I haven’t been to Charlotte Tilbury in Blanchardstown for a long time due to staff being very rude and unprofessional. Today I went to try a different shade of foundation and I was assisted by the most beautiful girl in there, Grace. She talked me through the process of applying makeup/skincare and showed me how to do it. She was very patient and just extremely beautiful altogether. We need more people like Grace around, thank you Grace, you made my day❤️

The staff are not helpful at all and pretty much just stand around staring at you always have an angry face on

Bad experience staff a lady she served she have no manners she thoughts can buy expensive perfume which ever perfumes I ask before she show she alwys mentioned price she should not be treat like this

Staff are very nice and helpful , shout out to Nicola at the lynott stand she was so lovely and helped me and my mother choose some gifts for quite a while, thanks again Nicola !!
