Won't let you in leave at the door like a dog terrible way to treat valuable customers appalling

Keep getting cut off by customer services as they say the call is taking too long. This is totally unacceptable. Customer services gets a -10. It's their own fault for making the process to add a baby seat so complicated but then punish me when it takes ages. Absolutely disgusted by this. Twice today they hung up on me after only a few minutes talking to the advisor. Please reconsider your manners & Customer service Ryanair!!

Absolutely worse airline - Have witnessed the bully boy technics used at boarding gate to gain more money, i personally had a canceled / Delayed flight from the UK to home (Mallorca) when i went to claim flight disruption compensation they claimed i hadn't booked that flight even though i did with proof. For any cheap flight Easy jet are the ones to go with they look after their customers and not treat as badly as Ryanair. there are many other airlines to use, avoid at all cost

5/5 to the pilot who aborted several attempted landings then flew us to a less windy airport. Scary flight but we arrived safely.
1/5 to the staff who failed to communicate what would happen next, who made us wait many hours for a bus, promised vouchers that never turned up, and generally were inefficient and unavailable.

I traveled from Lisbon to Madeira, but was turned around due to weather. In Lisbon, they told us to book our own hotel and transportation, and to submit our receipts for reimbursement. I've been trying to receive those reimbursements for over a month now, but RyanAir has set up the system so that it is impossible to receive the reimbursements that they promised and are legally required to provide. They direct me to an online form, but when trying to fill that out, it brings up an error message saying that my flight was not delayed. When calling or chatting with customer service, they just direct me back to that form, and when I request that it be escallated I never hear back. Clearly they are committed to not reimbursing these expenses.

Terrible experience this flight from Lanzarote to Dublin. The Chief Air Hostess was a real Bully. I'm trying to report her to Michael O'Leary but it is very difficult. She should be sacked asap. She was terrible to Staff. When I told her I planned to report her she threatened me. Only two stars this time I'm afraid.

I couldn't take my flights because i had to be taken to the hospital with horrible acute gastritis, i was terribly sick for 2 weeks.
The Ryanair site has a specific form to fill out to get a voucher of the value of my flights, and they even had gastritis as a specific choice of sickness. I sent 12 pages of documentation of my sickness and even the pictures of my endoscopy. They denied the refund in less than an hour, saying the illness wasn't covered, even though it was literally one of the choices on their site.
Horrible people.

Lack of Taxis as always.... the DAA need to change their regulations on taxi entry to pick up passengers from the airport. ALL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABILE TAXIS should be allowed to enter the Airport to pick up passengers......

Least reputable airline I've ever encountered. Cancelled our flights for 'commercial reasons' and customer service are as helpful as a sack of square ball-bearings.
I've repeatedly asked for re-routing as is my right under EU261 laws but despite me talking to customer service chat and submitting a ticket, they do not seem to want to read the chain of correspondence, instead directing me to a list of default options which don't answer my query.

Terminal 1 was busy but everything was smooth and hassle free with no delays! Staff very helpful and friendly! Gate information was displayed promptly!

Se você está indo visitar o prédio antigo da DAA eu recomendo ir com tempo sobrando. A distância da entrada do aeroporto até o DAA é uma caminhada de aproximadamente 10 minutos.
