for their exceptional hospitality at Aline. Their warmth and friendliness truly enhanced our dining experience.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The starter, main course and dessert were nothing short of exquisite. Each dish burst with authentic Lebanese flavours, showcasing the chef's mastery in the kitchen.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful culinary journey. With such delicious food and welcoming atmosphere, we can't wait to return for another memorable meal.
We drive 45 minutes for the closest OWWEE from south Wales! I gotta lot of history with this place, during covid times I tried a vegan burger for the first time thanks to my fiancee and never looked back! I thought if vegan food can taste this good then I don't need to consume animal products any more and have now been vegan for 3 years thanks to OWWEE. Now we bring the kids here and they love it too everytime we go there's something new to try and always a lovely atmosphere the staff enjoy being there you can tell! 5 stars would open my own franchise in Wales if I could, one can dream. Many thanks.

This place is a must go if you’re wanting a wholesome atmosphere and delicious food. Each dish has a special quality to it and they take the time to explain how best to order based on what you like. Food is rich and delicious with uniquely delightful flavours. We tried the Thai Blue Flower tea (iced), likely the best ice tea I have ever had. HIGHLY recommend

There was a very friendly, homely atmosphere and the food was top notch. Loved the kimchi tasters we got before ordering. So many options - I will definitely be back to try more!
April 2024

My first time here and we ordered Blackened Mond noodle, vegan Pad Thai noodles and fresh juices.

The juices were so refreshing. Absolutely delicious.

The blackened Monk Noodles were delicious too with lots of vegetables.

Pad Thai noodles were a bit sweet and my wife didn't like it that much.

The overall experience was great . Staff was fantastic and service was super quick.

Would definitely visit again.
So happy to stumble across this gem yesterday. The food was divine, every mouthful was delicious and the girl that served us was an absolute star. I wish I lived closer to come here more often. Thank you Twelve Eatery for a great experience ☺️
It was my first time in a Vegan restaurant and I really recommend the place. The owner is an italian married to a Korean lady. He was super nice with us and explain the whole dishes. We will come back again.
I like my meat, so does my mate. So we both were unsure what to expect here today. But what a Fantastic experience we had , food was beautifully presented and the staff are clearly passionate. Extremely tasty food! I honestly didn’t think vegan food could be this GOOD 😊! credit to chef & all staff 👍
The service here is excellent, the food here is absolutely delicious!! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection, Highly recommend. I love the vibe of this place! It strikes the perfect balance between elegant and relaxed, making it ideal for any occasion last night i had a Dinner with my friends it was amazing everything was perfect especially the Korean BBQ meat accoutrements. I will recommend this place for large group of Gatherings they have special space for it. Alhamdulilah positive vibe

Went there for brunch for Easter Sunday and we ordered the Shakshuka and one of their many breakfast options (I forgot the name of it but, goodness it was amazing! The honey and feta was a game changer for me)

Not to mention the pastures from the cafe was super good as well The croissant was the size of my hand!! Super flavourful and flakey pastries. (Pictured: Almond pastry, croissant and cinnamon bun)

Will definitely be back!!

The food was ok. Nothing to die for. The service was slow and not that attentive. We had to wait a very long time to order. I had better Asian food to be honest. But the 12.5% service charge was disappointing. I'd try other places.

A very cosy little cafe with a nice variety of coffees and brunch plates!

I would recommend the Kybelle cottage with avocado! Fresh and very tasty

An excellent option for the area!

The staff was very kind and ready to serve us!
My boyfriend and I are not vegan but we've heard great things about this place so thought we would try it. I had the BIg Ovee and my boyfriend had Big VG. We also also had cauliflower bites and popcorn 'chickn' with garlic fries. Honestly could eat this everyday (but I won't cuz I gotta watch the waistline, and the wallet!) would take this over a BIg Mac any day (and I really really love Big Macs). The staff were lovely and smiley, and the food was really quick, even though they looked really busy with deliveroo orders. 10 outta 10 all round.
This place is 5-star in every sense. The service provided by Jason, always attentive to us and super friendly. The food is spectacular, very well-seasoned, I like that a lot, and the location is privileged. I would not only return, but I will also recommend it to all my friends visiting Edinburgh.
Super nice service and really good food! The place was full but they were still fast while preparing our order. Everything was tasty and delicious. Silvan and Navin were really nice and helpful.
Went to the restaurant with my best friend. Food was really good and it came very fast. Was served by Doris who was really nice and made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming back here again! : )

Mauro is such an incredibly thoughtful owner, and the food really tastes exactly as you’d imagine it. The effort making the cuisine that feels and tastes like italian cuisine at its core with the vegan ingredients at its core and the addition of the Korean flavors really matched the Italian-Korean fusion.

Unexpected little gem in Brick Lane. Healthy, vegan, and hearty food. Everything was absolutely delicious and handmade.
I loved the toppognocchi as well as the sushi rolls.
The restaurant is very small so make sure you book in advance!
I can’t really fault this lovely lot over at Oowee Vegan. They’re always such busy bees and yet never fall short on what I think is some of the best customer service in Bristol. Super smiley, sweet and overall genuinely kind and helpful whilst you order. Have had a handful of really nice over the counter small talk and feel great heading down and seeing them each time.
In terms of the food, this is my boyfriend and I’s go to local fast food joint. We are both vegan and love getting plenty of brilliant food without any concern we are eating something we shouldn’t. Our faves definitely have to be the marmite tatertots! The chicken burgers (My favourite is “the other side chick”)! And the garlic Mayo. But always get fries and the onion rings too. It’s all SO GOOD.
Food and staff are totally brill. I love how personable and well catered it all feels.
A total win for the vegans (and the non vegans too). Fabulous place.
Astoundingly nice! An Indo-Chinese restaurant with dishes rooted in traditional Hakka cuisine.
We booked seats at 2 pm which entails that you do have to order timely as the kitchen closes around 2:30h. No worries about desserts or drinks though. Just make sure you order everything in one go. Which is not an issue because everything is amazing.
Really.
Harshil advised us well and saw to our every need- I just wish I had been hungrier!
I think it’s smart to visit with more than two people so you get to try more dishes.
Enjoyed the paneer and hakka noodles! Okra was a little salty but crispy and good. The egg fried rice was a little spicy. Great service from Clayton who kept checking in on us :)
Food was delicious, great veggie and vegan choice, service quick and efficient. Doris our waitress was brilliant 🤩 Can’t fault Banana Tree lovely atmosphere too!
Nice staff, the KFC garlic honey needed more sauce but it was hot and freshly made. The raw beef and yolk bibimbap was very good. The jap chae was done well, full of flavor and saucy/not dry at all. The hot jam teas were delicious too. It got busier at it got later, their tables are big so smaller groups of 2 were sharing tables.
I love nothing more than getting off work to nice juicy burger eith mac and cheese. Always amazing quality. Worth it every time.

Was looking for a cute cafe to study in on a Saturday morning and found Kybelle! The atmosphere is so chill, the staff are so friendly and of course the food and coffee are delicious. Almond croissants are my absolute favourite, I managed to snatch the last one and it was so so good (and absolutely huge). The atmosphere has been so lovely to chat, study and just enjoy. Didn’t eat a full meal this time but all the food (hash browns especially) smell so good. Will definitely drop by again!

Brilliant place for some food, amazing fusion and such a beautiful story. Italian man meets Korean woman and they create wonderful vegan food together. Will definitely be back. The 4 types of kimchi are delicious!
The most authentic and delicious Lebanese food in London. Attentive and friendly staff with a cosy atmosphere- book in advance to avoid disappointment! I’ve come here with friends, family and for work and Aline always delivers. Delicious - highly recommend!
Other than it’s halal. There is nothing special I can personally recommend about this restaurant. For me, the food (taste/presentation) was neither good nor bad. Just okay, compared to other Korean restaurants I’ve been to in London. Ambience was okay, but a bit annoyed with the impractical cooking utensils though. Service was minimal, with almost no information or assistance given. The price point was okay, but with all being too basic, it’s not the best value for money. Overall, unmemorable and does not warrant a repeat. Would just stick to other Korean restaurants like Arang. But don’t let my personal opinion stop you from trying it for yourself.

*Watch out for the 12.5% service charge*

Food was great and the atmosphere was good. I thought the 12.5% service charge was a bit rich (and not explained) when we had to go up and order and pay ourselves at the counter. I'm not even sure we'd know if we hadn't asked for a receipt. There was no real service, as such until we had our food. Would visit again but I'd question the fee.

We came here on a Friday morning, it wasn’t too busy. Ordered the Medi Breakfast along with hash browns. Everything was delicious! Avocado mash was a bit too limey but overall fantastic breakfast for two since the portion is really big. Great for breakfast!
We came without a reserve but they kindly let us a table for an hour and a half which was enough to eat. We didn't feel pressured at all to leave. The food was great and fed 3 people. We paid £120 in total since we got a few extras. It doesn't seem like much food at first but it was filling enough for all of us. We haven't tried the vegan options, only beef.
Love the food here, with great vegan options! The plantbased satay skewers are my favourite thing ever!! And many curries from the mains have vegan options - all very tasty.

Went as a birthday meet, staff took care of the cake brought in. Top service!
Birthday treat easy to locate friendly customer service very clean sat downstairs. Our waiter was Tasin very knowledgeable friendly and professional. Had 2 starters tried the Jujube Jam tea soo good and the Bin ramune drink both flavours so good and the bottle was so fascinating. Had the BBQ dishes Sirloin and chicken thighs with rice and kimchi awesome evening delicious food best halal Korean restaurant
This is probably the best Lebanese place I have been to in London so far. The place itself is pretty small and cozy. It’s clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a wide selection of cold and hot mezze (starters) that are great to share. Hummus, yoghurt dip and baba ganoush were great. Halloumi was pretty good, too. Their cauliflower was surprisingly tasty! Their home made freshly baked bread was great, too. The flatbread was mediocre for the price and cold. Their main dish menu was not very wide, just a few grill options but the mixed grill was really good and the meat was juicy and tender. They also offered us some baklava on the house. Great place!
I had such a lovely time at Kybelle Cafe. I ordered an oat vanilla latte which was so delicious and hot, and a big croissant that made my day!!! I really recommend this cafe for anyone wanting a great cafe atmosphere that offers lovely customer service.
The atmosphere here was really nice and friendly, we were served by Clayton and he made sure we were alright with everything throughout our stay. The service was very good! We got fried rice, popcorn chicken and noodles. All the food was good and well seasoned, and the popcorn chicken was not dry! The brownie for dessert was the perfect way to end our meal!

this is an incredibly chill cafe. Mediterranean inspired menu, let me tell you, it's freaking amazing. the atmosphere is SOOOO relaxing. piano music is my favorite. I highly recommend you at least come and try this place. food portions are amazingly huge.
Great service and good quality food on both occasions I have visited. I would particularly recommend the Hornado.
We visited the Fatt Pundit for a Friday lunch service. This restaurant came recommended from a friend, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome. As we had never been before. We were advised to order between 5 or 6 dishes for 2 people to share. Along with dim sum and a drink. The food was delicious. And the service was impeccable. We highly recommend the venison dish. This was my favourite, followed closely be the sticky vegetables. Overall a very nice restaurant.
If I could ensure all good could taste this way, I would never stop eating !
Excellent vegetarian options, every bite of this food was a great taste sensation. Every dish was well thought out and complimented each other. Each part of the experience was excellent from start to end: the service, hospitality, atmosphere, and food all came together for a unforgettable meal.
Will be definitely coming back !
Brilliant restaurant! No need to be vegan - you will enjoy the food. Everything we tried was delicious and well presented. The decor is nice. The waiter was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s offerings which are all healthy organic… vegan virtues. There are very few vegetarian restaurants of this quality, where being vegetarian is irrelevant. Lifelong vegetarians, keen travellers and have tried hundreds of restaurants in our time. This one is in our top three. World class !
I ordered from here last night and received my order with a lovely little message and a free garlic mayo dip thrown in with my food since it was my first time ordering! The food was amazing - I had the bbq ‘chicken’ burger and it was delicious. The fries are also cooked to perfection! Defo will be getting food from here again :)
Good tasty food. The menu has some good options that made it difficult to choose, with many vegan options as well. The food has a good amount of flavour with a good katsu curry and some wok fried noodles. They also have 2 for 1 cocktails which is a good deal however they must be the same. The service on the other hand could have been a bit better as it was hard to get someone's attention and they didn't do much for there 12.5% service charge.
This place is absolutely delicious! Super well made food, owned by a nice family, and the decor is so well put together! Overall this place was awesome in every aspect. I would recommend to anyone who loves good turkish / mediterranean food.
Been looking forward to coming to Twelve Eatery on a trip to Bournemouth for a while. My first time at a vegan restaurant and it was amazing. All the food was delicious and to be able to eat anything from the menu was a welcome change. We had the ‘scallops’ oyster mushrooms, raw lasagna, teriyaki tofu, cheesecake and chocolate torte. All were amazing, particularly the lasagna so tasty. Will definitely be back to try more from the menu.

The people who work there are clearly very passionate, so friendly and helpful with menu choices. The decor and music add to the lovely atmosphere.
A beautiful, authentic and very welcoming place. The food was delicious, bursting of flavours.
I couldn't be more in love with Twelve. I always feel so relaxed there and I can feel the love and passion that goes into the food. It's more than just a resturant!
Dalton & Greg are beautiful people too which makes the experience even more special. I literally don't want to dine anywhere else! 💚
Lovely restaurant and I'll be back. It's nice inside so it feels a bit special to be there without it being too formal or stuffy. The food is delicious, we had mainly the mezze and it was so good. The hummus was silky and unctuous. They were also accommodating of my large group, we booked in advance and I would recommend doing the same and pre-ordering like we did. Also the prosecco was really nice, in fact nicer than the champagne I had at the next venue afterwards! I think it might be a family owned restaurant and you can see the attention they've paid to it.
Such a great restaurant. I visited the restaurant in January 2021 and the quality of the food and service is outstanding. Now after three years I decided to come back and it's just incredible how they have kept the same high standards. I'm extremely happy with everything at this restaurant.
Great vegan restaurant. I went many times and it never let me down. The best dish in my opinion are the vegan sausages. Definitely a place to go if you are vegan or if you simply want to have some very healthy food. It is very small inside so best if you book

I am so happy that I finally tried this place!! I only eat raw foods (mainly fruit). I had the raw lasagna, and it was quite literally, the very best raw meal that I’ve ever had! So much flavour, it was delicious 🤤. I’m craving more already, so will without a doubt, be going back very soon for more. The whole menu looks lovely though and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. My new favourite place 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽.
Howies in Edinburgh is a haven for those seeking an authentic taste of Scottish tradition. My visit there was a delightful immersion into Edinburgh's rich heritage, highlighted by their soul-warming Cullen Skink. Each spoonful of this traditional Scottish soup felt like a journey through time, embracing the essence of local cuisine with its hearty flavours and comforting warmth.

Exploring further, the Beetroot Salad at Howies was a pleasant surprise—a vibrant celebration of earthy flavours and textures. The medley of fresh produce was beautifully showcased, creating a colourful and delicious plate that perfectly captured the essence of seasonal ingredients.

The dedication to showcasing authentic Scottish dishes and the celebration of fresh, locally sourced produce at Howies made for an exceptional dining experience, truly reflecting Edinburgh's culinary heritage.
Niamh and all the other staff were the best, excellent food and wine served in a beautiful setting with a lovely atmosphere, will definitely visit again.
Thank you for an amazing evening with superb food xx
Just snagged some Oowee takeaway from Picton Street—vegan burgers and dirty fries. Seriously, they nailed it! Burgers were bomb, and those dirty fries? Insanely good. Takeaway game strong, and my taste buds are grateful. Oowee, you got my five stars!
Came upon this cute little place by chance, when roaming the streets of Edinburgh. They have good vegetarian options which was really helpful. The service was fast and portions were huge. A good find overall.
Such a great place to eat. The food was sublime. The service was wonderful too. Great value and properly excellent meal. Well worth a visit.

Alice was wonderful! Great service and recommendations from her.
The service was very friendly and efficient. The ambiance was perfect as was the decor. There were four of us eating and the food was absolutely delicious! Very good value for money and a really pleasant lunchtime. You can tell the people who work here are passionate about what they do as well. We will be back! :)
Wonderful service was given along with very delicious delicacies. Must recommend this restaurant. Has an amazing cooking station on the table where you sit. In other words they cook the meat on the actually dining table itself. A great experience would certainly recommend.
It's my second time here, and I absolutely love the place. The overall experience is great. Love the food. Even though I was looking forward to lobsters but they changed their menu every 3 months 😋.
This is a little gem indeed. We visited for a lovely Friday afternoon lunch with friends, and it was a memorable experience. I am well aquented with Lebanese cuisine and this place is the one to recommend. We really enjoyed the ambience, the staff and the quality of the meal. The person in charge was very friendly and accommodating, but nothing was too much trouble. Menus are simple, and quality over quantity of dishes is clearly their vision. We will definitely return. Thanks
The food was amazing. This was my first time trying Ecuadorian food. It was all super tasty. I went for the prawn ceveche starter and pork belly main.

It was pretty expensive. I would go back, but it did seem very expensive for the portion sizes.
Nice place to have lunch or dinner, is a turkish restaurant but having a good variety of mediterranean food, as a spaniard I find here healthy food very similar to my home food especially respect to salads.
I am living in Edinburgh so I can have a rest from UK cuisine and enjoy mediterranean food. Presentation and portion are fantastic.
Is the forth or fith time we come here and we plan to come back!

Visited with a party of 8 on Sunday evening. Great deal that kids eat free, 2 for 1 on cocktails. Waiting staff was attentive and food came quickly. Food was average in taste but good value for money with the deals. Kids meal come with a scoop of ice cream.
A must try restaurant in Edinburgh! The service was great, and really appreciated the recommendations from the waiter, especially as a vegetarian. The celeriac steak was amazing, and so was the sticky toffee pudding! The dinner deal before 6:30pm is definitely worth it, but make sure to book in advance.
Wow wow wow, what a restaurant. We opted for 7 of the Hot mezes they were all fantastic. If we knew how large the portions were 5-6 would have been better but in all fairness me and my partner gave it a good go, but that wasn't hard as we couldn't stop eating. Food was amazing, great and efficient service 10/10 would return.
Would also like to mention they gave us a few dishes to try on the house. It really made our night. Thanks guys!
Such a great little spot! As a fussy vegetarian I was a little worried that the selection of dishes wouldn't suit me, but I was very happy to find that this wasn't the case!

Dishes are bigger than expected and there's a great variety to choose from – price is a reflection of the size.

Staff were very friendly, and were kind enough to supply some bread, hummus and vine leaves on the house — thank you!

If you're planning on visiting, it's worth booking due to the small size of the venue. Worth keeping in mind that the toilets downstairs.

Would highly recommend!
Highly recommend this place for first time trying Ecuadorian food. It was delicious though I wasnt a fan of the seafood cold cervece (starter).
Aside from that staff offer side dishes to try but ask if they will charge when they recommend. They offer complimentary traditional beverages and it is a relaxed atmosphere, not too many guests. Also Staff were so nice.
I went for the chicken (main dish) Food is around £45-60 per person. For 3 dishes! With beverages
All the food here tasted absolutely amazing. Very well cooked and the combination of flavours was just on point. Very good strong cocktails aswell!!! Would definitely recommend it.

Definitely try the pork belly, and the coconut flavoured fish stew. The plantain salad was also a great choice.
