I worked for a year as a screener, that helps me to get confidence in talking with the patients. I learned to be polite and keep smiling . I would say that it's more challenging to describe me as disciplined, but friendly and supportive. If I do not understand something,my colleagues are always there to help me to improve.
My overall experience working with Sangath is great.It is a great work environment, where employees will broaden their horizon with new insights and experiences and tools which provide for employees success

My experience when I visited outreach was too good, sir Robert is taking really good care of the children he is providing them with all the necessary things and his efforts can be seen through smiles and giggles of the children. They are very happy and are hardworking in whatever educational stream they opted for.
