Very bad experience with PMR section op ticket renewal staff.. very rude behavior..The lady sitting at O.P sits as the whole hospital is owned by her..other staffs are really good..

Very bad experience in ortho. I reached there around 9.30 and met doctor around 12 o clock. They barely took any effort to check my x ray or explain things to me. They simply wrote some medicine. I didn't experience any empathy to the doctors. I felt very neglected, there small error can cause life through discomfort and issues since it's related to bone. At the same time the experience from dermatology should be appreciated. The pharmacy also lack medicines.

The behavior of the staff is very cruel, if we go along to show a patient, we become a patient. Waited since morning to see the doctor. In the end they say and tell them to show it in the casualty after the time is up but they say it can't be done here and it should be shown in the OP itself. I asked a lot of people there and they all talked about causality and even the doctors said that the staff in casualty cannot do without any courtesy. Coming from Adimali, when I was told to go back today, he said without any conscience that he should go and come back tomorrow. From the beginning OP took the ticket and said that treatment can be done if he comes. This kind of behavior happened when the plaster on the hand was removed and asked to be replaced. I went there to see the doctor. Finally the doctor also went and waited from 10 am to 3 pm. They were unwilling to do anything. In the end, I had to go back with my 75-year-old grandmother without any treatment.
