Wonderful Place, Please note to bring your Socks. If not, you need to pay for mandatory socks inside. Rest all the Jackets, Shoes and gloves will be given including the price of Rs600PAX. There is a line for the slides, but worth the wait. Please also try the Snow ice skating. Maximum people allowed are 200 per slot. So I recommend visiting the place off traffic hours for extended fun. There is a safe box inside to keep your belongings.
Very disappointed
1. Lack of crowd control: There seems to be no limit on the number of people allowed inside one session, leading to overcrowding.
2. Imbalanced staffing: More staff is allocated outside the snow world than inside, affecting the overall experience.
3. Limited activities: Only got to experience one slide due to long lines and slow staff rotation.
4. Frustrating wait times: The line for the second slide was excessively long, reducing the opportunity to try other attractions like ice skating.
5. Staff inefficiency: The same person was responsible for both collecting tubes and guiding guests on the slide, which slowed down the process and contributed to the dissatisfaction.

This place is good. This space is small and inside there are only 2 slides. The camera man inside clicks a pictures of you and later give it to you if u ask for it, charge is 400 for pictures (no matter how many picture you take). Overall experience:- -10’c, one time experience, live music, staff to help, provide shoes, gloves, jacket. Shocks you have to buy if you forget to take along with you. One time visit place.
