The play area is not dusted properly, caused sneezing. Probable hygiene issue. AC not working properly or turned off. My kid got scarlet fever after getting home.
Receptionist say Card payment is having issue just to avoid proper billing, also asking customer that do we need a bill. Clearly indicate off the book payments. When you Charge 500 per hour, hygiene should be better.

Kids enjoyed at this place. 800 per hour is good for an hour of play area. Arcade paid games are very costly and that too for very short duration.
Coffee discouraged me to try other food items to be honest

Fun place for kids.. my son has been here 4 times & never wants to leave. But it very badly needs maintenance... esp for the amount they're charging. It's not safe anymore for the children. Lots of broken stuff. Plus I don't think they ever clean the place, too... you should have a look at the space under the trampoline 🤢🤮 so much dust. I really hope they revamp the place so it's a clean & safe place for our children.

Overall nice and friendly place for kids but badly in need of maintenance. Borderline unsafe for smaller kids. Many of the equipments are worn off and broken..some are plastered. Would request management to focus on safety and upgrade asap

I went there with my toddler today. We had a great time..time fly off. The staff is very friendly. Manu welcomed us with a smile and Sarita introduced my baby to slides.
Just to add..food is good too. And they have clean toilets.

The best n bigger playzone in north delhi. They've good food and dine out area as well to host bday parties.

Absolutely worth going with kids, The staff is really cooperative and helpful. They are always there with kid to take care of your child.

Your long comment to justify your non adjusting behavior wouldn’t help. Please be more accommodating to customer if u can not adjust time adjust money wise that the basic any business would do

Good riddance bye bye we have better options around . My review stays same the facility is not worth the attitude you guys have. What triggered me to write this comment was finding my kids and my maid outside the facility with all lights closed while they were still wearing shoes in dark when I came back to pick them at 8:02 - 05 p.m. I am sorry that is not how you treat customers. You want us to accept all you rules and regulation were an as a business please fix yourself

It is one of my kids best play location. They have a lot of well arranged play area , neat and clean. Their food also good and tasty

Great place for kids (younger ones). Clean and small place as you might have already seen in other reviews. Good place for 1 hour time for kid. Staff is very polite and super helpful. Strongly recommended

Clean and hygenic Restraunt anf ambience.

Video Games are cherry on top.

With 2 kids, we took monthly pack of 8Hrs which turn out to be at reasonable price like 300Rs/hr.

Good place to have kids birthday parties.

Have Parking space for upto 2-3cars easily.
