Very much bad and poor service.. no proper response from customer care they don’t even provided contact details of branch.. I suggest all the sealers to change there delivery partner as this one is worst in delivery the shipments

Today got message that my courier is out for delivery but end of day not delivered any items while rechecking observed wrong comments by local courier that customer denied OTP based delivery but actually none of person contacted me & none of anybody come for delivery at my home

its been 5 days since my product reached this place. No attempt to deliver yet and I'm not able to contact them as well
Order bunch of outfits from India and got them cargo by Patel parcel it was told to be received in 10 days and indeed it arrived great service and lastly I’ll say patience is the key
Worst service by DTDC please shutdown and and stop your curriers buisness because they are not serious about our parcel. they are just timepass with package and not interested to delivered package.

worst one of the delivery guy in old city. chandu lal baradari, the delivery didnt call me he said he forgot to call and report to the office that customer not available. i took leave from the job to collect my product on delivery date i have waited whole day and night, at last he submitted online that i am not available, i will never buy online max fashion because i have to go to office and collect by myself after paying delivery fees.
I have sent 12kg of stuff from here to the United Kingdom and the delivery was so fast and good so I highly recommend if anyone wants to send the parcel overseas .
Worst service of all. Dear small business owners, request you not to tie up with xpressbees as they will never deliver on time. None of the employees know what is the update regarding the courier. You will be facing customer service issues because of this courier service. I wish there was negative ratings for this, I would have surely given.
The delivery agent never tries to call customer and don't attempt to deliver the package but provides fake reason like 'customer not available/didn't pick the call'

Terrible service. Have recieved fake messages saying attempted delivery for the last 10 days but no sign of my parcel. Customer service non-existent. At this point i think my parcel will never arrive

I took service from “ PATEL PARCEL SERVICE BHARUCH “ to send books from Bharuch to UAE and service was really good. Parcel has been delivered before expected time given.
The same reason as others have mentioned above. We were expecting a delivery from Xpressbees via Samsung around 4 days ago. They have a website which is literally of no use. There is no contact no for any centre. Their automated IVR service is of no use, because they are lying about deliveries all the time. They are sending sms saying FAILED TO DELIVER AS CUSTOMER NOT REACHABLE when they have not even tried calling us once. No miss call nothing. And there is absolutely no other way to contact them. Very pathetic service. I hope one of you'll read this review and have the decency to give a proper contact no where I can TALK to someone. Even if it is the Panjim branch contact no. ANYTHING.
They don't have a functional customer care numbers. They website tracking doesn't show any tracking details. Parcel has been delayed by over 4 days. Still no news.

Horrible service. They tells lies that product will be picked up and providing fake number. It seems they provide died people's contact number that's why nobody pick up the call . They does false commitment that any how your parcel will be picked up today but later on no reply from customer care and no pick up service . All cheaters are in this company . Should take any legal action against this company. This company should be shut down . All shameless employees in this company .

Bad bad bad. Haven't delivered in 5 days. Since it's large parcel, they are not able to. They said return kar do sir, it will benefit them only since they won't have to deliver.
