Purchased suitcase from Metro mall zirakpur I faced problem in zip. So I have rushed this American Tourister Distributor cum service centre. They replaced my bag immediately with new. I am impressed with the service given by sector 19 c chd. They are having very nice new models also.

I have had occasion to deal with the Samsonite Repair Centre, sector 19, Chandigarh on three separate occasions during the last one year. Two were minor, involving a zip and a lock respectively and were dealt with promptly within a few minutes. The most recent was a suitcase under guarantee, the shell of which had broken during international travel. The matter was dealt with efficiently and a new suitcase was provided as a replacement within a few days, after completing internal processes. The staff were cooperative and helpful. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

I came to samsonite service centre to open my suitcase which was impossible for me to do the same,but here they have opened the suitcase in seconds worth coming pls do visit them they are amazing in their work.
