Worst service long late service no proper info in customer care

Worst delivery service ever. They do not deliver the item for days and do not even call us to infirm about any delay. We try to call the customer service and they say the delivery executive could not reach us or the delivery was refused.
Delay wasn't 1 or 2 days it was weeks before we could get the item after constant follow ups.

So disappointed with the services, this regional service center kept the parcel for 24 hrs and didn’t bother to initiate the delivery till the time I followed up, ultimately I had to book the return of it

Order from Toolsvilla picked up on 11/04/24 at Coimbatore, Till now 16/04/24 not delivered, Just 80 Kms takes more than 05 days, If you let it go by walk it will reach early,

Worst response from the xpressbees begumpet owner “Neeraj” and the delivery executive “vishal”.

They won’t deliver the package in time and they won’t respond to the calls at all.

Not worthy at all may be the worstest.

Very very worst service ever in chithode. They don't have a proper payment option also they don't have a coins like 5 rupees and 10,20,50 rupees. Every people only give proper amount for booking. Very very worst service in professional branches please change the dealer otherwise all people goes to other courier DTDC, St courier

Worst experience with this delivery partner .i started losing interest on the product brands which i have ordered. The delivery person never showed up .my delivery was almost a week last, and my second order is also stuck in their hands.

બ્લુ ડાર્ટ ઑફિસમાં દર વખતે કુરિયર પિકઅપ બ્લુ ડાર્ટ વ્યક્તિએ ક્યારેય સરનામાં પર ડિલિવરી ન કરી અને અમુક સમયે તેઓ અમને જાણ કરતા નથી અને મારું કુરિયર પરત કરે છે

તેથી જો કોઈ કુરિયર મને ફક્ત બેંક દ્વારા મોકલે છે, તો હું ટ્રીક કરવા માંગુ છું અને ઓફિસમાંથી પિકઅપ કરું છું, જો કોઈ બ્લુ ડાર્ટ દ્વારા કુરિયર મોકલે છે, તો કન્સાનીઓ હંમેશા ચિંતા કરે છે કે તેનું કુરિયર પહોંચ્યું કે નહીં

બ્લુ ડાર્ટ વ્યક્તિ ક્યારેય કૉલ કરતી નથી અને સ્ટેટસ અપડેટ કરતી નથી હું તમારા સુધી પહોંચવાનો પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યો છું પરંતુ તમે તેના જેવા ઉપલબ્ધ નથી

They say "Out for Delivery" but never show up.
In the end they say that the "Customer was not available"
Their lines are always busy.
Do not give your business to them.
We are waiting for more than 10 days to get an item from them.
These folks are incapable folks who should not be in the courier business.

Worst of all courier services they are just fooling people if you have any packages arriving in this courier please forget about the package it will never reach you they update false delivery tracking details such as location wrong and unable to contact customer
The delivery guy contact details they provide are absolutely false they just try to extend the time for delivery so that ultimately you cancel the product They have useless computer that call you and say your package will be delivered and to press 1 and so on to confirm delivery (truecaller shows these numbers as spams as well) they don't have a real delivery guy this company itself is false and total fake like i cancelled a product 2 weeks back but still i am daily getting messages and calls your product will be delivered today it shows how they planned everything before hand how to irritate the customer to file a claim and cancel the product. I don't even have a idea if product will ever reach back to seller. Worst and horrible courier experience you can have in lifetime These kind of false courier services should not exist and needs to be stopped. I never give rating but i was forced to give to make people like you aware of this probably false and fake courier it's not just me read all reviews below as well nobody ever receives the product.
