Couldnt comment on the spa facilities as I had been trying over the past few days to contact the spa to ensure there were two treatments at the same time prior to booking my spa day package and my god, no one answers the phone! Because I had been trying for a few days allowing 10 mins each time to ring I decided to give up and not spend my hard earnt cash there. Customer service seemed shocking from the get go. AVOID!

I have been a customer of this practice for a number of years under the care of Mr Abou-Deeb who has always been very informative and professional in both diagnostics and treatment, I recently had a broken tooth and the reception team who are always helpful managed to book me an appointment at short notice with Mr Abou-Deeb who repaired the tooth and did my six month check up at the same time to prevent me having to return a few weeks later for a prearranged appointment, many thanks to the Smile Welling team would highly recommend.

I’ve been attending here for about 40 years and wouldn’t change.. I woke up in agony and phoned expecting nothing much, I know dentists are seriously overbooked atm. I was told I was welcome to come and wait and they’d try and fit me in. An hour or so later they found a spot for me, because some inconsiderate eejit didn’t turn up. Everyone was so kind and understanding and clearly wanted to make the best use of their time to see as many people as possible. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you all so much

I've been a patient here since I was a child (which was quite a while ago!) and it's a fantastic practice. Mr Darr is a great dentist who has helped massively improve the state of my teeth

I had such an amazing Environ facial with Sammy. I had been suffering from sinusitis and Sammy did a bit of drainage massage which was just what I needed. This was not part of the facial but it was so lovely to have a customised treatment. Sammy was gentle and provided such a relaxing environment. I love the Environ moisture boost facial - my skin felt amazing afterwards. Thank you!

Sammy did my spray tan and I’m very happy with the outcome. It is even and looks natural. Sammy was professional and very knowledgeable about the process. I will definitely be booking in again.

The Little Parlour is by far the best beauty salon I’ve been to and I love going there! I’ve been booking waxing treatments there for a few years now (with Sammy, Georgia and Mia) and more recently had a Dermalogica facial with Charlotte and gel manicure with Sammy. It’s hard to sum up just how lovely the team there are and I’m always so happy with the results. You really can’t go wrong with any of the team! I would recommend The Little Parlour to anyone looking for a friendly salon with high quality treatments.
